Brian is an outstanding technician on the Calibating team. He arrived on time, listened to my AC issue and was skilled enough to figure out the possible solution immediately. He took his time, explained the final solution (the fix), and provided feedback that ensured I understood. The single behavior that will have me request Brian (and Calibrating) again - his positive attitude toward his job as well as his focus on the customer (me). In these crazy times, where most people hate their jobs - this was an added bonus to the actual AC fix.

We had a sudden AC issue where water was pouring out of places it shouldnt have been. Calibrating Air Heating and Cooling, Inc provided me outstanding customer service. My A/C stopped cooling on July 8, 2021. After a little research I took a chance and called Calibrating Air at 0815 Friday morning July 9, 2021. Spoke with a very friendly person named Nicci. She thought she would have a technician available sometime between 1300 and 1700. I agreed and a few hours later I received a call back from another friendly person who said the technician would be at my home around 1330. To my surprise the owner was the one who came to check things out. I learned he had several decades of experience and it showed in the way he was dressed and conducted himself. I never felt like he was trying to price gouge me and he explained everything in detail. His workmanship was impeccable and I could see he was very knowledgeable. When all was said and done everything worked perfectly. I signed up for the A/C and furnace service. If his technicians are just half as good as him, this is a company I highly recommend. It is refreshing to deal with an honest straight forward company.

Tom and Jairo were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were very respectful to put shoe coverings on and kept the work space clean. They also took time to answer all questions and explain thoroughly how everything worked. It was also impressive how nicely they set up the platform for the air conditioner in what was a difficult sloped area. I highly recommend the business for anyone needing HVAC work.

I can’t be more disappointed with Calibrating Air. After waiting over a week to get an appointment, the Technician was pretty much clueless. His inspection identified that the air conditioning unit needed to be cleaned. (True) Unfortunately, he did even know how to remove the skirting around the unit. After I showed him how the panels were removed, he still decided to try and clean the coils as is. Terrible job. After the inadequate cleaning, he turned on the unit and there was no change in the temperature. He had to call the office to discuss the problem. He mentioned multiple times that I would probably need refrigerant and they would come out right away since the service was warranted to get the AC working. After running the unit for 10 hours, the insulated line was starting to freeze as it entered the evaporator coils. I immediately shut down the unit and called Calibrating Air in the morning as requested. To my amazement, they could setup an appointment in 12 days. Seriously?? That’s what you call warranty?? What a joke!! I requested a call from management or the owner and they finally got back to me 3 days later. What a joke!! Go somewhere else. Service is terrible, scheduling is terrible, and they do not return your calls in a timely manner.

****Edit...When Brandon saw the review that I was not completely happy with the look left behind after my AC was installed, he came right out and fixed it making it look significantly better. I appreciate the wonderful customer service.I had a great experience with Calibrating Air, they had a competitive quote and were quick to set an appointment for install. The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars is that I’m not overly happy with the location the refrigerant lines come out of my house and connect to the condenser. It’s almost 5’ up the side of my outside wall and then goes down and connects to the condenser. The hole is just filled in with a large amount of caulk and doesn’t look great. I would have much preferred the hole be in a different spot so it’s not nearly as noticeable.

My furnace had been misbehaving in the deep of winter. Calibrating Air Heading & Cooling were the original installers which I noticed on their maintenance log on the furnace so I thought Id give them a call and see if they could fix it. First off their phone customer service was great. Personable and caring. Thats a great start. They sent someone out same day, who came in and did some checks and some cleaning. No expensive repairs needed. This fixed my short cycling problem. Their price was better than I was expecting and everyone I dealt with was great. They even recommended I change my filter type to improve airflow. Definitely using them for my HVAC from now on.

I got a same-day appointment on a very cold day, after my furnace began to malfunction. Neal and James were exceptionally professional and courteous in diagnosing, explaining the issues and providing a cost estimate. Neal also provided an interim fix, while awaiting parts. Brian and Neal did the repairs, with an equally straightforward, professional approach. Calibrating Air greatly exceeded my expectations in both service and cost and will be my go to heating/cooling company going forward...

Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and always there to answer questions. They get back to you in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves when the job was complete. So i have had multiple companies come out tonight. And none of them were good enough to find the source of why my furnace wouldnt turn on. Called calibrating air and got an after hour technician who came out quickly and was very professional. He got out water heater back up and running n said it needs to be replaced due to its rusted out n leaking. Our furnace on the other hand is old n he couldnt get any model or serial numbers off of anything due to paint n rust. But he checked my thermostat and said the batteries were bad he replaced them and our furnace kicked on right away. I got upset with him cause of pricing but i did agree to the terms and price. We paid him and he did a great job. Will use this company for all my hvac products. I feel bad cause he walked outside and his van doors were wide open. I knew he locked it cause I heard him lock n the horn went off. Bad area of town lot of stolen cars and theft but hopefully nothing major is missing. Other then that a great company great service technician. Use this company over affordable, one source, copper, wire nut and peak home performance. They suck this is the company you want

Zero complaints and many thanks! My furnace went out during one of the coldest weeks of the season while I was deployed and my wife was home pregnant. Stressful situation! This company had the lowest price due to a seasonal discount and they replaced the heating system in my crawl space within 2 days. The furnace they selected was the right size and quality for my home’s layout, which is important for a new furnace. The job took less than 4 hours. They were professional and courteous to my wife and didn’t hesitate to help her put Christmas decorations in the crawl space when the job was done. Thanks James! Also, they explained everything they did and went through all the warranty information with her. They have a 5 year labor warranty in addition to the unit’s 10 year parts warranty and limited lifetime heat exchanger warranty. Way to go above and beyond for a customer!

