I made an appointment. they were ready for me at my appointment time, and I didnt have to wait. their services were detailed and thorough. and the cost was minimal. I would certainly use them again!

Very honest and good people. I haven’t been in to a place for an oil change in forever (I always do it myself). But I was running short on time and having trouble with my new cars oil filter cap. They figured out that it could be cross threaded (which sucks) but they helped me a TON. Especially, since we are about to head out on a vacation road trip. So make sure to bring your car here if you want good and honest people to work on your car!

They asked me if I wanted my fluids topped off, I said yes. They said they’d do that and it’d be $10 and I’d be all good to go. I got home and checked them because my car was still making a noise. My coolant and windshield wiper fluid was below minimum, my brake fluid was empty and my oil was fine because I had gotten an oil change at different place a few weeks before. I called and a women picked up and said they were closed and that she’d give them the message and that she’s have them call me back which never happened.

Good place for standard oil changes and the like. Very helpful people for the most part. But I would not recommend for any major repairs. Was told to get my ac working I would need a new compressor. After doing the work myself I saw the obvious issue. The condenser was massively damaged and I could hear the leak. I don’t know how they missed that but it was very disappointing.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and honest. I also found their prices to be very reasonable as well.

The manager / owner David king was super professional and knowledgeable, he explained everything that he was doing to my car,, he evacuated my AC system 3 times to get it cleared out,, the system performs like brand new,, I highly recommend using this shop for all of your auto needs

Great experience. I’m a car guy, but when it comes the A/C in a 19 year old 4runner, I figured it would be worth the $125 for the evac, recharged, leak check, and diagnostic. After talking with the people there and describing the issue, it was determined my Blend Door Actuator was shot. They showed me where it was, how I can change the temp by hand until I get the part in, and verified there was no leaks anywhere and corrected my freon levels (i was 8oz over with a system capacity of 22oz... yikes). Amazing experience.

The gentleman at the shop were very courteous. They took time to explain what they were finding in my vehicle and what was needed to fix it. I had a pretty good idea going in what was necessary, but had intended to split the repairs to save my budget a bit. But when they came and explained what was going on without tacking on outrageous extras—which has happened to me at other places on multiple occasions, making me fully expect it here—I decided it was worth it to trust them and have the maintenance performed on the spot.It was quick, they were nice and it was affordable. I’m very happy with my experience!

They were courteous and professional. However the coupon that said “Synthetic Oil Change” had a catch. I needed a full synthetic oil change. Definitely a bait and switch.

I went to 5 other mechanics about an issue I was having. No one could figure it out, except these guys. They are dependable and won’t try to oversell services needed like other auto repair shops. I will now be going to Meineke for all my car repair needs. I highly recommend them.

Oil change was done on time. They also checked a potential issue that another garage wanted to perform an expensive repair on. I was advised that given the age and mileage it was better to monitor the situation for now before getting involved in potentially very costly repairs. It was refreshing to receive an honest answer that was in my best interest.

I had received a quote for brakes from my dealership for my Audi, and thought I’d stop into my local Meineke to see what they could do. The people were responsive, the prices competitive, service was done professionally, and the level of customer service was above and beyond. Highly recommend this shop, and I’ll be back when I need something done!

My altternator went out on Thursday night. I had the car towed to the Mieneke shop on the recommendation of my son-in-law. When I called about nine the next morning my car had already been pulled in and it had been determined that it was the alternator. When I mentioned that I had an appointment in Denver at 1 and I would pick the car when I got back he (I apologize I dont remember his name) said he could probably have it finished by the time i had to leave. I was getting ready to leave at 11, (my son-in-law was going to take me), it was repaired!!! I was able to drive myself to Denver and I only had to get a ride to the Mieneke shop from my son-in-law.You guys are great! Thank you so much.

