Slightly bothersome to only have the ability to check in online, but to also need to wait until opening time to have that option be available is quite irritating. I understand its a company wide thing, not exclusively this location. Nothing wrong w any services or faculty.

Just had my first hair cut with Sport Clips. Belinda (probably spelling that wrong) was amazing. She gave me a run down of all my options and then gave suggestions. We had great conversation while she cut my hair, trimmed my beard and gave me the shampoo and hot towel treatment. Price was very reasonable for the level of service I received. The entire staff was on point with the safety measures for covid and I felt very comfortable being there. Highly recommended place and will definitely be going back!!

Pretty expensive- $20 for a boys cut and $30 for military. Husband still had to come home and fix his fade by blending more because the lines could still be seen.

This places online check in is a joke, i got an estimated 65 minutes so i try to plan accordingly then 30 minutes later i get a text my stylist will be ready in 10 minutes! I get there 5 minutes later than that and my spot is given away and I have a wait time longer than my initial 65 minutes!! I get it’s estimated but what is the point of online check in if you show up 30 minutes before hand and and still have to wait an hour !!! Stylist are awesome! Online check in not so much! Might as well just show up and wait!

I would agree with the kids its a hit or miss. I did take my son and the hair cut was FAR from decent I called in spoke with the manager Mia and she allowed me to bring him in and get it fixed. Ive had a great experience with multiple stylists for several years now

I would like my money back . Worst experience I’ve had from a professional business in a long time. Besides the terrible haircut she burnt my head with scalding hot water. Didn’t use a towel after my hair wash and let my back get soaked from the dripping water. I go there the store on Austin bluffs normally but figured I would try out another place .. I’m a pretty good returning customer meaning I usually buy a hair product every time and I always request Josephine which I know she’d recognize me that’s how often I return.

Update from when I brought my boys last. I took them this morning first ones there. One it the stylist Saydee was good with one of my boys hair even though she made a comment about my sons scar on his head which he clearly doesnt need. Then my other boy got his hair cut by Bella and we had discussed his cut and THOUGHT we were all on the same page. Went and check on my boys several times during the hair cut. Saydee was doing good. But Bella no she had already messed up what we had talked about. Once she was done she asked me to come check. I told her right then and there my son disliked his hair cut actually said he hates it. She then became defensive and attitude about it. My son was in tears broke down once we got into the car because he was sooo upset about what she did. When you ask for a low skin fade and it turns into a high in tight something is wrong there. We will go back however we will stick with the ones who orginally do their hair.

After going to this location, I have had a horrible case of folliculitis on the back of my neck and head which ultimately resulted in temporary baldness in affected areas. (It can be permanent in some cases)After researching, its due to bacteria getting inside of hair follicles due to dirty instruments. Meaning the barber I had did not clean her grooming tools beforehand.I would strongly discourage coming to this location, its not worth the struggle or health concerns.

The Season Ticket is a pretty good deal. However, dont get comfortable with a single stylist. You cant use the Season Ticket at other stores.Otherwise, its a pretty good haircut.

Overall: 4/5Warning: Find a stylist you like, and stick ONLY with them.So Ive been going here now for over a half a decade, and originally I believe it was Moon who did my hair. Though since I have changed to find someone who is there and available. As a guy with over 2 long hair that is overly well kept, but that works in construction with tar and glues, my hair is a project. Certain conditioners and products, when mixed with chemicals soaked into my hair from work, have adverse and potentially dangerous reactions. So I always point this out. With my normal stylists, I never have any issues. However, on more than one occasion have I had a mishap from staff. For example: Aug 2013 I had one who was instructed to ONLY get rid of split ends turn on the shaver on me. I know the sound of that buzz and immediately stopped the appointment then and there and corrected her. Other times Ive had staff ignore my chemical precautions and attempt to use damaging products, and one point being directly lied to about what they were using only to have a fume come from my hair similar to that of MEK mixed with Acetone that made it so difficult to breathe for me as such smells freak me out, having worked with them and seeing many a disaster. I had to walk out the front door and sit outside while I dumped bottled water to wash out my hair, only to discover my hair had started to split and die nearly to the roots and having to get about 3 of hair cut off (that was i think late 2009 - early 2010, and Moon was not available. Needless to say they not only comped me but gave me a gift card after I nearly went into a full on rage. It was exactly why I had warned her not minutes earlier). I will always call and attempt to schedule at the convenience of my stylist to come in. Every now and then, my stylist will leave and I will have to find a new one. And 1/3 times, its a near-disaster. I have come to checking the bottles, watching intently in the mirror, and so on, until at least the third appointment.I really cant summarize my love of this place, not can I set aside my hatred for when I have to use a new stylist. I truly wish they were more consistent, and that their staff didnt change out, but such is the worldwe live in.

I came here with my boyfriend, we have been to several sports clips locations and have always had the option for the super shaver, which we always use because thats the way he likes his hair cut. Well the employees at this location have the super shaver available to them but are not comfortable using it. So we wasted a trio coming all the way up to woodmen to not get a haircut. Last time we went to austin bluffs location and got a messed up hair cut. We went to north carefree location and we were looking at 1hr 10min wait woodmen had a way less of a wait time so we checked in online and headed their way only to be told that we cant have what we want. I mean come on if you can use a super shaver.. And ya dont know what its for. Why are you a hairstylist? This is beyond me.

Always great service and a great haircut. The key is to find the right stylist for you and stick with that person. I would recommend the complete service -- steam towel, neck/shoulder massage, etc. I would definitely recommend.
