AmeriDri came out and put a vapor barrier in our crawl space. The workers were very kind, courteous, professional and efficient. They did a wonderful job, my crawl space looks fantastic! I am very satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend them!

I called so that I could have the upholstery of two couches cleaned and the customer service was exceptional. When you call, and if you get to speak with Angela, she is wonderful. She’s polite, informative and very helpful. I requested an estimate which she emailed to me promptly and then I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly. They arrived on time - I actually arrived late and they were patient and kind when I arrived. One of the things that I was most impressed by was that they had these guards along the corners to protect the walls and trim. In the past, I had another company come in and they caused quite a bit of abrasion and damage by not doing this - so I was please and impressed that they did this. They seemed to work rather quickly and the couches look much better cleaned up. Overall, a really good experience with this business!

First let me say that we have only a million and one things going on. Life is hectic. I went into our basement and saw a bubble in the ceiling holding water and freaked out! I was given Ameridris information and they were here within 45 minutes to assess the damages.And its been easy on us from there!Dylan has been working closely with us AND our insurance company. He helped us resolve all of the issues we had and gave us recommendations to rebuild our bathroom after the guys he also recommended came out and gutted the bathroom (the leak was bad!) and removed asbestos. Everyone he put us in contact with was also just wonderful and pleasant to work with. Ameridris folks and everyone else weve worked with has really been empathetic to our situation and so helpful to our family. Just really good people here.I cant find the words to really say how thankful we are for Ameridri and their crew. Thank you seems so empty in comparison to all youve done for us. .... But thank you. Hello Team, as I mentioned during the original quote, I think your pricing was a little high but we were willing to proceed. Luckily we have never had pets, since this carpet was installed. I was a little disappointed that the upstairs loft and the bedroom on the left, that had the heaviest traffic area, wasnt cleaned better. The down stairs was completed very, very well. Other than that, Brad and his partner were very PPP (pleasant, polite and Professional). I do expect that well request a quote, in the future, and possible request your services again.Tom

I am a realtor and we had mold issue come up at inspection for my seller. AmeriDri evaluated and provided free estimate and performed the work in a timely manner. The scope of the work increased due to some unforeseen issues and it was a little more costly, but they worked with my seller and the work was completed and the buyers can feel confident that the mold was properly removed and remediated. Had a pipe burst in our home late at night. We called Ameridry not thinking anybody would answer but Ben answered right away. I relied on the reviews I read about AmeriDri online and it definitely paid off, they are an excellent company. Me and my wife have had an amazing experience with AmeriDri, they are very reliable and they did an astounding job at our property. We are military and live out of state, we had tenants that damaged our rental property in Colorado with their pets. After researching online we called AmeriDri and explained to them what had happened, they immediately went out the next day and estimated the damages and was working on the house that same week. Great company. Im a General Contractor and as I was building a home mold was found in the crawl space. I contacted Josh with AmeriDri and had him come out to take a look at it and give me an estimate. The price was very reasonable and they came out right away and took care of the mold. I had called the company for a repair job on my bathroom, I had a small leak running underneath my trailer that had caused flooding into my neighbors yard. Okay, Let me start with saying WOW!! Our family had the task of helping a sibling get a condo ready to sell in another state. The condo had water damage/mold from a hail storm. It was a mess. AmeriDri came out to take care of me during the hard rains we have been having. Water was coming in from the window wells and flooding my whole basement area. AmeriDri was quick to extract the water in the basement. which was six feet high with water and I have eight foot ceilings! Once the water was extracted AmeriDri setup fans and dehumidifiers. Dylan was very professional and walked me through the whole process, there was no hidden charges that popped up at the end of the project. My basment is dried out and Im so happy with how smoothly the process went. Good thing my basement was not finished!I would hire AmeriDri in a heartbeat!!!!

My dog (and in turn I) were sprayed by a skunk in the back yard and the only option for retreat was into my house. We noticed a wet spot on our wall and a leak in our roof. We called and they came to our house within 40 minutes. The inspector looked at the damage inside and then climbed on the roof. Joe with Ameridri came out to my house because I have allergies to my dog and cat. I was afraid I was going to have to re-home them but Joe explained a process to eliminate the allergens in my home and allow me to keep my pets with a allergen maintenance program. Its been 2 weeks now since Ameridri did the allergen treatment and I have not had a single allergy attack and I breath so much better. Im not completely sure how they did this, but it worked! They will come back every 6 weeks to perform a maintenance treatment because I still have animals in the house. My pets and I are living allergy free and happy thanks to Joe and Ameridri.

