So this was my first time buying a Chevy and was very skeptical about it especially because I’ve owned 5 different Ford vehicles but The whole experience working with my Sales Rep (Lawrence) and Finance (Marcus) was just great. Not only was it just a smooth transaction but they were even able to get me a better rate then what I was originally approved on my own. Highly recommend North Mike Maroone. The only issue I would say I had and I understand it’s not the dealerships fault due to the Chip Shortage, but was the fact that I had to wait for a vehicle to come in and was delayed for a few days longer then expected but other then that 100% great!!

I always receive outstanding service at Mike Maroone Chevy North. I have 3 GM vehicles and Ive brought them all here for 12 years consistently now. Ricky is a super friendly service advisor and he always gets me right in and hes an expert in GM vehicles! The techs are great, always finishing jobs faster than I expect...in particular Kent is an awesome tech and super knowledgeable. I also like their waiting room where they have coffee, hot chocolate, water, seats, and desk areas to sit at. Its nice getting repairs or maintenance done here because they always have the needed parts in stock, no waiting around for days as with other mechanic shops. Ive used their shuttle service numerous times and I always find them timely and fast to pick me up.

I had the pleasure of working with Chuck Epley(I am not 100% if I spelt the last name correctly) anyways. He was super fantastic from the start. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I knew the car I wanted and he made it happened. Helped work out a bunch of details and EXTREMELY patient with my spouse and I. If I had to buy another car I’d definitely want to go back and see Chuck.Mindy and Josh were also helpful with the finance details I have never seen anyone work harder to help get the right loan. If you’re looking for a vehicle this is the place to go.

Unfortunately, I cannot give a zero star review. However, if I could, I would. I recently visited this location after being sold a vehicle that has been causing major problems. Many employees within the dealership were extremely helpful but were overshadowed by the overwhelming lack of help from the general sales manager. I do not know his name but have seen enough to call into question his character and the credibility of the entire Mike Maroone Chevrolet dealership. Please, save your time and money and visit Toyota, Honda, or any other Springs dealership rather than this money trap.

I scheduled my first service for my new Chevy Colorado at Mike Maroone using the Chevrolet app and it could not have gone more smoothly. I arrived at the appointment time and was quickly met by the service writer Michael. He quoted me 1.5 hours to get it done and even offered me a ride to go get lunch while I waited. The oil change and 7500 mile check were done when he said it would be and Chevy picked up the cost. Overall a very positive experience.

There wasnt a lot of back and forth and negotiating that you expect from a traditional car dealership. I got a great deal for my trade in and they made the whole process very smooth and painless. I gave him the list of vehicles I was interested in and he did his homework before I even got there for my appointment by The Weeknd. He truly listened to my ideas as to what I was looking for and I was pleased with his selection and I chose one that fit my budget and needs. The entire process with Dustin went seamlessly and enjoyable. From the moment he greeted me to the final steps to finance. Brought my vehicle in for service because the check engine light came on and engine was running rough. Turned out to be a bad fuel injector. Instead of replacing the one they suggested all 3 and gave us a huge bill of $1300. When my wife questioned why we needed to do all 3 when only one was bad the service advisor was very rude to her and even audibly scoffed at the question. He then angrily said hed call back with an estimate for just the one. When he did they said it would be around $950 for only the one then raised the price to over $1400 for the 3. Then raised it to over $1100 for the 1 and raised the 3 again to almost $1500. All because they forgot to include other items for the repair I would normally trust a dealership but they are shady, rude, and have overall bad communication/service. We will not return. Ever.

The service was good, they found the issue I was having and repaired it that day. They did a thorough inspection. I appreciate that I was able to select what I wanted them to do and what I wanted to take care of myself without hassling me about it.Whoever worked on my car left a large stain on the drivers seat from oil (or grease or something like that) that was on their pants. Thats very frustrating.I drive an electric car and it would be nice if they would plug it in after they are done working on it. (Not a big deal, just thought that would be a nice touch.)