The nice thing I will say is, they were really fast. I set a same day appointment with a coupon and when I got there they apparently had to dig to try to find my appointment it. I also had a coupon, which I applied when setting the appointment, that they apparently didnt know about because when I went to pay it was $20 more than I had planned for. When I brought up the coupon they got all shifty and said well that coupon doesnt include the oil that we used... and they wouldnt honor the price on said coupon. They gave excuses and shifted all the blame on me. I will never go back, nor will I recommend anyone goes there.

Great. Been taking my vehicles here for nearly 3 years and while the problem was misdiagnosed maybe once or twice, it always ended up being fixed, and at a fair price, and very professional. Always recommended 👍🏼

This service was for a safety check of a used car I had purchased. They were up front with me about what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I waited for them to be done and the service was faster than estimated. This Meineke has worked on 3 of my vehicles before and I have been treated fairly every time. They have earned my trust and I will certainly be back for future service.

Great experience with this shop, this is the only place in Colorado Springs that I’ll take my Maserati. They are exceedingly professional, and amiable.

I brought in a used car I was considering buying. They found some key issues with the car that I was able to get the dealership to repair. At $50 for the inspection I instantly saved money by not having to cover that repair myself!

I needed some aftermarket shocks installed. Called them up and they were able to get me in the next day scheduled appointment. During this time they were very professional, wore masks, and used professionalism during my transactions. Stand up class act. They used their mechanics book to find the hours associated with the installation. They installed and did a great job.

I had a great experience. Usually my husband does the car maintenance jobs but today I took my car in to have the breaks checked and an oil change. They were extremely proficient and pleasant. I was most impressed with their honesty in an attempt to save me money. I wanted to have my tires rotated and balanced and they told me that it would be free at the place where I purchased the tires. It turned out the breaks were fine and most likely was due to the tires. The waiting room was so comfortable (plush, leather couches) that I asked them to go ahead with the service, Id pay the $50. They did not take advantage of the fact that Im a woman and explained things in way that I could understand. They are competitively priced as well. I encourage you to make a reservation though, this isnt a drive up service, its way better!

When I said Id wait in certain ones to fix they listened and did just that and fixed what I asked. It was done at a great price and in a small time period. I received a $17 coupon for an oil change so I made an appointment. I took my car over, told the gentleman that I had a 2:00pm appointment for an oil change. When I got the receipt it was $70. I told him, I thought it was $17. The gentleman said, We used the premium oil so that it lasts longer. He never gave me an option to receive premium oil. I feel I was scammed.

I have had to take my truck in three times for the oil within a month. First time they finished with a leak on the oil pan and didn’t inform me. The second time I bring it in to fix the problem They caused for $850. Said that was reasonable do to labor fees. They ducked my oil pan may I remind you. And for a third time I am taking it in for a worse leak. After paying over 2 thousand dollars. Someone should be checking these things before returning the vehicle to its owner. Especially if it leaks in your parking lot!!

Had my oil changed two weeks ago. Asked what kind of oil they use... i was told house blend.Just checked my oil... the dipstick is full but oil quality is runny and my dip stick smells gassy. I bought my usual oil and will now be changing it again.MYSELF( yes i am female)Do THE OIL CHANGE YOURSELF. These places make money by using SH$T oil. I knew better.

They did good on my truck. Only complaint is they were very careless with there sterilization of the customer waiting area during a horrible pandemic. They have a water dispenser that had only one cup left sitting underneath. When I picked the cup it was full of dirt and debris.... no one was in the lobby to assist so I looked under a nearby cabinet in search of clean cups and it was COVERED in mice droppings. 😩 Other than that....it was ok. 🤷🏾‍♀️

They were fast and professional doing my oil change. I recommend this place!

Everything went fine until I got in my truck. Someone was smoking in/around it while the windows were open. I got in and closed the windows and drove to another errand. When I got back out and opened my door the smell was VERY strong. If you are a non smoker and wish to have your vehicle NOT smell like smoke, find another business to have your work done at.

Front desk guy is always crabby and passive. Can tell he doesn’t like his job or has a bad attitude in general.

