This place is great. The staff is helpful and friendly. When we need tires, we come here because the service is stellar. They fix flats and you can get your air checked and filled, and that’s free (or at least at the time of this review, air pressure checks are free).

This place really saved me tonight! I just moved to CO last week from CT.I had a flat tire and found this place on google. They took me right in with only 20” left until they closed. I had a screw in my tire and they were able to patch it up for me and I was on the road in less than 10”!Drew helped me out and was SO NICE!These guys were great! No charge and great service. Highly HIGHLY recommend and will definitely be going back and referring!

Went to get air in my tires and they informed me that there was a nail in one of them. It was super busy but i was in and out in less than an hour. Super nice folks and they fixed it for free. Would recommend to anyone.

This place is fantastic!! I literally cannot speak highly enough of this location. All the guys are super professional and so friendly. I had a slow leak and going in being a young female I was worried they would try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. They didn’t at all and charged me nothing! They sold me a sweet set of goodyears for an awesome price. I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival - their service is first class, the place was spotless, and had a great view too.

My daughter was there in Colorado springs three states away from me and had a slow leak in her tire. The kind of scenario that makes a dads heart worry. I called discount tire at this location and talked to Dale. He let me know as long as my daughter could get the car in before closing, they would be able to take a look at the tire. There was a problem with the valve stem, that they were able to correct, checked the pressure in the other tires, and got her on her way. They charged my daughter nothing. I am grateful for an honest shop, where I knew my little girl would be on her way with the tires in good shape. Ive always appreciated discount tire direct and their great prices ordering tires online. But was truly appreciative of this local location and the service they were able to provide for my daughter. Highly recommend!

Set up an appointment the night before, came in about 20 minutes early as the website started to arrive at least 10 minutes prior. Out the door in about 40 minutes after my appointment time with a new set of rubber and they even swapped out my old spare with the best of the old set as the spare that was currently on the truck had aged. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Weve been purchasing tires for our vehicles from Discount Tire for decades. The staff at this particular location are very respectful of our time and needs. The wait time is not unreasonable for a drop in and the prices and warranty plans are great! Dont go anywhere else; you wont be disappointed.

Wasted my whole weekend! Let me start by saying I know nothing about cars. I got winter wheels/tires from a friend and took them to discount tire to get put on. I explained to the worker that they are second hand wheels with no sensors. He said all I needed was a mount and would be good to go. My car was ready at 6pm (after closing) and I immediately noticed my steering wheel shaking. A quick google search showed it meant my tires werent balance. I took my car to Firestone the next day because it was a Sunday and Discount tire was closed. After dropping my car off, I got a call saying they couldnt find my wheel lock key and that Discount tire mustve forgotten to put it back in my car after using it. I picked up my car and my only option was to wait until Monday when discount tire opened to hope they could find the key. Took my car in Monday, they found the key and balanced my tires and charged me full price for it. The worker then had the nerve to call me lucky that they were able to find my key that they forgot to give back! He said they usually go missing added a day and that customers are out of luck. I cant believe this happens so often and they continue to make this mistake! Mounting tires should not have taken 3 days, 3 trips to tire stores, and asking workers to kindly find what they lost!

