Great old style auto repair shop. These folks are the best. They listen, work things out, and come up with a reasonable plan. Competitive prices. Go see them!
I went in yesterday to get my husbands car exhaust fixed, and they were friendly and professional. They even helped me pick out an exhaust tip because their were too many options. My husband and I were very pleased.By the way the welding was perfect! Thanks guys!
After taking 3 vehicles here over the past 8 years for various reasons it always seemed that the agreed work to be performed cost more than what was discussed.I made a decision before having one of my last vehicles towed to be worked on to get a quote emailed to me before agreeing on anything since in the past it was all verbal. My suspicion was correct. Agreed cost for the work agreed upon came to be almost $300 more and when I questioned it I was told not to bring any of my vehicles back for any work because I was dictating the cost of his business now. Wait a minute, I was only dictating the agreed amount of work and cost associated with it which I had on paper this time. He had to agree on it and did but not to worry, I will never bring another vehicle his way.Not only that but I would recommend looking for a more honest and reliable shop to deal with. Otherwise watch your backdoor. The fees will come.
I have been to Buds Muffler several times over the years mostly because of location to my house. Jeff and his dad are very nice people but I have had mixed results. If you want muffler work done I would feel pretty safe going here but anything beyond that you are taking a chance. Here is my experiences:Muffler replacement- successfulReplace Water pump- successfulBrought jeep in and told them I needed a steering shaft. They told me I needed a ball joint. After ball joint replacement they called me because car was ready. Jeep drove the same and I still needed a steering shaft. They replaced the steering shaft for free and I paid for the more expensive ball joint, which I didnt need.Jeep clutch replacement. $1000 and they call me to tell me the jeep is ready. There is No pressure in the clutch but mechanic tells me it feels fine to him. His garage foreman (the one who messed up the steering shaft years earlier) feels there is no pressure but has no solution. I need my car so for $1000 I get to bleed my own clutch. The low score is due to the fact that these mechanics will test drive your vehicle after a repair and somehow Miss the obvious problems still there. I will not be going to Buds Muffler again.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff you can trust! Theyre always honest about what repairs are a big deal and what repairs can wait. Highly recommend!
Great service, checked my catalytic converter for free! Friendly and efficient definitely recommend!
MAN THEY ARE THE BEST IN TOWN I am very happy perfecto mundo they work very hard to keep you happy the quality of work is the best you will be very happy I gained 20 HP
Called the shop a couple weeks ago and was surprised at how friendly the guy who answered the phone was. Im in the car business myself so I know all too well how hard it is to find a mechanic with a genuinely friendly demeanor. Took my car there today and was quoted a good price on a simple job. The gentleman said Im sorry but we wont be able to do it today. How about tomorrow? I wouldnt expect same day service, and was pleasantly surprised to be scheduled for the next day. I hate waiting. Unless something goes wrong between now and tomorrow Ill be coming to Buds for all of my project cars.
Jeff and Jeffery are fantastic. They are a great shop to work with. They are fast and reliable, all around great people to work with. Thank you so much for the good service
These guys were great, super quick and friendly with fair prices. Getting a catalytic converter stolen is no fun but this shop made fixing it pretty painless.
Great experience here! They treated my old Jeep real well. It doesnt sound like an old tractor anymore (lol). Reasonable pricing! Thanks guys! Definitely recommending to friends. I was recommended by a friend with great reviews to begin with.
Went in after receiving quotes for replacement of exhaust manifold and O2 sensors from other repair shops ($1400). Staff was extremely helpful and explained the repair process. Free diagnostic was a refreshing change from other shops who charge to open the hood. Saved me over $1000 for a recommended repair from the other facility that was not needed. Final cost was $627. Only needed the O2 sensors. So glad I went to Buds. Highly recommend them, honest and straightforward. Thank you.
Incredibly great service got my car fixed in less than 2 hours would recommend to anybody
I was looking for a new garage and Buds is the place. They did a good job on my daughters car in a timely manner. Great place, with great service and friendly knowledgeable staff. Thanks guys.
Honest, fast, and affordable. I took my car in a half hour after the shop opened and it was done less than an hour later. Repairs were much cheaper than expected. Would do business here again!
No appt is inconvenient I felt rushed and the work was sub par. Would not recommend.
