Great experiences here. Especially from my barber Juan Reyes gives a great haircut, he is very professional, gives me exactly what I want, and takes suggestions. I feel at home whenever I enter the barber shop, love the music they play and the humor of the employees.

They have great music playing while you wait. Everything is by appointment by they are pretty flexible to get you in all you got to do is bare with them to help your needs and be patient. The cut was great and I my kids haircut as well as my wife was great. The price is high but reasonable for the finish product.

So my Experience with Bishops. I have been a customer for over a year. well on the 31th of August I try to go in for a walk in unfortunately they could not get me in, not mad about that but I was told $16 for a buzz cut like it has always been. well I call back the next day to get a buzz cut for the 2nd and I am told it is $40 and there are no standard priceing ….. so wow and good bye going to place that I know how much a haircut will be good bye bishop’s:(

Nalu cut my hair today. It was so nice to get a cut (first for me since COVID). He was kind and professional and offered suggestions for my cut. It looks much better than me at home with clippers lol. Definitely returning next month.

If u make an appointment u wont get in at your appointment time first off. 2nd not professional at all. This place is suppose to be a modern barber shop but its full of kid wannabe barbers that overcharge for half quality cuts. There might be 1 decent barber but I know the white boy i got doesnt care about value just the paycheck.

The owner gave my husband a call and spoke to him and got a clear understanding what happen. I appreciate the quick response and also the willingness to make this right!This is now the 3rd time my husband has taken my son to this place. We have seen 3 different barbers and EVERY single time they mess my sons hair up. I havent wrote reviews previously. But this by far was the worst cut he has ever got. They did not listen to what we requested. And my son came back home with an uneven hair cut. One side was higher than the other, they tapered it incorrectly and they had the nerve to still want to get paid 30 buck for this mess. Thank the Lord my husband has clippers and could fix it. But this shouldnt have been the case. They may do great on some folks. But would I recommend them Absolutely NOT

Unprofessional, waste of time.Sat on their waiting couch for 40 minutes today and was never acknowledged by staff, ended up going somewhere else. No employees wore a mask, and not enforcing mask wearing. 3 employees finished with clients then proceeded to go about their personal business, waiting clients on the chairs/couches never acknowledged.

Unreal talent in this shop. Any superior shop will deliver a quality cut, we personally perfer this shop due to the ability to circumvent long waits by scheduling appointments via Facebook. If you are in the military and want a fresh fade this is the shop for you, nobody does a better skin fade, stop wasting your money on post, turn the barber shop back to an experience like a nice restaurant, not a fast food style cut from the Px.

Ive been going to Superior for some time now and have never left disappointed. For the past year, Focus has consistently offered a great haircut and cuts my hair just the way I like it every time. On the occasion he was out of town, Dalton cut me and he was nothing short of excellent. I can confidently say that every barber in the shop is a master of their craft and can take care of anyone, no matter your age, race, or style preference. Prices are also pretty fair! They live up to their name.

I chose this shop based on the great reviews, and was not disappointed. Isaac gave me a great cut and lined me up super clean.Its definitely a club house feel, so it was a little awkward being a new customer and the only woman in the place, but Im happy with the cut!Isaac made sure he understood what I wanted (even though I couldnt remember the correct terminology). He made sure to check in with me, and when I wanted to make a couple of changes, he totally took it in stride and kept cutting.A few awkward moments with no conversation is a good trade-off for a great cut! If youre a female customer it might be uncomfortable, but if you communicate what you want, Im sure theyll make it happen.

Recent shoulder surgery made it impossible to shave my own head. Not having been to a barber in over a decade and being particular about my beard, I was nervous to let someone shave me. Jose did a great job and Ill definitely be back.

We walked in to get a hair cut for my husband and got no greeting just awkward stares. It felt really uncomfortable. My husband had to ask if they had an opening for a walk in yesterday (Tuesday) one guy just just kept repeating no I have appointments and the other guy just stared at us and eventually shook his head no. Make your customers feel a little more comfortable. It’s no big deal that you didn’t have appointments open, but make us feel welcome and that it’s a good place to come back too. Now its too uncomfortable to walk in your shop again. You could have gained a good customer.

I have been taking my son to have his hair cut by Chulo for almost a year and I cant recommend him enough! Every where we went before used to result in tears and fears of haircuts, and that hasnt happened once at Superior. He gets so relaxed he sometimes falls asleep in the chair, and knows that he always leaves with a fresh cut, fist bumps and lollipops. If youre looking for a new barber for your son, look no further than here.. Chulo is the best!
