So far so good. Getting our kitchen counter tops redone, sink and faucet redone and the material is scratch and heat proof with lifetime warranty! Not cheap, but lifetime warranty will ensure decades of beautiful kitchen work. Best thing is they dont rip out old counter tops but work the new material over existing tops to minimize mess and labor time costs to install. Beautiful product that will significantly add $$$ to the value of your home and will wow your friends and family!

I am SO glad I decided to go back to Granite Transformations to do my bathroom renovation (they did my kitchen a few years ago which I love). I got another bathroom contractor to quote it but GT was by far the better choice to me for several reasons. Although the costs were similar, Tom (owner) took the time to work on my project himself and make sure all the small details were taken care of from referring me to a plumber to making sure he left the area clean without a trace that construction was done and I could go on and on about how much I love the look and quality of the materials they installed! I love my new bathroom and walk-in shower so, so much and its all thanks to the hard work and quality workmanship of everyone at GT. Id highly recommend them to anyone for their renovation needs. You wont be disappointed if you use them, I can guarantee that.

Our granite countertops had to be replaced due to a problem with the mother of pearl. Tom and Stephanie (owners) Brian and Marcelo (installers) and Bob Barrett (plumber) were spectacular! Excellent follow through, customer service, and installation.They honored our warranty and made everything right and more!! I strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for granite or remodel.

This was a wonderful experience from estimate to install! I have never had a home improvement project go so smoothly and I am absolutely in love with my new counters! I was even able to do my island in a different granite at no additional cost! They kept me informed of status all the way through the process and it was completed very quickly. The installers were fantastic, even when there was an issue with a pipe not being installed correctly by the house builder, they nicked it, water in the kitchen, but they got the water turned off, got the plumber out, had the pipe fixed and my counters done all still in one day! They left zero mess and were nothing but professional. I would not hesitate to recommend granite transformations, the people and the product are wonderful!

She told me about Granite Transformations, I gave them a call set up an appointment for them to go to her house and they FaceTimed with me so I could help her pick out her granite and kitchen sink! The gentleman that came to the house with all the samples was awesome! Very informative and answered all questions I had. My aunt is very pleased with how easy the entire process was, from the template to the plumber to the installers! Her granite looks awesome! And she is so pleased! Nice work! My wife and I decided after 25+ years w the same formica vanity countertop, original sinks and original faucets it was time for an upgrade. We first considered removing the countertop and installing tile, which wed done in a guest bathroom years earlier. But my wife saw a commercial for Granite Transformations, which got us thinking.We called the CO Springs location (they were closer to our home than the Denver one) and Steffany encouraged us to visit the showroom. We drove down on a Weds and after being impressed by the process arranged for an estimate the following Saturday.Tom (Steffanys husband) and Worth, another estimator, arrived at the scheduled time and, after about an hours review of our vanity, took another hour to walk us through GTs process, countertop options, colors, sink options and colors, installation process and finally the proposal. Tom was very deliberate, going line by line through the 3 page installation agreement, explaining each proposed fee and how the job would proceed.My wife and I felt confident in getting both a fair price and honest assessment of installation timing, so we put down a deposit. About 10 days went by, which concerned us somewhat, but a call to Steffany confirmed that the measuring guys would be by in a few days.Eugene and Albert arrived on schedule and spent about an hour measuring for the template, which they glued together and then returned to the office and showroom in the Springs. A week or so went by and then we received a text that the installers would be arriving in a few days, which they did.Brian and Michael, the two installers, first introduced themselves and then proceeded to lay down protective tarps on our main floor, up the stairs and into our master bath. The demolition went quickly w some measure of dust flying, which they vaccumed before proceeding w the counter install. As promised in the agreement, the installation took a day (less than actually) and then Brian took 20 minutes to explain how to care for the surface.Over the 25 years plus weve owned our home weve had a number of improvement jobs, plumbing repairs, roofing replacements and other installations. Most went as planned but a few were problematic (guys wouldnt show up or would show up days late, service people would try to up the agreed upon fee, or the work would be substandard).Tom and his team were great, honest, timely, stayed true to the agreed upon fee and did a fantastic job...pretty much checking all the boxes when it came to home improvement projects. If you have to wait a few weeks (or months) longer til his team is available, do it! KD McHugh

We just had our new counter tops installed. Absolutely beautiful. The installers were very knowledgeable, polite, on time and made sure the job was 100% done the way I wanted. Above and beyond the normal customer service. The ladies in the office are so sweet and understanding. Tom our sales rep saved us a ton of money by letting us know we didnt have to tear out a bar counter top. The turn around was as promised. All in all I highly recommend!

I have had the composite countertops in my home since 2015. I had new countertops put in the kitchen and 2 baths. I absolutely love them! They have held up great; the finish is like it was when installed. The service was excellent from start to finish. I anticipate continued business with them.

Tom came out to give us an estimate. He was an hour late and very pushy to make a sell. We asked how it would hold up, he grabbed one of our knife and started doing a cutting motion on the piece he brought without our permission. He asked what the hold up was for buying, so I told him. He is almost double what real granite is. When I wouldnt give him his competitors information he stormed out of my house like a little kid. I would not purchase anything from granite transformations.

I was in a desperate situation needing my granite countertop cut to fit the new range I was having delivered soon. I looked online to see if I could find anyone who could do it short notice and called Granite Transformations not even knowing if they do that. Spoke to Nicki (very sweet and genuinely cared about my predicament) and explained my situation. She put Tom on the phone and he said I can come look in the next 30 minutes. WOW!! He told me yes he could help me and was at my home the next week. {And this is during the holidays!) He cut the granite perfectly for me and when I asked what I owed him he said Merry Christmas! I couldnt believe it!! Tom went above and beyond for me and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND their business to anyone needing help with granite.

