Just had inspection done on their work and my basement is no longer up to code. They claim to be licensed and bonded but don’t hire them. The grout work from all the tiling they did has holes and gaps everywhere from the first time I hired them less than two years ago and some of the tile has cracked. Even had an argument over money with the owner at the end over unfinished work. These guys will cut corners and take advantage of you. Stay away.

I called Tom and he came out the following day and gave me a bid on a job to remodel my master bathroom. As a way to cut down costs, I purchased all of the tile ahead of time and all the appropriate backer board, and I demolished the wood step by the tub and removed all the carpet, nails, staples, linoleum flooring and glue.Tom let me know what he would charge and he stuck firmly with that bid, from start to finish. He was very professional, easy to work with and communicated when he would be on site to work. I would highly recommend Tom to install any tile job you need. He works well and helped me install my toilet back into place and install all new trim after the tile was completed. Did I mention he put in a heated floor for me as well.....yeah.....hes definitely someone that I would hire in the future!!!! Thank you TOM!!!

Tom and the crew from One by One Tile did an amazing job for us. Hard working, responsive, and respectful of our house and belongings. They did a great job of cleaning up at the end of every day so we could move through the construction site safely. The quality of the work was exceptional. Id hire these guys again in a minute!

First let me say that Tom is one of the best people I know. He cares for not only his employees but his customers, his genuine soul is one in a million and rare to find in not only a person but especially in a contractor. We had Tom and his team complete a tile floor in our dental office and it was completed efficiently and it looks beautiful. I was so impressed by his work I will now have him come to my home to complete projects. I highly recommend this company.

They were all very professional, easy to work with, available to do the work when we needed them, and went out of their way to please us. They custom painted a schluter strip to match our tile when the supplier could not get it in time. Results are beautiful and I highly recommend them.

Tom served as the general contractor in a major remodeling of our home including overseeing installation of electrical radiant floor heating, porcelain and wood flooring, a marble countertop, backsplashes, lighting, a gas cooktop hood, a home theater riser, as well as light plumbing and carpentry work. The floor tile was particularly demanding being over 800 square feet, 24x24 inch porcelain tiles with 1/8th inch grout lines. All work was high end quality! Tom is extremely professional and responsive, keeping us informed every step of the way. He has an excellent eye for detail, being very helpful resolving issues, providing ideas that greatly improve the final product. He stuck to his bid, only making reasonable adjustments when we added new work outside the scope of the original project. We strongly recommend One by One Tile and Stone.
