Took my car in as I felt a shake in the brakes, got excellent service from Alan, Ben and Derek. The lobby is nice with a Roku TV, coffee and even cornhole to pass the time. They had plenty of power outlets for working on computers and good high speed Internet. They did a full inspection and test drive of the brakes and found that they were all in good condition. Even though I felt a little stupid, a company that doesn’t force unnecessary repairs will be getting my return business!

Its like the saying goes, when it rains it pours. I just lost a job in town and my truck breaks down not giving me a chance to get out and get to interviews.I needed a shop that could get my truck in for service quickly so I could get back to working again. Well that was certainly JOES Car and Truck repair. Other shops told me it could be up to 3, 4 weeks before even getting a chance to look at my truck.JOHN MILES, one of the techs replaced my trucks shifter cable and did all the fine adjustments to give me all of my gears back, not just the 3 it picked and chose before the repair. After driving the vehicle for a couple days now im ecstatic that I used this shop. No small issues popped up down the road at all like some times can happen with older vehicles. My truck is 25 years old with almost 300,000 miles on it.And a VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU goes to ALAN M the very nice gentleman at the front desk when I dropped my truck off. He knew I was in a very bad spot financially when all of this happened. If he didnt do all that he did to help me with the price of the repairs due to my situation, I honestly dont know where I would be at right now. THANK YOU EVERYONE.Very professional shop, awesome work at a super fair price. They literally left my truck cleaner inside than when I bought it. Great job!

A few weeks ago on a Saturday morning while running errands my truck broke down. I limped into this business. I have forgotten the managers name (larger man with white hair and beard) but he and TECH: Mike Lester were able to identify the problem, get parts, correct the issue and have me home before my nap time. An atta boy is due from management as I was in a rough situation and they made it all go away. Thank you.

Wow, I am just so pleased with the service I got from Bryce and the guys at Joes repair! I had estimate from another place and for the same amount of work I paid a lot less than originally quoted from the other place! On top of that there was a broken fog lamp which was replaced so my beautiful car is perfect!! Just purchased a truck. The check engine light came on after only 20 miles. They replaced the part for us. Very courteous and did the repair in a timely manner. Also, the jack was missing and they replaced it as well.

I called on Saturday to make an appointment for Wednesday. My front blinker socket was burnt out, I was promised the parts would be in when I arrived and it would take no longer than an hour and a half, quoted $60. Two hours later and not only was the problem not fixed, but all they had me waiting for that whole time was a quote. A quote that came out to over $300 when I was originally quoted $60 for the exact same problem. Collossal waste of my time, incredibly unprofessional. Do not do business here!

Indisputable facts: Went in or a diesel particulate filter cleaning. They took it out, told me it couldnt be cleaned and put it back in. Charged me 500$.opinion: I was able to buy new one online and did the replacement in about an hour. They ripped me off with a smile. They saw an opportunity to charge me for nothing and did.

Came in to get a quote for a bumper replacement. Called two days after since it took two days and ni response on a quote. The response I got was that they still didnt have a quote. It shouldnt take 4 days to quote someone. Lazy workers who must not want business since they take so long to even give an estimate.

Me and my husband bought a Jeep from McCloskey Motors and have had nothing but trouble with it. We bought the extended warranty and stull had to pay 1600.00 for a heater coil. The heater wasnt working when we bought the jeep and that was one of the things that the finance guy agreed to fix. Well that didnt happen. There are other issues that we had like the lift kit. It wasnt tightened down and Bryce at Joes service center told us we could all have been killed if we would have taken it on the highway. They didnt check out the Jeep before they took it in on a trade and we have been paying fir it ever since. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We just got it back from having the heater coil replaced and now it is overheating. Joes haa had this Jeep more than we have!!

I went there to see how much will they charge to put the meter on my car to see what could be wrong.. I needed a climate control moduleThe young man at the counter said $150.00 to look at it flat... I said I know you will charge but $150.00 ..his reply $150.00 thank you.. have a good day... That was out of this world...world...

