Service and end result way above and beyond expectations. First time I stopped in was after my vehicle was scraped and dinged while it was parked. Time estimate was realistic; in fact, done ahead. End result was beautiful! I stopped in after that for some scraping left front quarter panel. Full front fender replacement at dealer would have cost several hundred dollars. I opted for fix-up at Hi-Tech...not like new, but passable in my estimation, and for very little cost. This is a top-notch outfit - do not hesitate to get your work done here. Very professional, really know their stuff, and great customer service.

I had paintless dent repair in 94 on a new Toyota with hail damage. So I knew it works and worth the value. Leon took out a large front fender ding, the area size of softball. Looks so better now! Body shop would have cost $600-1,000 easy to reshape and paint fender. Saved $$$.

Our experience was absolutely wonderful. Very professional, kind, friendly, helpful, accommodating, prompt and timely. This kind of work is amazing--it is as amazing as a highly skilled surgeon! We had a dent in the front passenger side of our brand new car (that we had owned for only 3 days at the time of getting the dent). The dent was also in a very difficult and tricky spot because it was a vertical dent crossing over a horizontal line in the body of the car. Max worked for 7 hours to work it out using all his expertise and patience, with great and successful effort and care to not crack the paint. The repair is superb--cant see it!! Its like it never happened! Our new car looks new again. Their pricing is very reasonable, particularly for the incredible surgical-type work that is done.

I stopped by this business [on 7/26/19] to see about getting my Honda CR-V tailgate repaired. It had a slight dent where I had backed into our plastic trashcan. No scratches, no paint damage, just a slight dent. There was only one person at this facility, a man who spoke with a heavy European accent. He told me he would fix it for a certain price but did not give me my estimate in writing. I cant do business without an estimate. I was told to drop off my car on a certain date but I never returned because I had no written estimate and had no proof that the cost would be around the estimate amount. I went to Dent Works repair shop on the north end of town and received a written estimate immediately and an appointment to repair the damages. So, I dont know what quality work this company does but I know that they are sorely lacking in business procedures.

I have used Hi-Tech Paintless Dent Removal twice and have had great experiences both time. On the first occasion I dropped in and they were able to repair two small dents in the hood while I waited. The price was awesome and the work was done in less than 1 hour. The second was by appointment. I had a 6 inch elongated dent from a car door on my passenger back door. They were able to complete remove it and it looks awesome. And again the price was awesome. I definitely recommend them!

Very happy with the work and recommend to others. They restored my 2013 Subaru Outback to near showroom condition at a very reasonable price. I had moderate hail damage from the hail storm a year or so ago AND many parking lot dings including bumper and fender damage. I took my heavily hail damaged BMW 535i a couple of weeks ago for repairs and I couldnt be more happy with the whole experience. Me and my wife were on a trip to Colorado and faced heavy hail on the way. Our vacation turned into a disaster, my car looked like it had dimples all over it. We drove around Colorado Springs to find a body shop that can repair the damages at a decent cost. Everywhere price was out of budget. I came across High Tech which was the only spot that quoted a price within our budget. A previous body shop stated that all damages were not repairable, but when we talked to Max he guaranteed that we would leave satisfied. We were hesitant, but the price was good, and we were a bit desperate, so we went for it. When we picked up the car, all the damages were fixed and we honestly couldnt tell that anything ever happened to it. Very professional, very good prices, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I just took my Subaru into this shop today. The car had recently picked up a NASTY car door ding while parked in the garage at DIA. Max quoted me a reasonable price to fix the dent and buff out the scratch and said that if I wanted to wait, he could have it fixed in 45 minutes. 35 minutes later, he showed me the work, and it was perfect. The repair work far exceeded my expectations! Further, the shop is clean and the staff is very professional. I would highly recommend this shop. A great consumer experience.

With most auto body shops scheduling 5 - 6 months out for repair Due to a recent hail storm, Cody and the team at Hi Tech were able to take care of the damage to my wifes Subaru quickly and professionally. The work was amazing It looked like it just came off the show room floor.The interior headliner also had to be removed to repair roof dents. When I received the car there was no indication that the headliner had been removed at all. These guys are pros . Just had a dent removed from the Manager. He was extremely courteous and professional. I took my pickup to a couple other places. They told me that they could not take the dent out with PDR. Had our Tahoe in for dent removal. Max, the tech that worked on our vehicle was awesome. What a great job. You could not tell there ever was a dent and one of the dents was on a body line. Max exceeded our expectations. He found a couple more little dents which he repaired, but kept the price he quoted. We would highly recommend PDR to anyone. We are so happy with the vehicle, it looks amazing after they were done. PDR and Max are the way to go.

Scheduled it to have the work done but then when I took it in, they said they cant do any of the stuff they said they could do and need to take it to a real body shop. I brought my F-150 here after getting hail damage. I have never used a dentless repair shop before. These guys rocked it! The work was supposed to take 4 days. They had it back in 24 hours. Almost everything was fluid from the time I dropped off my truck to when I picked it up. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs dent work repaired and doesnt want to use a traditional body shop. Great customer service, fast turn around, and quality work performed.

Went in around 9am to see if they could fix a big dent in my rear quarter panel. To make a long story short, they were able to bring my vehicle back to prestine shape in less than 5 hours. Requested complete detail and minor paint blemish repair on our 2014 Acura MDX. Was quoted price and estimated time required. I brought my Evo x in last week completely hail damaged, I mean every panel, some dents looked like I got out and punched the door, Leon had it fixed in 4 days flat looking brand new and did it at an amazing rate, especially for the fact that my evo is made of half aluminum panels, that other places told me would have to be replaced, now looks brand new and still oem!

Best Service from an auto body shop I have ever had!, Max removed a dent from my Lexus that I thought couldnt be fixed without major bodywork, did it in a timely fashion and was super insightful about body repair too.

Very disappointing customer service. I stopped by to get an estimate on what I believe is some very minor hail damage. I had never needed PDR before, so I have no idea what the cost would be, so I have not made a claim with my insurance company yet. I was told I would not be given an estimate without an insurance claim number. I confirmed that they would not give me an estimate if I told them right there that I would pay out of pocket, and they said Nope. Funny thing is, their website even says get an estimate first, then make an insurance claim IF NEEDED. At least talk with me and convince me that I want to make a claim. No big deal, you definitely are not the only PDR in town! Glad I found out how bad the customer service was right out of the gates.

I was very impressed with how Hi-Tech removed the dents from the rear hatch of my SUV. I unfortunately managed to dent the hatch of my SUV as I was loading a table in the rear. Not trusting the advice of using dry ice and a blow dryer because the dent seemed minor, I opted to use the advice of paintless dent removal. No painting was required and the price was very reasonable. I recommend Hi Tech Paintless Dent Removal to anyone.

Took my car in for some hail repair. I have a black 2015 Camaro and was pretty worried that some damage would always be visible even after repair being on a black car. Our vehicle received extensive hail damage while traveling in New Mexico. I went to other repair shops for repair estimates and they were all overwhelmed and could not even consider doing the repairs for at least 6 months. Hi-TechPDR gave me an estimate on the spot, took care of all the related insurance matters, took the vehicle right away and finished the repair work in a few days.