Brought a Honda in that i was planning on buying. These guys went beyond what I expected. I have taken other vehicles to other shops and have never recieved the 1st class service i recieved from Buds. Very friendly and knowledgeable employees and owner. In this day and age where companys might take advantage of the situation I can assure you that isnt the case here. I felt good dropping vehicle off in the morning and felt even better than great picking it up a few hours later. The price was explained to me that morning and when i picked up vehicle it was the exact price i was quoted. No pushy sales just good old fashioned honesty, integrity and some fun talking about tourist attractions to top it off. Thank you guys!! You are an A++ company in my book
Great people. Friendly.
Went in a few years ago with a cracked exhaust manifold. Was told by several mechanics that the whole thing would need to be replaced. So with a heavy wallet, I went in, expecting the worst, but after some work, I was told that all that really needed to be done was to cut out the broken piece and weld in a new one.Very professional, up-front, and kind. Hope to be using their service again soon
These guys here go above and beyond. Very pleased with the work they do and how polite they are.
I have been amazed by the honest and quality service I receive here. With no wonder why their mechanic bays are always full, smiling driving away customers, and phones always ringing while Im dropping or picking up my car. Thanks guys youve made my car service choice easy and unquestionable for this young lady.
Quality parts and expert workmanship is why I will always bring my business to Buds.
This is the greatest and most Honest mechanic I have found in Colorado Springs! Absolutely wonderful service in an extremely timely manner! If youre in need of a mechanic, look no further, Buds is the BEST around!
This so was able to quickly repair my muffler leak and they were very pleasant to deal with!
They are just great at Buds! If they cant help you, no one can!
I called buds to get a quote for a repair on my exhaust, they gave me the price over the phone of what it *should* cost. Dropped my truck off at 8 am, by 10 am the same day they were finished and when I went to pick it up the price was exactly what was quoted. Excellent service, great customer care, definitely would recommend.
After receiving estimate, the extensive work I needed was fast with a 3yr warranty. So far so good
BUYER BEWARE. Went in for a $55-65 repair. (Which is how much the owner quoted me) he told me that he would do whatever he could to get the truck done as cheap and as high quality as possible. The manager (jeff) called me back and said it needed $820 worth of parts and stressed that it NEEDED to be done. I authorized it. The next day a mechanic friend of mine told me that there was no way that it needed that be done and that they ripped me off. He said he wouldve had it fixed for $40 and wouldve taken him 30 minutes. ( my mechanic friend worked at an exhaust shop for 5 years) ans said that they do this all the time . seemed like the owner was a nice guy... i wanted to make sure that they dont do this to anyone else.
Stop! A few years back I would have highly recommended Buds Muffler based on my experience there in 2015. A lot can change in 5 years it seems. Recently I brought my Jeep to Buds which is an hour and a half away from where I live but I figured they had done such honest and thorough work in 2015 I would give them the job of rebuilding my front driveline (generic Dana parts). After dropping off my Jeep I didnt hear from the shop for about a week when I was presented a work quote. That quote was for over $6k to fix under $1000 worth of parts. I had also asked for a quote on installing a 4 lift kit that I had chosen. The manufacturer of the lift kit listed the job as 6-8 hours but I was quoted 31 and this is with a shop and lift not at home with a jack and jack stands.I wish my bad experience had ended there with me already finding a friend who isnt physically disabled that volunteered to help me do the work myself. Unfortunately, I suspected problems as soon as I went into their work yard to grab my Jeep. 1st off the battery was flat but I figured it might have sat with a door open or something. Soon a mechanic showed up with a battery booster and ...coolant? I watched as he poured coolant into both my radiator and reservoir which were both topped when I dropped the Jeep there. I asked why coolant was being refilled and was immediately told by that mechanic and another that they overheated my Jeep motor and boiled out the coolant. This is where I want it known that the actual mechanics that worked on my Jeep had almost nothing to do with damaging my motor. I left explicit instructions and a work order about the electric fan that needed to be replaced and required physically plugging in a fuse to start it. The mechanics were not told and as a result were not prepared for running the motor and having it overheat...Except...I didnt bring the Jeep in for motor problems so why were they running my engine long enough to overheat it? After about 5 minutes of smoke from my engine and conversation with a friend who drove me all the way there