On Monday night my car decided to stop working in the middle of N. Academy. I was able to get it pushed into the Big Lots parking lot, and get my kids safely home. No idea what I was going to do, or how I was going to get it done, I felt very helpless. I ended up stopping into Joes to the next morning to get an idea of what the cost would be.My first interaction was with Bryce at the counter. I told him what had happened and asked if he knew how I could get my car there, and he said they gave free towing if I use their shop to do whatever work needed to be done.Bryce then immediately put my car on their schedule for that same day. I scheduled the tow with Bryce instruction and had my car brought to the shop around 1:45pm. He was very thorough, explained the next steps clearly and I returned to work.Bryce called me around 5 to give me the breakdown on what needed to happen and what it would cost, there was no up-selling or over charging, which tends to happen when youre a female needing mechanical work, I gave the ok for the work.Around 10:30am on Wednesday Bryce called to tell me my car was done.No lengthy car stay, no crazy expensive charges, no suggested services that werent needed. Just superior, quality service from knowledgeable people.Thank you Bryce for working with me and for being so transparent. I will be recommending this shop at every opportunity.

They got the work done eventually for a fair price, but a bad part caused an oil leak and the turnaround on the work was slow. While they did take care of the oil leak they werent very reassuring.Eventually had the issue come back and I took it to a different shop where they knew what to test and found the problem immediately. Joes is probably good for routine work but going to avoid them for the complex stuff.

I have been going to Joe’s Car and Truck Repair for a few years now. They have always taken great care of my car needs. Brandon is quick to return calls and is always honest with the results. They let me know if my car needs to have work done and don’t try to pull money out of my pockets for unnecessary repairs. Not to mention they are decently priced and have a good deal on oil changes! THEY WILL TELL YOU THINGS ARE WRONG WITH YOUR CAR THAT ARE NOT AND THEN THEY WONT FIX ANY OF THE ITEMS DAMAGED BY THEIR NEGLECT AND INEXPERIENCE IN FIXING CARS. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! RIP OFF. I FILED A LAWSUIT FOR THE VEHICLE COSTS AND IT IS IN LITIGATION.

When somebody asks for a quote you should tell them the whole quote, not just posted. That way when when you quote $250 people arent supposed when the bill is$900. The answer well, you need to consider labor is not a good answer. Ask lots of questions before you give them the keys.

This place is really awesome, they are not pushy like other places I have been to. ( as a woman I am very grateful for this) They are very organized and their prices are very reasonable. Angela and Alan have both been so helpful and reasonable with their suggestions and mindful of my budget. Ive had my car in for tires and several oil changes and Im due for some new tires and after a bad experience at Discount tires the other day my loyalty to Joes is solidified.

Ive been to these guys several times, for a few oil changes and a couple repairs. The most recent repair I was in for (Valve Cover Gaskets) was far less expensive than another reputable shop, including a very reasonable warranty and a bit of additional help that I had requested. I think some people who would leave poor reviews should consider the amount of time it takes to do a job, cost of parts and the value of letting a professional with an equipped shop take care of your car. Great job guys, I will definitely be back soon.

I have been a customer for many years at Joes. They are honest, knowledgeable, dependable, & kind. They will tell me when something needs to be fixed right away or if it can wait. All the mechanics and front desk staff make me feel welcome - the customer service is one-of-a-kind. Mike Warner has been working particularly hard on all my cars for a few weeks. He has figured out problems with them that were puzzling - he perseveres and can fix anything. I always bring my cars to Joes and will continue to do so. Thank you also, to Ben and Kevin for being great mechanics. Matt and Brandon are keeping the customers happy in the front and quickly learning the ropes. Alan and Angela are definitely missed.

If I could give 10 out of 5 stars I would. Customer service was above average. The mechanics were friendly and knowledgeable. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The waiting area was even clean and tidy. A+ service that is hard to come by these days.

My 2002 Buick LeSabre was loosing coolant, unfortunately GM decided to run the water jacket right next to the intake manifold which can lead to major engine problems if coolant gets into the intake. The whole intake assembly had to be taken apart and gaskets replaced. Allen at Joes quoted a fair price and at checkout there were no surprises. These guys have a high rating for a reason; friendly,, knowledgeable staff, fair price and very concerned that you are a satisfied customer. I highly recommend Joes Car and Truck Repair for any issues that your automobile may have.

Excellent and polite service. Were very straight forward with me. Came there on 2 occasions with an old dodge neon. Warned me that it was rusting out and was costly to repair and were honest with me about all prices. Never got it repaired since it was going to be retired anyway. All services we did receive were great, very timely. Even when they were behind they snuck us in. Couldnt be happier with a mechanic. If were were staying local id definitely recommend them to anyone needing a fair priced and good mechanic. Also have a neat coupon book.

