They did a wonderful job with my car. The paint matches perfectly. It’s like the damage never happened. Very friendly, professional and easy to work with. Definitely recommend them and would go back again, if needed.

Did a good job fixing up my car!

The shop owner threatened me as well as cursing at me. Told me to get better suspension instead of doing their job and fixing the issue from the collision. This was the worst customer service I have ever had. I hope they get their issues solved and provide better service to others in the future.

I have been doing business with Bolssers many years. They are the only business I will use for any and all body work. I have never been disappointed with their quality, professionalism and personal service.

Very disrespectful, unprofessional. Was trying to charge me over 1000 dollars for labor, and tried to order 5 parts when I only needed one. It should have been easily under 800, but they wanted to make it perfect (which I understand, but I dont want to pay to replace parts that dont need replacement). They made it seem as if no other company would be better or cheaper, so if youre trying to get it done for a good price, without being overcharged, DONT COME HERE. They probably do a good job, but they try to charge you for everything, much more than needed. They wanted to charge an hourly rate for paint supplies!

I had a little incident with my Cadillac and Blossers took care of me from start to finish. They were upfront, honest, and did a great job repairing my vehicle. I wouldnt go anywhere else for repair here in the Springs, I truly am impressed!!!

I got into a car accident a few years back and they did everything in they power to make my bug look new again unfortunately it took 3 weeks to get it that way but it got there and it looked great! When i got my car i have now i needed the ac fixed and they took care of it right away. The guy who owns the place is a really nice. He brings his big dog in he/she is so sweet and loves to be petted! Ill definitely take my car back to them again and recommend them to friends.

This repair shop really does care about their customers!! Chuck did an excellent job not only fixing up the damage on my vehicle but also taking great care of me. I had issues with the insurance company that hit my vehicle (didnt provide me with a rental car!) and Chuck made sure I got compensated for that loss. Excellent place to get your vehicle fixed for any collision. They are very diligent and take pride in there work so much that their paint jobs are lifetime warranty. Go here if your not worried about money and want your baby looking prettier than it ever was.

Second time here for hail damage repairs in the past 2 years. First time had two vehicles in for hail repairs, this time was only for one. Amazing job once again with everything. Car looks great. Chuck and Mike are both great to work with and kept everything running as smooth as they could to get it done as quick as possible. Hoping I wont need anything repaired anytime soon but I know where Ill be going if I need something done.

Bad customer service I do not feel like I was a well taken care of customer at all. They used a full tank a gas repairing my car?... And stole change out of it thats not a big deal per se to me but they obviously dont have integrity.

They provided fast, friendly service, explained everything and cleaned my car before returning it to me.

My car was close to write off after the August hail storm. Chuck and his crew did an amazing job and my car is like new. I rarely write reviews, however, I felt it was the right thing to do to thank these old style professionals for an excellent job.

Not satisfied! Ive given Chuck many opportunities over the years to provide good service. Unfortunately, the quality of the work is lacking and has decline dramatically. My newly painted hood peeled within 12 months. Mismatched screwes come lose on the antique truck I had them paint and cracks on the roof of newer truck were blamed on my lift kit. Even though the front office staff is friendly and competent, I would go elsewhere.

Just picked up my vehicle from Blosser’s Collision. I had been referred to this shop by coworkers, and they definitely delivered. The insurance company initially quoted me to only fix less than half of the damages, and the Blosser’s crew fought the insurance company and got them to fix everything. Chuck and his team are very knowledgeable and helpful, and even stayed late so that I didn’t have to miss work to pick up my vehicle. The repairs were top knotch.10/10 Stars - would recommend to friends and family. Quality work and true craftsmanship. Very happy that I took my vehicle to Blosser’s Collision.

I am very impressed with this shop! I got into an accident, and even during Covid-19 they were open and able to help. They got my car in immediately and had everything fixed within about 2 weeks. They completely detailed my car inside and out, which I was not expecting at all. They did fantastic work and I really feel like they took care of me! Would recommend!

Got my bumper and fog light replaced and painted for a reasonable price. The time estimates for the part coming in and the work being performed Was spot on. They even washed and vacuumed the car. I highly recommend Blosser’s for body work.