AmeriDri is a great company & Joe, the owner, is wonderful! After only living in our apt 5 mo.s we found a ton of mold growing inside it only on walls where snow drifts come. We let our apt know about it & they sent out their mold guy. We could tell that the apts mold guy was strongly biased & wanted to cut many corners @ the risk of our familys safety. I found AmeriDri on Google & after reading all the positive candid reviews decided to get their 2nd opinion. Im SO glad & fortunate that I did because AmeriDri & Joe lived up to their reviews & surpassed my expectations. Since I needed AmeriDris inspection before the apt mold guy started his work/cover up, Joe made a hole in his schedule on short notice to send out his son, Josh. Josh was super nice & professional while taking mold samples, temp/humidity readings, & infrared pictures of the apt. From the pic.s we could see that there was a lot of cold air leaking in mostly from underneath the apt exterior walls. When those walls were further investigated they were found to have huge holes on the outside of them that extended the length of each wall w/ insulation hanging out of them where they met the foundation. Despite the apt mgmt knowing this, they continued to insist that the mold was my familys fault & sent me a letter from their attorney demanding that I pay them over $6,000. What they really wanted me to do was have my renters insurance pay for everything assuming that I didnt have my own mold company & that my insurance would just pay out based on their mold guys lies rather than doing its own investigation. Well it turned out that if AmeriDri had not come when they did, thats what would have happened except I would actually be the one paying out since my renters insurance turned out to only cover $1000 of water related damage & didnt want to do an investigation for only $1000 worth of responsibility... Luckily I involved AmeriDri early on & after seeing AmeriDris report, my insurance company said that I was not @ fault & would pay nothing. I insisted that the apt mgmt give me their mold guys write-up of his findings. Just about every word of their mold guys write-up was a lie, the worst one being that it was 86 degrees & 66% humidity in our apt (which would equate to a feels like temp of about 95+ degrees!). Joe read the other mold companys report & was mad, but also started laughing about it too assuring me that I had nothing to worry about since the report was so ridiculous. Joe said he would write a letter refuting everything the other company had stated & that he would testify for me for free in court & do an interview for the news too if it came to that. He explained that the whole situation was like David vs Goliath & that the property mgmt company was trying to bully & intimidate me. Joe was extremely confident, reassuring, professional, compassionate, & most importantly, honest, knowledgable, & experienced. In Joes letter to the apt mgmt he scientifically dissected & discredited the other mold companys write-up line by line including pictures & scientific facts in his letter while also bringing up the protocols & industry standards that the other mold company ignored @ the expense of my familys health. Im so glad I met Joe. Beyond being a good-hearted, hard-working, honest man, Joe was able to empathize w/ my situation, because it turns out that he started his company as a result of his family going through a disastrous mold issue that had to be settled in a court battle. Joe spent hours on the phone w/ me talking, texting, & emailing back & forth throughout this incredible saga. After my apt mgmt. received Joes letter they immediately replied that they wanted to drop the matter & would no longer hold me responsible for the mold issues. I was able to get out of my lease & move out. The apt. already has some one moved in to take our place... Well, next winter when the mold comes back @ this complex, I highly recommend that the new residents fight this apts insurance fraud & have AmeriDri come to their rescue too! Thank you, Joe!

I would just like to write to you guys to thank you for being so amazing to work with. I got the contact from Google, and it routed me to Joe. After giving me some background I knew that this was the company to get stuff done. Joe was kind, understanding, and very informative. After giving me the office number to call, I left a message. I did not hear back for a while, so I called Joe back to let him know. Not even five minutes after I got a call from the office to set up a same day inspection (we had to get our rental walkthrough done and turn in a mold report at our request to the property manager soon). The specialist Josh was sent out and was incredibly awesome! Everything from kind to professional, to giving peace of mind and reassurance. It was like having a good friend come over to help. Even though the property manager did not accept the first letter of recommendation of mold removal. I was able to call Josh directly thanks to the business card. We were able to get a strip test very quickly. Even when asking what the process was, he explained it in a way that was easy to understand. The test was done over the weekend and did not expect a response until Tuesday. I called Josh and he let me know he was on the way back from the lab. With him knowing that we were worried and our current ventures are new and not starting great (the house not the company). While going down the interstate he pulled over to give me a overview of the report. When he did arrive back to the office, he sent the report right away. The property manager would not just accept the first letter and the mold report. I called Josh back and informed him with what the property manager was looking for. There was no huff and puff. Instead it was along the lines of ok, so Im going to get another letter out to you with the types of mold and the opinion of the company that it is not fit for human habitation, it will have the stamps and certification. The great thing about this call was the understanding the urgency and the hoops we had to jump through, he did not charge us for the second letter. The day after submitting these to the property manager, I got a call from Josh letting me know that the property manager has given the go ahead for the mold removal. Seeing as that was the start to get our home mold free and the business aspect is now with the property manager and you guys. I just wanted to let you know that you guys are beyond amazing to work with. I will gladly recommend Ameridry to any person who would need the company assistance. We bought a resale house and pulled out the soiled carpet upstairs the 1st week we lived there to find what looked like black mold on the wall/floor that adjoins the master bath/bedroom. We built a house and struggled for almost 3 years with the builder. Dillon (Dylan?) and two young men came to my home when I had a toilet overflow and flood a downstairs bathroom and a utility room where all of our cable equipment, a movie server, and two hard drives are located.
