I can always count on these guys to fix all of my kitchen equipment needs. They did a great job installing a new evaporator for me. I’ve also brought my food truck to the shop for repairs and they do a great job.

Restaurant Equipment Service is a great local company that I’m so thankful for. They get my equipment up and running every time. I have been using them for the past 7 years. They maintenance all 3 of our ice machines every 6 months and that has really helped to almost eliminate breakdowns on them. They do the job right and I know that they truly do everything they can to keep my equipment up and running. You guys are great!

Not recommended at all!! Service guy came in and check my refrigerators and told me can not be fixed, and told me I had to get rid of it and buy a new ones! I called other company and they fixed it easily. I almost got rid of my refrigerator almost listened to that unprofessional guy and almost cost me thousands of $$. Unbelievable!!!

After scheduling an appointment at a newly purchased buisness, company did not show. I called to confirm time and was told at that they would be unable to hold appointment. I drove 400 miles to meet them at the buisness. Had a phone call been made, I would have been able to change my plans. Paying the 100 dollars an hour for the companies travel time with no regard for the value of my time is unacceptable and poor buisness practice.

If you have ever felt alone in the restaurant business when some critical piece of kitchen equipment dies before service you NEED to add these guys to your contact sheet. They ALWAYS answer the phone and thus far have always responded in the quick manner we need to effectively run our business. We have had several techs, and all have been really great. C.A helped us last time and he was friendly, honest and quick to get the job done! If you need a company you can depend on to get your kitchen back up and running these guys are it!

3 trip charges and hours to replace one part they could never get right.Dont ever call them for HVAC repair, they have no clue what they are doing.

This is a must have company for any restaurant operating in the Springs. Every time we have had an issue with our pizza oven they come out that day and are always honest and efficient with their service. Preston has been our repair tech and he is amazing! Would recommend these guys to any other restaurateur without question.

They were great and very professional for the initial service call/inspection, but the actual cleaning and service was nothing but a huge pain in the a ss. The service person originally showed up for a 9 am appointment at 730. Then never showed up for the actual time. The office was rude and unhelpful. Nobody came until 2 and a half hours after the original appointment and only did half the work that was quoted. Then I was charged for 2 full hours even though they were only here for a little over 1 hour. I was treated very unprofessionally and nobody seemed to care. Will not be using this business again and I dont recommend it if you are on any sort of schedule or budget.

Our huge commercial fridge went out and one repairman wanted $1,000 and said we needed a new compressor. Cliff and his guys found all we needed was a simple recharge! Thanks Cliff for saving the day! Probably through no fault of there own, this location came up under restaurant supply co. So came to buy a replacement part. Google said open but doors were locked. Called and no answer. Left message no call back after several hours. Looking at reviews this location might not be a supply store but a service store only.