we drove home with my Jeep now noticeably burning oil.The response from the manager came in the form of 3 excuse and then finally just hanging up on me. I will eventually sue them for the cost of getting my engine rebuilt but since Im a disabled veteran I will have to fix the engine before I will be able to retain a lawyer. I would have been happy to allow them to correct their mistake but when the guy running the place hangs up on me because Im not buying his BS excuses thanks to my having been a mechanic when I was younger. He had a medley of excuses including that they were just topping off my fluids for my drive home.... to I have a coolant leak and it just leaked out...to I just looked and there isnt any puddle near your Jeep. The bosss name is Jeffrey and I hope you enjoy the fruits of your deplorable business practice. If I save 1 person from your service I will sleep a little better.(Update) They damaged my head gasket not my oil rings thankfully so hopefully they arent warped since this explains all the coolant they had to add. ;)(Response to a dishonest response) As you can see by the response to this review they are trying to get out of the liability of damaging my engine by claiming the drive home somehow damaged my engine. This is a lie! My Jeep didnt have any engine issues. They were supposed to work on the driveline. There was no reason to run my engine for any extended period of time as there was NO work order to service my engine. They damaged my engine out of negligence and now they are making up stories. Just another thing the lawyer will love. Reap what youve sewn. Not only did you damage my engine but now you think you can lie your way out of it and argue against my review. Good luck! I have never given a bad review for personal gain. If anything I do this for the people that may endure my experience if they dont have an honest observation and experience to base their decision to have their vehicle worked on by your dishonest shop.
Charged me less than quoted. Even stayed after closing so I could pick up my car.
Called for just straight pipe on a E450 truck no muffler included got a quote of $1000!!! Really for a straight pipe no bends? I think not.
Cant go wrong with Buds Muffler. Super friendly service and a pleasure to talk too. Good prices and great quality of work.
Excellent and honest company thats the only place I take mine and my familys vehicles.
We have been dealing with Buds Muffler for about 30 years. They are very knowledgeable and fair prices.
Recommended to go here by Pikes Peak Rovers. Jeff(?) was friendly and not at all condescending (as a female with some basic automotive knowledge I feel that is important), and the work was done same day and at a far lower price then I was expecting. Our exhaust is now much quieter and works like it should!
Good shop for mufflers and springs!
Only place in Colorado Springs to take your vehicle to for any exhaust system repairs and issues!
This review is not about doing business with Bud’s muffler but it is to let everyone know how friendly and accommodating they were for me, I asked the owner Jeff if I could take a look at his swamp cooler installation that he had done and he said no problem. He gave me lots of information and talk to me about it. I have 10 vehicles in my fleet and I would not hesitate to have them do work for me, I would highly recommend them.
Very knowledgeable staff and a friendly staff would definitely go back there again
Awesome place, good prices, excellent customer service 👍
Ive been coming to Buds muffler for 20 years. Thanks for always being good to me.
I had an exhaust issue and the place I went to for tires and such, plus a friend referred me to Buds. I am more than impressed and happy with how I was treated, how fast they looked at my car, got me in and done. I also had a question about my struts and Jeff pulled my car back into the garage and on the lifts to show me and explain my issue. They arent trying to sell you anything extra and are extremely informative about what they are doing. I cant say enough good about my experience and I will be back!!!
Called to get a price on some work Im thinking of doing very friendly and knew exactly what I wanted..
Excellent, people their work,are great
I got to say, Bud is a great guy very knowledgeable . We had a weird noise after some simple exhaust work but nothing to crazy. Bud took it upon him self to diagnose the problem and other causes. Offered to keep working on the car at no cost until problem was fixed. Even offered a ride back home. Overall great experience if I wasnt leaving Colorado soon this would be my go to place. Happy my with my experience here.
Great and honest people. Brought my Dodge Ram 1500 in for a gas tank replacement at 730 am. Made it home by 1215 PM to write this review. Highly recommend these guys. They make sure their customers know what is happening each step of the way. Jeffrey was nice enough to call me when the price had changed from the original estimate before moving forward. Did a free battery test and gave me pointers on how to remove my rear lense to replace a turn signal bulb. They have pizza coming their way for another job well done. Thanks Buds Muffler!
Custom made me a part on the spot.