I walked in and stated what I need.. very best price for my jeep and all I needed was a oil change.. they were super quick. I will keep going to them for my oil changes for sure!!!

Let my jeep with Jacob. After a quote of $135.00;it jumped to $247.00 plus change. The worst part is they did attach part to the frame. So now the proportional valve is hanging from brake lines. In addition, Jacob was adamant about bleeding the lines. Once I got jeep home, it had no brakes. Very very disappointed. Now I have to return the Jeep, take time from work, which doesnt concern Jacob and hopefully the job gets done right this time. I left the hardware with Jacob and explained that they need to be attached to the part and frame. Not good at all. On a scale between 1 & 10. Ten the best, its a zero. Wasted time and tow expense to vehicle there twice. I understand the first one, but didnt count having to tow jeep home twice.

Went in there to get my 5th Cylinder spark plug re-Threaded and told me it not guaranteed to be fixed. I trusted their word and said okay. They told me my EGR valve needed to be fixed and quoted me 390 to get it fixed and asked for a. Quote on paper and also Told them I had to wait till my next check to get fixed. I got paid and called them to set up a appointment to get it fixed and than they quoted me a different price of over 500 dollars to get it fixed. I thought that was sketchy so I called another shop to get it fixed and they fixed it for 377 and after they replaced the valve they told me it didn’t need to be fixed and that the mechanic That told me my EGR valve was lied to me and that it didn’t need to be fixed. I called the shop and asked them if they Reimburse me for the part that didn’t need to be fixed because it was them that told me it needed to fixed. Wasted 377 for something that didn’t need to be fixed. They lied to me and tried to get more money from me by telling me something needed to be fixed when it didn’t. I even spoke to the supervisor there and told them my issue and they didn’t care. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone ever again. First you change the quote that you gave me just to get more money out of me and also lie about a part needing you replaced when it didn’t. That’s a terrible thing to do with your customers. Never again will I use them. I will continue to go to Goodyear auto shop from now on bc that’s who help me out with my car and was honest with it.

I went in for brake work & they replaced both of my rear rotors for a decent price however......I spent 5 HOURS waiting for this (yes, I had an appointment). Not once was I informed that my entire Saturday would be spent waiting otherwise I would have called someone to come pick me up. Honestly, it should not have taken more than 2 hours to do this & since my car was in the 1st bay it was very easy to see that they spent way more time NOT working on my car than working on it. I’m going back to have my AC done next week, only because of the 50% off. I sure hope they don’t waste my whole Saturday again. I am thankful that they didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff that I didn’t need like some shops do but please, give people an honest estimate of time when you quote them a job, I missed out on spending time with my grandson before I had to go to work

I always shop around for best prices on various work to be done on my vehicle. These guys are usually pretty competitive on many things. I feel like they usually treat me pretty good. At other mechanics sometimes I question whether or not they even did the work, IE maybe just use standard oil when I paid for synthetic or something, but these guys seem pretty honest.

Ive been using this Meineke for years and theyve always been great about finding and issues with our cars, fixing them in a timely manner, and charging reasonable prices.

David was very helpful and knowledgeable! While it turned out the part was only dealer serviceable, they went above and beyond to ensure the issue was resolved.

Let me walk you through my experience. Went in for brakes, paid around $600 for those, oil change and some filters. Left and my brakes squeaked. They never squeaked before I came in. Car was brought back in a few weeks later and they made more adjustments. The squeak got worse!!! Back here again today and they couldnt reproduce the sound, I was getting angry. At the end of our test drive it finally squeaked! Hallelujah! Well they throw it on the lift and figure out one of the new parts was scraping my brand new rotor. Replacing all of the parts under warranty. Im just glad they were willing to look at it multiple times even when they couldnt find the problem. This is what good customer service is all about. Changing my 4 star to 5. Thanks for your help Aaron.

They offered a flush option to try first and if it didnt work then we would explore replacing the part. Well, it did work and my vehicle is running great!
