Very professional great job on a tough dent!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Im a stickler for quality work, and this place exceeded my expectations. They quoted me a one week turn-around time, and completed the work a few days early. I inspected the car at pick-up, and not only did they not miss a single dent, but everything was put back together with attention to detail, they vacuumed out the interior, and hand-washed the exterior.

They did a good job of getting the dents out and in a very timely manner. However I was charged $100 more than the quote they gave me and they burnt the paint on the fender pretty bad. Its going to cost me another couple hundred bucks to get that fixed. I think they are down a detailer at the moment because it just looks like they took a dry buffer to my paint without any prep. Left some nice little holograms in the fender. The staff was very nice, im just upset I have to get the vehicle paint corrected on top of the dent repair.

Geico is my insurance provider, was able to have the estimate done on site, provide the paperwork to High Tech, and was able to schedule the car for repair almost same day. High Tech was great about working with my insurance directly, the car repair was well done and timely. Very straightforward service and was easy to work around my schedule. Would definitely recommend.

The new auto detailing services of Hi-Tech Paintless Dent Removal-Motor City are superb! My wifes 15-year old Subaru Outback LLBean was detailed with their #6 Deluxe Detail and it was returned in superb condition. You would be VERY hard pressed to believe the car is 15 years old after their servicing. The quality level of the detailing is outstanding. Stan and staff were friendly and clearly desired to insure that we were pleased with the result...which we are! Can highly recommend this detailing service. Ill be scheduling my other car for the same level of detailing very soon!

Friendly and phenomenal workmanship! I dropped off my Tacoma on Tuesday the 17th for hail repairs and within 5 days I have it back. Stan did a great job and knocked it out of the park on the repairs. They did an amazing job and will recommend him to everyone I know for work to their vehicles.

These guys are miracle workers! I had a dent that someone else in town made worse. I highly recommended Hi-tech paintless dent, I went in on a Friday afternoon to get a estimate it was a reasonable estimate so I schedule appt. They got my car in right away, the next Monday. They were fast, but more importantly the work was amazing. I had some door dents, Hi-tech removed them I gave a through check could even find where they were. I will definitely have them repair all my cars for now on, also have them detail the cars .

These guys are great! I was told by another shop that they would take 5 months to get me in and Hi-Tech got me in and finished with repairs in a week. I was told that my hood and roof would need to be replaced by the insurance company and Hi-Tech was able to repair everything. They did an amazing job and are very professional. Im very impressed with the professionalism and the service. I drove by on a Thursday at 6pm. There was a guy getting in to his truck out front with a PDR shirt on. I stopped in the median and asked him what time they closed and he said 6pm. He asked me what I needed and to pull in to the parking lot. I showed him my 73 Triumph motorcycle tank with a dent on the top. Turns out it was Stan, the owner.He said that his guys could fix it and he took my tank. He put it in the back of his truck and said come back in a day or two. He called me Saturday morning at 9:30am and said that my tank was ready and to come pick it up whenever I had the chance. I walked in a few hours later and my tank was ready to go, NO DENT! It looks great and its ready to be sanded and painted. Plus, it was a great price. I cant say thanks enough and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Stan - very friendly and willing to help his customers! Brought my car in with a couple of deep dings. One from a bike falling over and hitting the fender and another from a piece of shelving that hit the other fender. He quoted me a reasonable price and got to work. These small, but deep, dings had been there for a while. His crew took a little longer than expected, but the dings were completely invisible when they got done. Amazing job for a price far less than I expected. Very friendly and a welcome surprise!! I highly recommend them to anyone!

I drove by Hi-Tech on a Monday afternoon at 5:30pm and stopped in for an estimate for a sizeable dent and small crease in my driver door. I dropped off my vehicle at 8:00am on Tuesday morning and my car was fixed by 1:00pm that day all for $175 out the door!! Pretty impressive customer service I would say. Stan was helpful and informative and my car looks great. Give them a try next time some butt head dents your car and doesnt leave their information!!

I decided to take my 2014 Equinox to Hi Tech because a coworker recommended them, and Im glad I did.They are without a doubt Topsas far as customer service, our vehicle was only there for four days. Our car had pretty bad hail, but it looks like a brand new car now, not to mention the complete detail inside and out. I doubt any other shops would go that far

These guys are magicians!My Wifes 2015 Durango had some nasty scratches and sharp dings on the hood (about 7 of them), best guess is that someone was nice enough to drop something heavy and jagged on it.In any event, after 6 hours, they were all gone! No idea how, but there is no trace; I also thought that the price was reasonable. This is a service I hope Ill never need again, but if I do, I will go there.