Brandon quoted me $600 on a $300 job. Other garages were in shock. Be careful. Then they tried to drop the price down for me over $200 when I told them that I called other places. Bunch of crooks and still charges me for an inspection when every other garages are free!! Real classy Joe!!!

I love this place. They make me feel comfortable regarding my car even though I know nothing about car repairs. And they do free towing in the city too. Alan helps me understand what the repairs are and why I need them on my car. I appreciate this place because most car shops over charge but NOT Joes. Plus they are local family owned! I dont mind spending money there for windshield wipers or brake lights because they are local. Oh! And they call you to remind you when your car is due for maintience. I appreciate their follow up and they make sure I walk away feeling confident about what I am purchasing. Used to love this place, now I will NEVER go back. Lost a customer for life because of completely unreasonable service. I dont know this jerks name I dealt with but he had a mustache and was older. I come in for a scheduled appointment today. Let them know I had several things that needed looked at. The man tells me he cant do the alignment because he is the only one there, then tells me it will cost 280 dollar for a damn headlamp replacement. I tell him they did one for me but it was like 80 bucks. He claims it will take ripping my bumper off to fix it. Complete and utter nonsense when I have done this myself before, just was wanting to pay to have it done this time. Then I am told I do not have a warning light come on, after I explained every single day after 2 miles all my warning lights come on, can you figure out why. He claims that does not happen, I must be mistaken. Complete disappointment in this place, I will never go back. Beware of fake reviews, because they are not as advertised. I wasted my morning attempting to fix issues with my car. These people seem like they literally do not want my business. I do not know what one would need to do to get good service here, but definitely run if you see an older man with a mustache. He is a pansy lazy ass who does not want to work.

If I could give them zero stars, I would.Over the course of several months, I took both my car, and my deployed brothers car in multiple times without success.While in one instance, I was told directly that the measures they were taking to fix one car were a long shot and it might not work, the other car was a different matter. I was promised on more than one occasion that they were very confident they fixed the problem.The tow-truck driver that does free hauls and works with Joes knew me by name and cars because I had to return both cars to them so often.At one point, I sat, 50 yards from Joes front doors in a broken down car, I had just paid $600 to get back from them seconds before. I then sat for over an hour and a half while they took their time getting me help... Even though I could see the mechanics through the window, I was so close-not one of them came to offer me assistance.I was charged outrageous amounts of money with full guaranteed warranties and then denied refund when the parts didnt work.It eventually boiled down that I had to sign over the title of one of my cars to them in order to pay off the bill for the other one that I had also had to pay to tow off their lot because it still didnt work.Clean and friendly place for an oil change--avoid it like the plague if you need real work done.I have never been so blatantly robbed and mistreated by any company in my life.

This company should be avoided at all costs. I would put them at 0 stars if I could. They are sneaky with how they phrase and do things. They are not honest. They drastically overcharge for what needs to be done on your vehicle. We were quoted $1,500 with what needed to be done. Took it somewhere else and it was only $300. I could continue to go on, but that would take hours. Just save yourself frustration, time and money: take your business elsewhere.

I first came here in early 2016 when I moved to Colorado Springs. I wanted to make sure my 2006 PT Cruiser was in good condition for the change in climate, altitude, etc. Ive never used anyplace else since then! Both Angela and Alan are very helpful! They explain what the problem is and the options for addressing it.Today, my car had a dead battery and once I had AAA come get the car started, the first person I called was Alan. He got me right in and not only evaluated the battery but the charging system as well. The fact that I can call and they can get me into the schedule on such short notice is one of many reasons why I will always bring my car to Joes!

Rick is hard working and trustworthy I have brought every car I have owned since moving to the springs to him. He never disappoints, most recently I brought him my truck that was as stubborn as a mule. Rick never gave up and after weeks of hard work my truck runs better than when I bought it. I had an exhaust leak and had taken my truck to a different shop for a quote before coming to Joes. Joes quote was half of what the other guy was trying to charge me, and they had it fixed by the next day. My truck sounds so much better. Wholeheartedly recommend Joes car & truck repair!