Asked for an estimate and it was over $2500. I explained I couldnt afford and asked if there was anyway to get the price down. He refused to go over any charges and help me drop the price. said not if his name was on it. Very short and unconcerned. Seemed to care much less about me once I revealed I was paying out of pocket instead of with insurance.

Blossers is the best place to have repair work done. Chuck and Mike are professional, honest and in the business to do good work for their customers. I was recommended this shop by a tow truck driver and have used them for all my repairs ever since. Thank you Blossers!

Warning...Do not take your vehicles here. My wife found them on line and they have good reviews which have to be fake because the owner was rude. I don’t think he likes women. He raised his voice at my wife and and made her feel horrible and laughed at her for asking questions about the work she needed done. Absolutely no respect at all.

My car had some damage from a “encounters” with tricky Seattle parking areas. I was in town visiting my mom, and one trim piece had to be replaced before my drive back to Seattle. Chuck did a fair and rapid estimate, and finished the work on my car within a week, with plenty of time to pack for the return trip. The price was very fair, and the work is excellent! It’s almost like having a brand new car!

Hard to find a trustworthy shop. This place gives more than trust. An above expectations experience every time. Tells you like it is and whats right. I even heard the owner honestly tell a customer not to put money in a certain way in their vehicle. A truly hand built from ground up business to provide a service to its community without it being about pure profits.

I took my vehicle to have some body work done and within a week it was finished. I was extremely impressed with the quality of work and, how quickly I was able to have my vehicle fixed. Its always a hassle working with shops because, you think theyre out to get your money. This wasnt the case with Chuck and his team. Took my 2010 highlander hybrid here and I couldnt be happier. They have the tools and expertise to perform exceptional and professional quality of work. I got my car back and it was in perfect condition - they had even touched up areas and and replaced parts they didnt need to just to make sure I was well taken care of. The color match was perfect and the paint was already fully dried and cured. I highly recommend this shop and will be going back.

Had some bumper damage handled here, the new bumper was put on well. Our liftgate no longer closes everytime, our headrest screen for our DVD player is broken, there is a dent that on the liftgate that was not there prior. My wife went to ask about these issues and was immediately told that she was trying to exploit Blossers by claiming damage that we had done ourselves. Im very disappointed and have contacted my insurance company to have these issues corrected elsewhere. I will not be going back there.

We were directed to Blossers by Progessive for a rear end /bumper/replacement repair on our Yukon Denali.Chuck and Mike were incredibly professional, timely in the repairs and did an amazing job. The car actually looks better than it did before I was rear-ended. Their team even changed a rear light bulb for me that was not related to the repairs. I came to Blosser’s Collision Center after Abra on woodmen Rd butchered my car. My pain job had paint run and looked like Abra just painted it like they would paint a fence.Chuck from Blosser’s met with me personally and assured me my car will look really good. Two days later my Benz was looking better than the day I bought it!!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Not only did they do amazing job fixing butchered paint job but they also detailed the inside and outside of my car. Huge thank you to you, Chuck.

Unfortunately, I have had to take two cars in for repair recently. I am so impressed with not only their work, but with their customer service. I come from a highly customer service industry, so it is really important to me. I absolutely loved them. I got a comparison with other mechanics as well for prices, and they were comparable, if not just a bit cheaper. I would highly recommend them!

Blossers did me right. They were courteous and polite. Needed repairs to my 2000 Dodge Dakota after sliding off the road about two weeks. Went to some others that my insurance recommended. All estimates were comparable. The thing that had me try Blossers was that they could start the work right away. The other shops would not be able to start the work until March.Dropped my Dakota off first thing Monday morning with an estimated pickup for Wednesday. They would have actually had all the work done on Tuesday if the dealer would have given them the correct part (wheel flair). They kept me informed throughout the repairs. They worked with the dealer to get the correct part that was on backorder and I had my Dakota Thursday afternoon. When I arrived, they had everything ready and I drove my Dakota home in about ten minutes. I left my rental car with them to have picked up.I will definitely be using them for any future body work or painting. I will also be recommending them to all my friends.

