As an insurance adjuster it is very rare I leave a review for contractors however, my dealings with Mr. Scott were all but typical. This gentleman was beyond knowledgeable, professional and displays the utmost care and concern for his clients. What a breath of fresh air! Mr. Scott takes full control and responsibility for the claim making both his clients lives easier and the insurance companies job seamless when assisting with a claim. Mr. Scott is truly the epitome of Puroclean professional restoration.

We recently had a fire when my husband was out of town. It was a tough situation for me. My insurance co set up a company to come do our demo and clean up and I just did not feel comfortable with them. I called Puroclean. Immediately, I felt at ease and knew I was in good hands. My house flooded about a month ago when I was on vacation. Puro clean was the first place I thought of. Great service from the technicians and especially Amanda for being hands on and responsive on the call. Couldn’t recommend this place more for water restoration!!

We had an appointment scheduled for them to come to our home to bid on shed mitigation for mold in our insulation. Didnt want to come out because they heard we were getting a couple bids. Finally came and their bid was submitted was twice what the other companies bid. Besides, their bid was sent as a total amount. We requested a itemized bid but was never sent that breakdown. Went with a different, more professional company .

Amanda D was my project coordinator. She was flawless and very supportive during my time of crisis and after the work was done and they were paid. The team was very helpful and worked quickly to get my job done. They were respectful of my property and my needs. When the job was done, they were very attentive to helping me answer questions for the buyer as I was selling my house. I give them a five star rating because they earned it.

Their drivers will try to kill you while driving around town. North bound south Academy. Driver blew through a yield sign. Rode the shoulder and megred into me in my lane with no signal. Damage was avoided. Driver sped off 15 over limit.

I had my upstairs and downstairs [partially] flooded, and they were able to come out within 2 hours, on Christmas Eve, and did an amazing job with water mitigation. I appreciate their quick response times and thorough clean-up.

Poorly managed project from start to finish but they were made aware and did what they could to resolve the situation. Wasnt going to leave a review because they dealt with the situation already but received a notification to review them, even though the invoice was paid in full back in April.

Hot water heater busted and Puroclean came really quick. They sucked up all the water and set their equipment in the middle of the night for me and I didnt have to do nothing. My house is back to normal and Ill call them again if I have another issue.

Super great company and always able to come at any time

Team Members were very friendly however company business practice is to charge you for a full day when they are on site for a minute or a full day. If you use them have them come after midnight and dont let them pick up in the morning. You will be charged for that full day.

Jason came out to mitigate our leak. He was very professional and courteous. As nice as he was, I hope to never need him again.

I was extremely impressed by the quick response and professionalism of PuroClean. We had a skunk die in our window well and the entire house was inundated by the smell. When I contacted PuroClean, Matt quickly responded within a couple of hours with several machines to help eliminate the odor. Matt then followed up the next morning and determined that the smell was gone but wanted to reassure it by leaving the machines running a few extra hours. PuroClean and Matt definitely exceed my expectations. I am happy to say we have a skunk-smelling free home. I would highly recommend them as they were professional, kind and highly response to my situation.

Puroclean failed to thoroughly assess the amount of damage in my crawlspace.Therefore, grossly underestimating the cost & amount of work needing to be done.Quoted for 167 sq ft when space is actually 5× thatOnly afterwards did I notice how small of an area they treated & asked them to quote for the remainder.... its 5× what I already invested!!Their work did nothing to alleviate the problem and had I known all of this from the getgo I wouldnt have wasted $1k on that haphazard assessment & treatment.They were obviously more interested in getting paid, instead of solving the problem.

This company was retained by our insurance company after our water heater broke while we were on vacation. They came out the day they were contacted and immediately set about drying out the damaged area. They did a thorough and competent job.

I had flood damage caused by the water supply line failure on my dishwasher. The water loss cause substantial flooring damage to my hardwood. The water also went into the basement and damaged the drywall.Matt and the guys did a great job with the water mitigation and clean up!I will surely pass along Puroclean of Colorado Springs to anyone I know that need fire, smoke, water, or mold clean up

Guy with license 468-ldu was texting his phone so hard he didnt even know he cut me off, forcing my brakes. Constantly swerving into every lane around him. No situational awareness. If I cant trust his distracted driving, I cant trust his distracted work.