The people at the shop are extremely friendly and make you feel quite welcomed. I wanted to know what would be the best exhaust set up for my car and everyone there gave me advice on past experiences and helped me find the sound i wanted. once i found my sound they were very smooth in the process of putting it on for a fantastic deal. i highly recommend this shop to anyone who need any of these services, i have brought many people there and they all love it and say the same thing. :)
Amazing staff. They treat you like a friend. Not like a customer so when you enter most automotive shops you already know they will squeeze you for every dime and point out every single thing wrong with your car to make money. Not Buds. They were very upfront with pricing. Only did what I needed to and not once tried to upsell me. They were very amazing and my car is running perfectly now. She purrs like a kitten. Thanks so much.
These guys are awesome. I called several other places and they gave me a hard time about getting me In that day.. Then I called Buds and although it was a lil close they got me in and did an amazing job on my exhaust I highly recommend this business they are honest and really Value the customer.Thx again guys 😁
Took in my Charger yesterday for a mid muffler delete and was in and out within the hour. Great service, really cool guys, and best of all my car sounds like a beast now!
Friendly, professional, straightforward, honest shop with integrity. I could not have asked for what i pictured in my head to be any better represented on my ride. I have put my soul into this car and they definitely respected that. I had the worst setup you could imagine on my exhaust and they made it right with no complaints and gave me an honest quote. They even told me it would be cheaper and easier to do it with parts i ordered myself instead of pushing their service and in the end Im glad i went with them. and to add, if you have an older car that you work on alot they will make you feel right about leaving it there. If you need exhaust done. Go here.
My new go to muffler shop!
Kool place
This place is the only place I will go to fix my Jeep. They really are top notch and know what they are talking about, true masters of their craft and better work than any dealer. Known these guys for 15 years and they are the best for nearly any repair or custom work.
Top notch service! Just got a quote didnt get the work done yet but very professional and kind customer service
I had work done here before. Took an old classic car in for a new exhaust. He wanted me to leave it in a packed lot for almost a week. When I told him I would bring it back when they could take it. He said what is this car worth a lot of money? Ever try to find body or chrome parts for a 60 year old car? Now using Jakes Custom Mufflers
Great customer service and the price quote they gave was the cheapest in town I would have family and friends all go to Buds Muffler . No other place in town can beat their price and the best part is the company you get when your their.
My husband has had several of our cars worked on here and they have done an amazing job completely fixed our 2005 Nissan Altima in 2017 and they will be working on our 2003 Lincoln ls soon as well well worth the money
Very rude people here, they wont even look at your car if its not an old classic, they just come off snobby, waited around too long with lots of employees standing around that wouldnt speak or be helpful while I waited for the counter guy to come back and he basically just wanted to run me out of the place. wouldnt answer questions or look at my car. Dont waste your time.
They replaced my muffler and I took it back and they told me I needed a new engine. it needed new spark plugs. took it to PEAK AUTO REPAIR on west Colorado Ave. go there. get a 2nd opinion.
Always great service and knowledgeable staff. Jeff is always willing to help out with community events and school projects. Great local community shop.
Excellent, expedient and fair.
Decent prices and friendly service made me a happy customer today at this shop! Combined with services finished in less than an hour, I would highly recommend this place to all looking for muffler repair. They saved me 400$ after i was quoted high at another shop in town. Thanks Buds!
Got my car fixed up in just a few hours same day. Great service
Did a great job repairing my wifes car
SCAM ARTISTS. Went in for a $65 repair, they ended up charging me over $800 for a job that they said needed to be done. Spoke with my mechanic and he said that it 2as completelt unecessary. They ripped me off intentionally. BUYER BEWARE
The service of dual exhaust was top in same day completion. Looking for the correct muffler and dual tailpipe to increase my performance; Jeff set me up with a great muffler. The quality of work was excellent with a lifetime guarantee for the exhaust. I was very pleased with the knowledgeable and courteous staff at Buds. Ill be back when I am looking for future upgrades.
Very good service been going there since 2000 jeff is an awsome guy
I am very satisfied with the service that I have received from Buds.I had a very bad exhaust type smell coming into the cabin of my car. I took it to the dealership four times to no avail. They couldnt figure it out and sent me on my way. I had to drive with the windows down it was so strong. So I decided to take it to Buds. It took less than 15 minutes for the tech to find the problem. He actually called me back to the mechanic bay to see what he was talking about. There was a hose that had come disconnected and would not realine to fit in the proper place anymore. So they ordered the part and hose which came the next day and fixed the problem. The total cost for labor and parts was $24.57.Another time when I was told by the Dealer that the part was not under warranty Buds made a couple of calls to the dealer and was able to help me set it up (under warranty) to have the problem fixed. Which saved me over $1800.I have recommended Buds to many friends and I recommend them to anyone reading this review.