Techs at Mike Maroon are always helpful. I usually schedule my services but I did a walk-in this time and there was a little bit of a wait. Roughly 1.5 hours which still wasnt bad. Having my oil changed at this dealership was also still the cheapest around. 10/10 will continue to use this location for my service needs.

I had such a great experience at Mike Maroone North. Raymond Garza was such a pleasure to work with. He made purchasing a car fun. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle and never pressured us into making a decision. He was very professional and kind. I’ve been taking my car to Johnny at the Chevy dealership for five years. He’s the best. He makes sure I understand what needs to be fixed on my car. I’m going on a road trip in a few weeks and wanted to make sure my car was ready. Not only did the technicians look everything over but Johnny gave me a full color booklet that visually showed all the components on my car and color coded each green for good and red for not good. Mine were all green. Thank you for taking good care of me and making sure I’m safe in my car.

I think Michael did a great job in communicating with me and keeping me updated on my vehicle. What I was not happy about is the fact the tech did not go internal in to my vehicle and inspect the shifter to see if anything was amiss. He just simply sit in the drivers seat and tried to replicate the issue I had described. Because he could not replicate the issue I was told GMs policy is to go no further. I think this a very poor policy and the reason more and more people are turning to foreign made vehicles. I left with an unresolved issue on my vehicle and the issue will most certainly happen again.

Amazing experience at Mike Maroone Chevy. We have family in the car business so I havent had to do a normal car purchase process in the last 20 years. With COVID killing the supply chain and inventory levels we had to go the normal car purchasing route and I was a little worried about how that would be given how easy my past car buying has been. Chuck was very helpful. There was no pressure. We were shopping for my 75 year old mother and it was important to look at some vechiles first before doing anything because seeing out the back is hard for her. Chuck understood and allowed us that courtesy before pulling credit to make sure she was going to be able to drive what she wanted.

This is specific to the service department. They have serviced my vehicle at this location since 2016 when I bought it from them (Al Serra at the time) and there has not been a single service visit where there was not some sort of issue, from grease left on the interior to oil filters not properly tightened to, most recently, a radiator that failed (with less than 15,000 miles on the car) after they did the “routine” recommended flush and coolant change. Of course it had just gone out of extended warranty when the problem appeared, so they wanted $1,300 for a new radiator install.I updated to give 2 stars as interactive with the service advisor (Dave) was the only good part of my experience.Find someone else even for routine care, preferably an independent shop. GM doesn’t care about the service side of the business and it shows at this service department.

Michael and Cheryl were amazing. We talked to Michael the prior day and he was very friendly and informative but not pushy or intimidating. We didn’t buy that day but easily made the decision the following day. When we came by we missed Michael but he hooked us up with Cheryl who was so nice and tolerated our crazy 18 month old. The sales rep Chuck made this the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. I inquired online about a very specific car, Chuck gave me a call and the rest is history. They got me financed, and delivered my car all the way to Denver. The car is everything they said and then some. Chuck was super friendy, and stayed in constant communication until the deal was done. Had a great experience with Dustin and Josh. Dustin was super accommodating towards our needs. We prefer to have vehicles inspected by a third party for our own assurance and Dustin worked with us to make that possible, even willing to do extended test drives to work around our work schedules. He was so friendly and considerate, the patience of a saint, letting our very bored 6yo go full Picasso on post its and “decorate” his desk. Josh worked his bum off to make sure the finance department got the payments within our budget. Dustin reached out after the purchase to make sure everything was awesome and we were 100% happy with our truck. We even took a selfie together for his board to showcase the customers he helps. Such an awesome guy. I’ll be going back to see Dustin here shortly as I’m now planning on purchasing another vehicle for the family. I’d rather wait until they have the vehicle I want than work with other dealers. Period.

I purchased a vehicle from this location and obviously that went smoothly. I have now been up to this dealership 6 times afterwards in order to get maintenance aspects taken care of. This place is disorganized and I am very disappointed in their service department. I was scheduled appointments on days where the proper mechanics were not available and the staff receiving the vehicles at the service department won’t even give you a straight answer. They just say I will probably have to keep the vehicle all weekend because they have no idea what’s going on.