We had our entire kitchen countertops done and they were the best! They were timely and efficient and got the job done quickly. We picked a style that had me slightly concerned about seams as we have a U-shaped counter but they did an amazing job and the seams are barely noticeable. They also installed our sink and faucet and weve gotten many compliments about how good of a job they did. Would highly recommend.

Lots of designs to choose from. The owner is an amazing guy who knows his product really well and was able to explain everything to me. My kitchen looks a lot better now and the best thing is this company has lifetime warranty and it transfers if I sell my house which is a huge deal and selling point. The competition wasnt that much cheaper and they dont even have warranty so if you want a good product with good service check out Granite Transformations. The people who installed the countertops were nice and informative. A little hiccup in the installation process but it wasnt their fault and they compensated me well for it. Amazing company.

Going with Tom and Granite Tranformations was the biggest mistake of our kitchen remodel. I am very involved in the local trade group and this company was recommended to me. Stopped in their showroom one day and was greeted and helped by a very nice employee (Mike). I had been wanting concrete countertops but just did not want to tackle this myself and was having a really tough time finding someone to do them. They had a countertop option that looked like concrete so we were excited there was another alternative that would get us our same look.A few weeks later we made an appointment for them to come up and give us an in home estimate. The new owner Tom (has only owned the company for approximately 8 months as of Aug 2020 so any reviews you are seeing are from the OLD OWNERS) came to our house. He did not have all of the samples which he apologized for and said he knew he should have grabbed them. We had our conversation with him though about our wanting concrete looking countertops and exactly where this sample set up was in his showroom. He insisted he knew exactly what we were talking about and wrote up our order. We signed our contract based on his word that he knew exactly which concrete looking countertop option we were speaking of (there is only one in his showroom). He also owns a tile company on the side one-by-one tile or something to that name. Since he was already going to be here doing the work on the countertops we just figured it would be easier to book him to do both jobs so we dont have to deal with multiple contractors.His tile guys came first a and ripped out our existing tile and prepped. About a week later his countertop team came out to measure. One of the staff that came was Mike. Mike made a comment that he remembered me and was shocked that I didnt go with the concrete looking countertop that he and I had discussed. WHAT??????? I contacted the office and a very snotty woman by the name of Stephanie got back to me and told me that I signed the order and if it was wrong that was my fault and our countertop was already ordered. After a little going back and forth they realized their mistake and ordered the correct countertop but this was going to be an additional 3 weeks roughly from our original install date.Skip forward to the install. They installed the countertops, and they looked great but that evening we went out to collect eggs from our chickens and came back in and put them on the counter to the right of the sink as we always do. As soon as we put them down they all started rolling towards the sink!!!!! Sure enough... we got a level out and it was not level!Called and sent videos to Tom and this started WWIII with him. From the start he was extremely defensive, sarcastic and nasty. My husband spoke with him first where Tom insisted we should have known that our countertops were crooked (how would we have known this if our eggs had NEVER rolled one way or another EVER on any part of our countertops before?) and that we are going to need to pay him to come up and level out the countertops. We were told told we needed to pay 1/2 the labor for his crew to come up and fix their mistake. Despite the fact that there is supposed to be a warranty on these countertops.I then called and tried to reason with him. Right off the bat with me he was disrespectful, cutting me off, snide and speaking over me. He finally found somewhere in the paperwork that stated that they were supposed to provide level countertop and apologized to us after multiple fights on the phone to come and fix their work. At that point I did not trust him to do our backsplash as well. He got extremely nasty and send a text to us that of the $750 for our herringbone backsplash that he was charging but giving us a HUGE break because we were doing the countertops with him that we owed him $575 for the demo!!!!!!!!!!!! Insane!Now we have only had these countertops about 2 months and there is already a crack in it!!!!!!!! Stay away!

The options available to upgrade any counter top are amazing. The customer service is excellent. They keep the customer informed on each step of the process. Installation was done quickly and easily by knowledgeable and polite workers.

I am very dissatisfied with the outcome of my recently installed counter top. During the install, one of the technicians cut the electrical wire to my garbage disposal. He apologized and said that the company would be taking care of getting it repaired. He said that I would hear from someone that day. No one called. I had to call the next day and finally, a representative came to my house to look at the damage. The rep claimed that since it was not their responsibility to fix it, even though their technician damaged it!! He was terribly rude, condescending, and argued with me for a full 20 minutes, laughing the entire time. It is unresolved at this point and my garbage disposal still does not work!!! Plus, they did not finish sanding down the bar portion of the counter so now, the edge is razor sharp instead of dulled like the rest of the counter top. Very unhappy about this!!!

Just had our kitchen countertops replaced and the entire experience from start to finish was phenomenal. The staff were very knowledgeable and extremely patient with all our questions. The installers very efficient, and took all the packaging away. The product looks beautiful and I would recommend this method if you dont want to deal with the mess of construction. I was really happy with the service I received from this company. The ladies in the office were helpful and friendly, and the workers were polite and cleaned up after themselves. My job was a small one, but they made sure it was done nicely and I was really happy with the results. We sold the house a few months after the install, but everything was holding up perfectly and I did not have any issues with staining or chipping. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone!

The installation was so easy and only took about 5 hours, the install team was great as well. The end product is gorgeous! I love my new kitchen! I plan on doing my bathrooms next year. It was a roller coaster remodel, but Granite Transformations made it easier on their part. We had to postpone twice due to other problems and they were understanding and accommodating both times. Its great to not have to deal with grout. Its a great product.