Came in with a specific idea in mind for my exhaust on my 1993 jeep grand cherokee 5.2l. The were very understanding and worked with me on the price. Cody was nice and did a great job and was helpful. Jeep sounds like a beast!
Did a great job on my Hellcat in 2017, about to go back for some more work. Highly recommended.Edit: Thanks Cody for a great and fast job on my new tips!
I called ahead about ordering tires and was told to come in. When I did, I was told that I couldnt order tires at that time and that theyd call me the next day with options, then Id have to go back there to order them and then return a 3rd time to have them installed. This seemed inconvenient and illogical, but I decided to give them a chance. They never called the next day. I guess they didnt want my business. With poor communication and customer service, its not worth your time. I went somewhere else where they helped me the first time and handled everything professionally.
I have been going to Buds Muffler for a better part of 20 years. I have brought all my cars to them for repair. About 8 cars over the years. I am a former mechanic and know a little about cars. But because of back problems, I am no longer able to do my own repairs. Jeff and his team have treated me and my family as if we are part of their family. I am not afraid to send my 19 year old daughter to them to get her car repaired thinking that Jeff would rip me off. I remember one time that I had a list of stuff that I wanted done on my truck. I was pleasantly surprise when they called me to get authorization to do the repairs, that there were some things on my list that didnt need to be repaired but we will keep an eye on it during the oil changes. Speaking of oil changes, I had requested a specific oil and filter for my cars. They started carrying the oil and filter in stock. I have read the one star reviews and dont believe it. How can a shop treat me differently from other customers. These people are either referencing the wrong place or have an ax to grind.I have and will always trust Buds Muffler shop for all my repairs. Yes, they are not cheap but you get what you pay for; still cheaper than the dealer. Jeff and team you rock.
These guys did an awesome job. I got a great price on a new muffler. And the work was done quickly.
There has to be countless years of experience behind the counter of this store and these guys know exactly how to maximize desired results on a budget. Ive had more than one vehicle worked on and have had zero issues during my visits or anytime thereafter and the vehicles both sound unique and powerful. Drive across town if you have to in order to do business at Buds, completely worth it
Very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of stalls across their garage to take on multiple jobs, with all types of Muffler and exhaust parts/kits to take care of a diversity of needs.
Excellent customer service, their knowledge is as their website proclaims. Superior service for your RVs suspension needs
Ive had a few different jobs done here. Guys are friendly, honest, and explain everything. My truck sounds great, i get compliments all the time. They even helped me with some steering and suspension work, and didnt give me grief about bringing in my own struts and strut mounts. Thanks for everything!
Im very affordable welding services for repairs to my range Rover classic
Bud’s is not just a muffler shop; they are a full blown garage, so don’t hesitate to visit for any vehicle concerns. They are fair and honest. I’ve been here a couple of times and will be back. Today, after months of hearing a noise in my clutch that I was sure was going to cost a fortune, I resigned myself to finding the problem. Turns out the place who replaced my clutch a couple years ago, (in another state), didn’t replace all the bolts! What I though would be over a grand and a couple days without my car was about $100 including a much needed oil change and them apologizing for having to charge me for the other small fixes they found. They truly care about their reputation and customer service.
Buds muffler is a class act! Very professional and knowledgeable staff, very friendly and accommodating to my schedule! I was in and out with a muffler delete and new exhaust tips on my BMW 3 series as a walkin inside of an 1 1/2 hours. Jeff is a super nice guy and I felt they were honest with suggested options. I would definitely recommend Buds muffler to my friends and family!
These guys are great. Worked with me on modifying a header. They have the most upbeat can do attitude and great customer service. I will definitely be back to have the rest of the exhaust done. Thanks guys, its nice to see customer service is still alive.
I was visiting my dad, who is in his 90s, in Colorado Springs a couple weeks ago. I noticed his car had a noise under the drivers side area. My dad had Buds Muffler and Automotive Repair in mind. So we just stopped in and they had the time to put it up on a rack to see what was going on. Apparently it was a sway bar that had come loose. They put it back on and remedied the noise. The manager was a very nice guy who respected my dad and his advanced age. They did the job for free out of respect for my father. This speaks volumes about this shop and their honesty and values. My dad must have known.
