I have been happy with Anthonys Pro Auto. They owners are very nice, and always willing to explain to me what is going on (I know little about cars). They also help me prioritize what needs to be done and what can wait. This is helpful and makes me feel like they are being honest with me and not trying to take advantage. I recently had work done on my car, and I was surprised one morning this week with a big oil leak. Since they had recently worked on my car, and were worried the oil was too low to drive it, they sent a tow truck for my car (on them) and fixed the issue. The owner even drove it back to my work. Not sure if it was just a failure of the part or an error on theirs, but either way, they made sure to fix it and kept my safety as a priority! I respect a business that cares for their clients and goes out of their way to help. Highly recommend them!

Dont take your car here! I needed my tie rods repaired and they only lasted a week. I contacted the owner, Anthony, about getting it looked at. Completely blew me off for a week then when I contacted him again, he blocked me. Very unprofessional and rude. Called the shop and expressed my frustration and that I wanted my money back. Said they need to check to see if its under warranty and look at it. I work 12 hour days M-F so I dont have the luxury of bringing it to them within their available hours. Its pretty simple, do your job correctly the first time around! I shouldnt have to leave work to drop it off for them to fix their mistakes. Absolutely HORRIBLE shop!!!

My husband went to buy a Jeep he was selling. We asked if it had any issues he said no. He said it just had transmission done, tires, and oil changed. Bought it for a bit more then we wanted an took it to my brother who also owns a shop here in town. We are going on vacation soon and did not want to drive it with out a good check. Radiator was cracked and had very little oil in it! There was an oil sticker in the window when we bought it....I dont think it dried up over 2 days. We will never recommend.

They replaced my timing belt for a fraction of what I thought it would cost. My accelerator had been sticking and I had asked them to replace that. But instead they informed me replacing the belt fixed it. I would have never known that and they could have replaced that accelerator but instead they were honest with me. They did the repair in one day when I expected it to be at least 2. Great service and professional attitudes and performance.

I had a company diesel truck down and needed it running quickly, Anthonys trouble shot the problem, gave a reasonable quote and got it done quickly. Very hard to find good diesel mechanics now days. I took our van in for an oil change and a diagnostic scan on some vibration in the steering wheel, and I can honestly say that the visit to Anthony’s was a most pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and professional. The mechanic gave me an easy to understand explanation on what was going on. Loved the waiting room too! But the real pleasure came after I drove away. The van has never braked so well before now! I could not believe the positive difference the work done at Anthonys made! Thank you!!

Great customer service, very friendly and helpful. But I should have asked for an itemized accounting of the estimated cost before allowing them to repair my vehicle. The cost of the part that was installed was very expensive and although the quality of the part may be very good, the value of the vehicle did not warrant spending that much when a less expensive option may have been available. I was sent an estimated total for the repair but I assumed the reason the cost was high was because of the labor. I should have asked. I would recommend Anthony’s Auto and if my vehicle needs further repair I would take it Anthony’s Auto before considering anyone else.

Took my car there to have a simple steering problem fixed, they told me 2 hours maybe 3. 6 days later I was still calling about when my car would be finished. Found out that they kept delaying my car to work on other cars that were more profitable than my simple repair. NEVER AGAIN!!

They do a thorough job of inspecting your vehicle. The owner is not a great listener, a little impatient getting all the details from you.

The cleanest shop, kindest family owned auto shop Ive ever encountered. They treat their customers fairly and with so much authenticity. Their shop feels more like a high end auto dealer than a repair shop. Conveniently located off Dublin their prices still beat the hole in the wall mechanic shop. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Shop is extremely clean and well maintained. Almost felt like place you might go to have some beers and not get your car worked on! Overall great people here and made you feel like you were friends not just a customer. I only came here for an oil change but would trust this shop to do major service on any of my cars.

Drove to Colorado Springs from out of town. Just out of the Springs, my oil came on so I stopped at the local Grease Monkey and they recommended it was the rear main seal, but they wouldn’t be able to do that type of work, so they suggested having Anthony (across the street) check it out for further diagnostic and advice.After examining the vehicle from underneath and confirming the rear main seal was the issue, Anthony said he unfortunately wouldn’t be able to get to it for a few days so he and the team at Grease Monkey worked together to get me safely back on the road. I was so impressed that Anthony came over to Grease Monkey to work with their customer and didn’t even charge me for his professionalism-WOW! He and the team at Grease Monkey on Dublin and Academy have incredible customer service. Thank you!!