The customer service is fantastic. Recently I was in a collision and had the vehicle towed to Blossers. It turned out to be too expensive to repair but Chuck still did a lot of work helping me get it salvaged, without me even paying them for anything.Ive also worked with them in the past and theyve kept me informed throughout the process and did a lot of legwork to get my parts very quickly. This hack of a company and Progressive have some kind of scam going. AVOID this “business” at all costs. All these reviews saying their cars looked great, have it checked out elsewhere. Believe me, your car is not great!!! After having our car immediately looked at from a reputable body shop, they were appalled at the work (or lack there of) that was done. It has taken two weeks to fix Blossers poor work. Nothing was done right, the paint was awful or I should say the non paint because they scrape off a layer and throw clear coat on it. Any short cut they can take to keep Progressive on the low cost and more money in Blossers pocket. Seriously, $.75 for a vent cover and $375.00 for labor?? They didn’t even check the alignment. Safety at its finest! These people shouldn’t be in business and hopefully after a nifty lawsuit, Progressive will think twice about referring clients because they’re paying double to have the job done again.

Brought my 40,000 truck into the shop for a collision repair.Owner buttered me up. Telling me that he would take care of everything and make it look new again..when I picked up my vehicle, the list of items that were left undone or half ass done was over a page long. The owner was rude and told me he would fix it. A week later, still. So many items that were rushed. Buff burns all over the new side. Doors dont close properly. Clear coat all over my rims. Very poor workmanship, detail and customer service. Would not return or recommend.Well its not a Lamborghini he said.

Took vehicle there to get an estimate. They started repairs on my vehicle without my consent. Lied and said the insurance company gave them authorization which they cant and didnt. Then charged me 10 hours of work for about 5 hours. Be very careful if you visit this shop.

Full service collision center. Very professional, and do incredible work. We took them a brand new Nissan Exterra (one week old) that had severe front end damage from a collision. They finished the work in one week and the car appeared like it just drove off the dealership! Friendly and courteous staff. I highly recommend them for any collision work!

My husbands passenger side mirror stopped working and Toyota replaced the mirror but was unable to paint it to match the body of the car. Blossers did an excellent job of matching the paint and the wait was less than at other body shops in town. My husband and I are both very happy with the paint job.

Progressive sent our Prius to Blossers and they did a great job. The car ended up have 2x as much damage as originally estimated, but the car was immaculate when we picked it up. A few weeks later we had an issue and they took the car in to look at it and had the problem repaired in no time. Amazing.

Great collision repair shop! Brought my 17 VW GLI in for a really bad scrape/dent that was taken care of better than I could have hoped for and for less then competing shops! While they had my car they also took care of some other minor abrasions and hard water spots on the paint. My car was returned looking better then it did when we drove it off the lot!A couple months later I brought my car back to Blossers to get an estimate for a scratch on the rear bumper. The gentleman I spoke to said the abrasions hadnt penetrated the paint and that all it needs is a buff. He proceeded to ask one of his coworkers to buff the scratch which they did and returned the car to me at no charge! To say that Im satisfied is understatement.

Oh man oh man. Where to start. Blossers took care of us. My Fiances SUV got damaged by the hail from the summer. Chuck snd his technicians took great care of us. They kept us in the loop with the progress of repairs on the vehicle. In the end the suv looked like it did when we bought it from the dealership. Absolutely flawless. Everyhing from the installation of body panels to the detailing and finish. Perfect color match no signs of a new roof. These gentleman are pros in doing what they do. I used these guys back in December to replace a dented door on my 2018 Subaru Forester. The repair took a while longer than expected despite several calls saying it was almost done. When I finally went to pick it up, there was a place on the exterior where they clearly dinged the new paint and then very poorly attempted to touch it up. There were also some chips on the interior side (which they did not touch up), and there were splotches of paint on the drivers seat, backseat headrest, and seatbelts. (Because putting some protective plastic down is obviously way too hard...) If thats not enough, they also didnt use a clean cloth when they washed the vehicle, because in certain lighting I could see tiny scratches in circular patterns covering the ENTIRE vehicle, including the brand new door (hence how I know it was them and not me by accident). And Ive just been informed by a different repair facility that they did a terrible paint job. They painted without properly cleaning the vehicle, so there are clumps where particles are underneath the paint, and theres some streaking where the pearl white wasnt blended properly. Save yourself some headache and look elsewhere.