Never met a more accommodating buncha guys in my life! Went out of their way at lunch time to weld a broken bracket on a tail pipe. They had me in and out in no time. And Jeff, the owner, is the friendliest guy in Colorado Springs! We instantly connected and swapped stories till my truck was done! GREAT GUYS! GREAT SERVICE! GREAT PRICES! Spread the word! These guys are SOLID GOLD!!! Highly recommended (as if you couldnt tell)!
I just love this place. The staff really go out of thier way to take care of the customers needs, and at a reasonable price. I recommend all of my friends to Buds.
Jeff and his team are terrific! It was a few hours before my family was leaving for vacation and I realized that I needed some muffler work done before we could leave. I walk in to Buds Muffler 20 minutes before closing time and pleaded my case. Every bay was filled and the techs were all busy working on other projects. Jeff and his team went above and beyond to help me. They pulled out a portable welder fixed my muffler and sent me and my family on our way to a well needed vacation. On top of that, he charged me a fair price. THANK YOU!!!
Took my truck in to weld a broken exhaust hangar. While completing that repair, I was telling them about a rattle in the truck I could not locate for years. Ive had it at several other shops in town that could not locate it. John test drove the truck, identified the rattle and fixed it in a matter of five minutes!! They didnt even charge me for the rattle repair. They were all professional, friendly and actually took the time to listen. Very rare customer service these days. They have earned a customer. Highly recommend!!!
Jeff Sr. is a really nice guy and tells it like it is. I took my car in to get some muffler work done and they fixed a couple of other things they noticed were off without even charging me a dime. I will continue to bring my cars here when I need work done.
I own a very successful highly rated small business in Colorado Springs. My shop has been around since 1955 and our customer service is the most mentioned kudo in our Google reviews. Needless to say, I know service, I give it and expect it. The guys at Buds did not disappoint. I had an awesome experience! I called Jeffrey and explained what was going on and how important it was that the timeline lay out perfectly. He explained the process perfectly, and made every call he promised from the quote to completion. My truck has never ran better. Im on a 2nd motor, 2nd transmission, and now thanks to Buds.....I have kick butt true dual exhaust that sounds great and performs well above expectations. They look great, are centered perfectly (I checked😉) and they got me into black powder coat tips which I apologetically added at the last minute. Cant say enough good. Highly recommend!!!
I’ve spent thousands of dollars at Buds since the the early 90’s and sent numerous people there. I’ve had them do full exhaust systems including headers on my performance cars and leaf spring work on my trucks. I was absolutely in shock today when I went in to have them do another job (one of many) and was quoted $327.76 more than their competitors. Usually they’re within $100 but this was unbelievable. Not only were they incredibly rude to me today but he treated me like I’m clueless about cost and labor after I asked him why the cost were so extreme. If your going to treat a customer poorly make its not one that has been fabricating for 25 years. I loved this place but after today I’ll never go back and I’ll never refer another person
These people are great. They even helped save us alot of money on a pricey repair. Consistently good service from these folks.
Top notch guys! Been dealing with them for years on all my vehicles. Always my first stop
If you want to take a driving car there but leave with a car that is only going 20 mph per hour then buds muffler is the place to go his own employee right in my face told me if there where any other problems with car he would call guess what I never got a call i spend 140 flex pipe that is what they said the problem is. I’m a young man with 2 kids work 6 days out the week I asked the owner nicely to fix my car he told me Midas is down the road with my 2 kids a broken down car what great customer service that was. So bottom line they are trash service and scum bags the funny thing is he tried to charge me for more parts but thank god I got my money back I’m sure you will see this and have a great excuse cause you can’t take owner ship when you f up look at all these other customers .You know when a mechanic offers to give your money back then they Mest up but he is not even man enough to satisfie his customers but hey no problem I will remain to be a humble person an let god do his job.’
The guys here are great guys. Took really good care of me and gave me several options on what to do with my exhaust. They have earned my business whether its for simple repairs or a full custom exhaust.
A true first come first served experience. I came to have my catalytic converter checked and am very thankful they didnt sell me one since it didnt need it. You will be pleased!
Good service
