I don’t usually leave reviews but this one was well earned. Doing business with Dent specialist was a hassle free experience! They even paid for a car rental which took a huge burden off of me and I was very grateful for it. They where very professional. I liked that Megan updated me about my car repair every couple days through text. Derek did an awesome job removing the hail damage. My car looks great! If I ever get hail damage again I’ll definitely return to them. Hopefully that doesn’t happened anytime soon..

Upon arrival the office is clean, warm and inviting. Drop off was seamlessly easy and was done right away. Once my insurance came to assess the damage, the work was completed in about 2 weeks, which is rare around here with everyone in line for repairs. Derek took care of everything with the insurance and communicated with me frequently on the status of the repair. When picking up my vehicle it looked amazing- all the dings were gone, my vehicle looked normal again!Super bonus-they pick up the tab on the deductible. As a female, I always feel nervous to take my car to a body shop. Derek made the process so easy! It was the best experience Ive ever had with any kind of body shop. I was not expecting to receive such amazing service.Overall, their customer service is top notch and they truly go above and beyond to ensure you have the best experience possible. I would totally recommended Dent Specialist to anyone!

Derick at Dent Specialists did an amazing job on my car! I got hit by hail damage and while other places couldn’t get me in for months he got me in the next day! He worked with my insurance company and with the rental car company and I didn’t have to worry about anything for the month he had my car. He kept me regularly updated too. If you have hail damage you should definitely take your car to him!

Highly recommend! Deric did an awesome job on our 2015 Outback and 2017 F-250. You cant tell they were ever hail-damaged. He even took out a few door dings, no charge. I hope I never get hailed on again, but if I do I know where to go...Dent Specialists!

My best auto repair experience yet! They worked on my Subaru after it received hail damage. I had been turned away by another company who said there were too many small dents on top of each other and it would crack the paint. Dent Specialists did a flawless job, their attention to detail and customer service is out of this world. Cant say enough good things about these guys. They covered my deductible and my rental car. Which was nice because Im in the military so money is tight. They were very friendly and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. The only issue I had was minor. They had buffed areas on my car and didnt polish some of the swirls out. I went back and asked them what happened and he apologized and fixed it right then and there. Too easy. Dent Specialist made the whole ordeal reactively painless and stress free. Highly recommend.

I had such a fantastic experience with this place! My car was in such terrible shape and they made sure they fixed it in a timely manner. They also updated me personally through text message. They not only completed the work early with excellent craftsmanship, but even fixed another blemish on my car without additional charge. I drive 2016 X6 and had hail damage to it. I took it to Dent Specialist and they did a phenomenal job on my car and it look like nothing even happened to it. It looks brand new. From the get go I had a good experience with Dent Specialists. I received an immediate response to my email and was able to set up a date that worked for me to get my car repaired. When I dropped my car off I completely forget to book a rental car so I had to wait about an hour and a half for enterprise to pick me up. Soon as Deric realized this he gave me a $5.00 gift certificate to Starbucks so I did not have to sit in the lobby with nothing to do. After calling all over town to have my Ford F150 hail damage repair addressed and getting mixed signals by businesses who seemed too busy to even talk to me, I was fortunate to find Deric and Dent Specialists.Other shops seemed to boast about how busy they were and convey a message of low value around my pending business. Deric was open, easy to work with, and assisted me in understanding the process to having my truck repaired.Not only did he get me in as expected and provide me updates along the way, the duration of the job was as expected. Deric repaired both my cars from damage in a recent Denver hail storm. He did a fantastic job. I cannot even begin to see any reaming hail dents.