Highly recommended these guys were professional and friendly. They also did not try bending me over on the price for their services. I took my truck in after four other shops tried to charge 5 grand for a new transmission. When the transmission in my truck wasn’t even a year old yet. Took the truck into to Anthony’s pro auto where he was able to diagnose the problem linking it to a failed speed sensor. Replaced the sensor and the transmission ran fine. They were able to save me thousands by being honest about there profession. And not taking advantage of me because I don’t know hardly anything about cars. I will never trust another mechanic shop with my business.

I decided to do my own a/c compressor swap using YouTube. It was almost 100% right. Unbeknownst to me, I damaged a really simple piece while installing it. I kept drawing down the system on a vacuum, holding it, and making sure it was secure. I even proactively changed a couple of other parts. However, my skills got trumped by my lack of knowledge.I found Anthony’s because of their 4.8 rating. The only non-5 star rating seemed to be a guy with a pretty bad case of attitude. Bonus, they’re right near my workplace.One thing I didn’t do was change a filter because I didn’t know how to get to it. And my a/c sat for two months, not working. “T” (she’s so nice) called me to say that changing the filter would be more than $400. Then there was a chance it could go another couple hundred higher once they get into it.She called me about three hours later to say the mechanics agreed changing the filter wasn’t necessary because I hadn’t changed the lines. In short, I broke the electrical connection and I never would’ve caught it. They were done in under the time quoted and charged me 1/3 of originally quoted because of their honesty. They could’ve totally taken advantage but didn’t - at all.Great shop. Incredibly friendly. The owner, Anthony, came out to greet me as well. They’ve got a new loyal customer. People like this are hard to find in this industry.

I found out about this jewel of an auto shop through word of mouth. Im very happy that I know about it now! Ive only been in once, but Anthony demonstrated that he is a true professional. I was struck by his ability to break things down into laymans terms and his professionalism. I will be going back for all my future services to this shop.

These guys are awesome, had a flat tire on my way to our new born appointment. Fortunately it happened right in front of their shop. Anthony came out and filled up our spare which was flat for storage reasons and provided a jake. He charged us nothing for his assistance. I will certainly be going back and sending others their way.

Sooo where to begin.Lets suffice to say beleive the poor reveiw along with this one. I did bring a truck in not knowing all its issues.I got some derogatory responses not to be discussed further. They did try to work with it i just dont think there is enough talent in the building. I paid $500 and my truck does idle but know runs worse than when i brought it in. So i just want folks to consider this prior to bringing your vehicle in. Oil changes and basic maintenance are probably fine. But as for me no thank you.

I had driven over with my brother for a 3:30 p.m. appointment and waited for 35 minutes at the front desk. I was not happy with the experience after they knew my brother had made an appointment and left for brakes plus.

What a nicely remodeled shop with all the latest technologies. Anthony and Antonio are beyond gracious and knowledgeable and obviously care very much about the customer experience.

THE VERY FIRST TIME - Looked online to try to find a honest, reliable, affordable mechanic shop in CO SPRINGS. I find Anthonys pro auto . I call and tell them this. i have nerf bars i would like you to install. ALSO my left turn signal blinks fast, dome light turns on. I DO NOT want to mess with this technical stuff so i called anthonys PRO auto... Ok.. i take the truck there for the appointment. paid them almost $300 for their work. Get the truck back.NOW, the interior dome lights come on and off even when key is not in igntion. Not only that, but my license plate bulb is out and heres the best part. they broke my bright lights of which now they do not come on, and if they do come on I cannot turn them off. I called them and they wanted to charge me 150$ for a diagnostic which they did NOT even fix the problem THEY messed up, doing all that technical work. and they WONT admit their mess up which is why im here today. i ended up paying them 50$ for pretty much nothing. We get there and they say that the bright lights now need a switch to turn on... WHICH IS 300$ ... What? Why? Because YOU broke it, messing with those wires trying to fix the original problem .Gotten pulled over twice. Luckily, theyre on my side and agree that you should not be in business. I DONT HAVE MONEY FOR A BRIGHT LIGHT SWITCH THAT YOU BROKE IN THE FIRST PLACE. Lights do not work properly, i cant sell my truck.... Im NOT going to sell my truck to someone with these issues. You need to fix it, and you need to fix it now. I wont stop. When i called them after i got pulled over the second time, they had the AUDACITY to IMPLY that I am making this up and that i wanted to do the technical wires, myself . Thats SO unprofessional of you. Why would i call you if i wanted to do it myself...you broke my truck even more to wanting to make me pay almost 300$ for a switch. Not doing it.Reported them online to multiple bureaus as frauds and scammers.

Went in to get a alignment. Tech doesn’t use a seat cover gets dirt and grease all over my seat. Then was told they couldn’t do the alignment because the tie rods have play in the. Well being a mechanic myself I know if I have bad parts in my vehicle or not. They refused to do the alignment, and I’ll never be back 🤙🏼 Thanks for the great service.