I was visiting from out of town and found myself with 2 tires that didnt look very good. I just drove in without an appointment and David Blodis helped me right away. He looked at my tires and said he had only ever seen a wear pattern like that there was a bad alignment. He quickly set me up to have a new set of tires put on. They were balanced and aligned and I was back on the road in a little over 2 hours. David was very professional and courteous and his help was much appreciated. I was very pleased with the service I received and would recommend Mike Maroone Chevy to anyone in the area.

I had this dealership install a bike rack mounting hitch on the back of my Bolt. The GM web site I ordered it from (accessories.chevrolet.com) quoted $22.50 to install it however, the dealer charged $80 to install. Additionally, they did a redo on the Bolt battery recall to calibrate it further. I feel like GM did a stellar job of designing and building my Bolt, however they need to do more work on dealer education and consistency with their advertised accessories, particularly installation and with EV recall record keeping (I have received at least 5 reminders to carry out the Bolt battery software modification - after I had the recall performed - and now it has been re-performed. GM has some very well funded competition and I think you may want to improve your customer experience a little more to be competitive in the future. On the plus side, everyone at the dealer was very polite and considerate and I cant commend GM enough on the fantastic product they designed. Additionally, I appreciate the shuttle service greatly!

Dave Blotis did an amazing job getting a new gas tank for us quickly. Our Tahoe was vandalized on Fathers Day. Someone had drilled a hole in our original gas tank and stole our gas. We were an a time crunch to get back home from vacation. Dave went the extra mile to get us in and out. Our Tahoe performed perfectly like nothing had ever happened on our trip back to California. Went and test drove a car. Heard some noise underneath so they were going to service it. Very interested and said once they service it, I would buy it. The 2nd day I asked for an update. Later that day come to find out they were selling it to someone else...?? Wasted our time. Never knew if it was actually serviced. Someone probably just bought a vehicle with problems. I picked some weird shaped metal piece in my tire that drained all the air out of it instantaneously. I called Mike Maroone Chevy because they are the ones that put the tires on back in November while we were having some other work done. Even though I hadnt bought the road hazard on the tires, because it wasnt offered to me, our amazing parts rep Michael told me to bring it in and if it could be patched theyd take care of it. I dropped it off and they called later to say they fixed it. When I went to pick up the tire they offered to put it on for me as well. =) Now if you dont know...taking the spare from under and putting it back under the truck is quite a pain in the butt series of events. Needless to say, I am extremely thankful for our service department here. Thank you again, Michael.

Service center is a fine example of any domestic dealer network. Substandard customer service at best. No where in the TSB does it state the fuel filter effects water in the fuel causing the sensor to alert. Service wanted to charge me in excess of $120 a fuel filter I purchased for $22 in which was a Genuine GM filter.

Rick, the service advisor is great. I came in for an oil change on my 2016 Corvette and service was quick and had me ready to go within 45 minutes. Technician found additional maintenance that needed attention and I would have addressed these issues but didn’t because costs were outrageous. I am now looking for another shop with more reasonable prices that I feel comfortable letting them work on my car.

By far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I went to daniels long Chevy at motor city and had the worst experience so I didn’t have high hopes coming here.I walked in and was greeted by Lawrence and he absolutely fought tooth and nail to get us the best deal in an amazing vehicle in the fastest time I’ve ever made a deal. I made an appt for an oil and filter as I had been told that it would be quicker. I got there at appt time and not 1 service writer was helping someone and I stood there waiting much longer than I should have while the 2 front ones were talking to each other laughing away. Finally the one walks away and the other one asks if I need help almost in a bothering way! I told him that I have an appt and he said it would be an hour and a half because I had to get behind all the first come first serve. I told him I had an appt setup so I wouldnt have to wait to long and he said well I cant move you in front of them! I was getting a little upset but no attitude toward him at all but he threw the dont care attitude at me and said let me know if you want to do it and walked away inside the building, got a drink and walked back out right passed me. I went to him and told him to go ahead and do it... I have been going to you all for years now buying cars and getting serviced by you.. That was the worst I have been treated! If that was one of my employees that treated customers that way, he would have been disciplined or terminated. Dont think I will be back and if any of my employees want me to recommend a dealership to buy or service then I will most likely not recommend yours