Went for tires, ended up with a nearly free set of wheels.Called around to all the Discount Tire locations in The Springs, this location seemed like they wanted my business more than the others. They went above and beyond to get me the absolute best deal. Talking to Gabe (I could tell hes a higher up Manager) over the phone, I knew I found the right store. Discount Tire is never in question in my mind, theyve been helping my family for over 30 years. What theyve done for my Mom in the past, Im really sold for life. When I got the deal I was after... scheduled for the next day.Went in for my appointment and brought my bike with me. Figured Id find some trails to kill time. (If you bike, do what I did. This location is PRIME! There are excellent horse trails right at the end of motor city. Super fun time.) I told them to take their time (my truck is one of my babies).About an hour later it was done. Thats a little fast. I thought.Picked my truck up and payed the bill. I go and inspect it and it doesnt feel right... I could sense it wasnt right but had things to do and drove off. Got home to find scratches on my wheels. One much worse than the other three but all four had some degree of damage. I thought, This might be a fight. --- I started pulling up my photos for proof, getting a little angry before talking to them... in the end, wasted my time. I didnt need to get excited... Discount truly takes care of their customers. Read on.Talked to Gabe and he was very understanding and was instantly pulling up prices on new factory wheels for my newer F-150. Went in the next day to show Gabe more damage I noticed -- Gabe was off but I met Wes (Store Manager). Wes already had the scoop on the story and was also very understanding. (great internal communication) Stating that he hasnt seen a job done that poorly in at least a year. At that moment, I knew I had a friend on my side. He immediately admitted it wasnt done right and sprung into action.I had pictures before they did work... ready to show as proof... but again it was a waste of my time because they took me for my word anyways.I left that afternoon and Wes said hed call me back later with some numbers. ...interested in aftermarket wheels?Before I even got out of the neighborhood he called me back. About $680 in damage, thats what it would cost him to make it right. He then offered to either fix the damage outright or give me a credit for that amount against any wheels they offered. Even had nice suggestions that fit the budget. Helpful but I think Ill still be out some money. Ill think about it and browse your catalog.I found wheels I liked but they were still WAY more than I wanted to pay. So I called up Wes, Can you give me these wheels at your cost and let me keep the old wheels. --- with little thought, Sure! Free install and wheel kit too.He ran me a quote and I was sitting right at $200... Lets do it. Keep in mind, these are normally $1500+ wheels (w/ install and wheel kit).Get to the store for install and find out that because its slightly over $200 and on my DT credit card I get a $30 mail in rebate. Hell yeah! -- it was $200.04 --- if you did that on purpose Wes, even if you didnt. Thank you! (seriously, $0.05 made the difference.)I then submit that rebate and Discount Tire gives me $50 instead of $30. Thank you again DT! They got all the rebate cards to me super fast too. (totaling ~$200)So in the end, I got a $1500 set of Bronze Method Race Wheels for my F150 for $150 and got my old set back to replace my winter wheels. ... trust me, I know where to go to wrap those in rubber.They used only hand tools on my truck the second time around and it was obvious to me they put their best on the job. They dont make the same mistake twice, especially under such great management.All around very happy with the way Discount Tire turned my frown upside down. Reminded every single time I walk to my truck and see those sick wheels. Discount Tire has my back.

My wife and I got a flat tire and absolutely could not get the old tire off the axle, despite the assistance of two kind passersby. We had to drive on the flat to get to the Discount Tire shop off of Garden of the Gods road. They were about to close but very kindly stayed open long enough to get us back on the road. Its hard to find a discount tire with poor service but even more rare to find one that stands out from others, but this location does just that. I worked with Gabe, one of the managers, who was able to resolve a price match with walmart but due to a week delay in shipping, Gabe went above an beyond to find an alternative tire he price matched an got next day so i could be back on the road safely making money thru door dash and finish enlisting in the army. I cant express how much i appreciate him and highly suggest this location.

Was getting a tire fixed and so we sat down on a curb in front of the shop and just watched them work. Ive seen a lot of service stations, garages, tire repair shops but the attention to detail and speed at which they worked was outstanding and not just on our car but ALL the cars that came in. Every piece removed was inspected, cleaned and buffed. They worked as a team and helped each other out as opposed to sticking a mechanic with his own bay and making him work alone. Our tire required some additional time than what a normal tire might need so we watched them work through about 6 cars in the span of 10 minutes.Im from out of town and can say I have not seen this level of service at a Discount Tire but I would recommend this place over any tire repair Ive ever been too. So much so that I plan to give the local Discount Tire back in my town my future business to see if I missed something.

I had made an appointment a few days in advance to have my tires replaced. I still anticipated waiting for a little while, but they had my car in and out in about 20 minutes. The customer service was stellar from the initial call to make the appointment to the moment that the tech pulled my car up to the entrance and handed me the keys. So professional and friendly! This was my first time using this Discount Tire location and going forward they will be my ONLY place to get tires! In that short time I was in the waiting area I noticed they have some very nice wheels as well. Might be going back for those soon!

Their sales folks are much more informative than high pressure and frequently go beyond the call of duty to make sure their customers get the proper tires for their budget, situation, and season. Patched my tire at no cost with no problems after Costco said they couldnt. Discount Tire also took their time to put the back of my car together that Costco left in shambles digging my spare out.

I decided to go to get my snow tires switched out at this Discount Tire, and I wasnt disappointed! From beginning to end my experience at this tire store was excellent. I arrived at 7:55 am, no line, and they let me in right at 8:00 am when they opened. The employee (I think the store manager) was friendly, treated me with respect, served me promptly, offered me $20 credit for one of my seasonal tires at a 5, and offered me a special $70 promotional rebate for purchasing 4 new Michelin tires. The inside of the store was clean & neat, the radio was playing music, there was free coffee available, and there were plenty of comfortable seats to sit on. I was out of there in just 15 minutes!

Really had great service. I went in to install 2 tires i had ordered online - great convenience. The service tech discussed the strong recommendation to have 4 matching tires so i ended up getting 4 tires. Had to come back a couple hours later but not a problem. First service rep talked about a rebate. However, the service person who checked me out said nothing of it and my receipt does not list a rebate. Seems i lost out on that..