I turned my vehicle in with all the buttons on my remote. Of course the buttons looked worn however the remote hadnt ever come apart. When I was giving my remote back it was missing a button and no one took responsibility. I was told thats how it was turned in. Second, the lack of professionalism is unexplainable. Customers should feel welcomed. A simple greeting goes a long way, especially when theres no other customers around. Its sad to see that this dealership doesnt need new business or even my business. Crazier that Ill write this and the person reading wont care either. Disappointing

The staff was professional and efficient. One thing I would recommend is letting customers know when they show up for service its first come first serve. I was there before anyone else that morning and being not sure where to park, I parked in a parking spot and all the other customers lined up at the door. I ended up being 6th in line because I didnt know. I had a 7:30am appointment.

Made an appointment for car to be repaired. Did not receive a recommendation or status for 48hrs after I dropped off the car. The service to complete was only 2hrs. So went three days without a vehicle for a job that took 2hrs. Happy with the work but the communication and length of time they had the car was horrible.

Rick Alexander took the initiative to schedule an appointment for us within hours of a recall notice being issued for our vehicle. That was EXCELLENT! Then, he was able to schedule more work on our car when we requested an oil change. The shop did a courtesy check and found a few more problems which Rick was able to get addressed the same day as well. Hes very friendly and knowledgable, and we are appreciative and grateful for his fine assistance, and the fast and accurate work done on our Suburban by the shop.

Upon entering the dealership was not greeted and stood waiting for someone to ask what they could do to help. When finally asked I felt like I was being an inconvenience to the employee. They were rude to my wife when dropping off the vehicle for service and treated her with no respect. We have dealt with other dealerships in town and have never felt so disrespected and under valued. Needless to say we will not be returning for any kind of service or sales.

If I was only rating my service guy, Dave, I would def give 5 stars.....they hooked me up and fixed all my vehicle problems, plus more than I even came in for.....my only issue is the call center needs to let ppl know ahead of time that the appt is really just a check in time, so they dont have unrealistic expectations of when their vehicle will be ready.....end the end the service quality I received was exceptional and I hope Dave gets the recognition he deserves for providing the customer service he did:) thanks Dave and chevy team for the effort u made to keep me happy and get me back on the road again !!!!😊

Michael Zamora was my service writer and he was awesome. This is my first experience at Maroone Chevrolet with my new truck and I felt like a valued customer from the beginning even though I didnt buy my truck there. Mike put me at ease with my engine issue and got the problem corrected in a very short time. I will always get my truck serviced at Maroone and hope Mike Zamora is my service writer every time but from my experience, I would not be surprised if all the service team is like Mike.

If you ever want to buy a vehicle, definitely go here!! They will work their hardest to get you into a vehicle!! They make you feel welcomed, theyre friendly and very professional!! This is one place where you dont have to feel like youre not worthy of the vehicle you want!! This is really a stand up dealership here in Colorado Springs!! Ask for Jacob Abbott or any other sales consultants, theyre all great, including the finance department, like Jem!! She was awesome and explained ALL paperwork, this was the experience that I was looking for when I bought my vehicle!! I definitely should have went to them first!! Johnny took great care of my classic car while in his shop. He made sure it was kept inside the whole time even while his mechanic was on quarantine. Josh did a great job diagnosing and providing a permanent fix to this Frankenstein car (a freshy restored 57 Bellaire with a 350 V8 from an 87 Caprice California Highway Patrol car). Appreciate their professionalism and approach to resolving my cars issue and protecting my investment in its very expensive restoration.

Both salesman (AJ and Scott) who I worked with were awesome. I’ve been to multiple dealerships where salesman try and strong arm you into making a decision. The gentleman I worked with were very understanding when I would go back and worth on my decision. They also did not pressure me into anything which I appreciate. They worked with me to make it a deal I would agree on. They were straight forward, honest, and very good people to do business with.