Calibrated is my go-to HVAC service company. They repaired my AC last summer, and this time I called them to diagnose my heater which stopped working. Neil and Isaac were able to get my heater operating again, and were very friendly and communicative about what was wrong and what they did to fix the issue. These guys are awesome.

I have used Calibrating Air Heating and Cooling for about eight years for furnace tune-ups and last year needed to have the furnace vent piping replaced. They were able to resleeved the existing pipe but made sure it would be of adequate size to handle a new furnace when we were ready to replace the old furnace. We just had our new furnace installed and are very happy with it. When Calibrating Air quoted the furnace their quote was so reasonable we didnt bother getting another quote. They have done the kind of quality work over the years that earns loyalty.

Im a homeowner that has been using Calibrating Air as my main HVAC company for many years now. They have, over the years, maintained our aging A/C and heating system well and have just completed a new install of an A/C and a furnace replacing units that were over 15 years old. The install was quite uneventful and professional, the employees were done during the time frame they provided and everything seems to be working well. Government/county inspections were done for electric and mechanical and those went smoothly also. There was no pressure during the quote, they simply provided the cost of the job and left it up to myself and my family to decide to move forward with them, and I am glad that we did. There was one minor issue with the placement of an airflow grate that they came out and fixed as soon as they were alerted that it was an issue. They actually still have one final setup to do with the air conditioner requiring the day to be hot enough to check pressure and coolant levels, so were waiting on the weather to warm up a bit for this final step - though it is working fine in the state they left it in for the time being. I hope to continue using Calibrating Air for our HVAC needs for a long time to come as they have been both reliable and reasonable.

This is an amazing company. My sister had an emergency heating situation at her house and the owner, Brandon came out within the hour to help her. I live next door to my sister and he volunteered to check my heater to make certain everything was okay so the same problem didn’t happen with mine. Turns out, my heater had the same problem just not as bad. Good thing he came over to my house to inspect the heater or it would have stopped working soon just like hers. We have been paying another company a lot of money every season to maintain our heating and cooling system and that company missed an important detail of the service. We will be switching to Calibrating Air for our heating and air conditioning needs going forward because of their honest work ethic and their dedication to the customer experience. Cody D came to our home yesterday to check out our whole house humidifier. We just bought the house and had no idea how it worked. He found a wiring issue and he corrected it quickly and was very quick to answer any questions I had. After 17 years in our home in Falcon, the wife and I finally broke down and purchase central air for our home. In doing so we also decided we would replace the furnace given the age. After obtaining a few quotes and having a few onsite assessments, the choice was clear; Calibrating Air. First, the level of knowledge from Calibrating Air with regard to code, options and equipment was by far greater than the others that came out to the house. Second, in this crazy time of Covid-19. I was impressed that A) they phoned before they arrived to verify we were not exhibiting symptoms and wearing masks and B) assured us their workers were not either and would be wearing masks as well. Third, their schedule was quite full so we were out about 3 weeks. As the install date approached, I was extremely pleased that there were no changes to the scheduled date. Fourth, when they arrived to install our furnace and AC, I kid you not I thought I was in a triage hospital, 3 or 4 vans and crew members descended on our home, plans in hand and went straight to work. It was a construction symphony. Finally, I just cant say enough about every one of the employees we came in contact with. Polite, informative, knowledgeable, on-time, efficient, and professional. What was expected to take 3 days was done in just over 2.Oh did I mention the cost was literally within 6 and 32 dollars of the other 2 quotes I received so all the above and no extra cost. Scheduled an appointment for a furnace change out before a cold snap. Tech left a space heater. Two hours later, company calls that they need their space heater back because someone else is without heat. Im still without heat as well but I agree to give them back their space heater. I go purchase a space heater and shortly after they call back and are going to return space heater. Im not sure what that was about, one can only assume. On the scheduled day of appointment which is from 8:30am to 9:30am no one calls, no one arrives. I call the office and they give me a plethora of scenarios that could have transpired but no mention of finding out the actual status of the tech that is scheduled to be here. No apologies given, just excuses. However, no one bothered to call stating they will be running late or anything. Horrible service and lack professionalism.Be aware, this company quoted a board replacement for $1000 and a furnace replacement for $4000. Notice the tactic there. In actuality, the board was replaced for $172, no furnace replacement needed. Your business lost out on $4000.

On 9.17-18.20 we had a replacement furnace and new air conditioner and thermostat installed by Harley, Brian and Cody after Tom S. had given us a very detailed and fair estimate. Actually, we have asked them for referrals for an electrician and a plumber over the last couple years, and those referrals have been excellent, too! I woke up to loud banging and a burning smell coming from my furnace! My usual HVAC company had no appointments, so on the recommendation of a friend I called Calibrating Air. I am so thankful I did! Their amazing technician, Cody, arrived and got right to work. He was extremely professional and using COVID safety protocols. His presence felt very safe in our home. He kindly explained all the options available (basically my furnace was dying at old of old age). He worked super hard (literally my kids and i were fascinated watching him build and saw away at all these metal pieces) to fix the motor so that the furnace would work while we researched a new one. He did a wonderful job and our home is nice and toasty!

I decided to finally buy an Air Conditioner for my home we purchased four years ago. This was my first owned home, so I wanted to be careful and get a few quotes. Well, Calibrating Air, was FAR above the rest, not necessarily in price, but quality. The individual that came out to my house for the quote was so professional, polite and knowledgeable. He also returned for the install because he is a tech. A couple other places just sent out salesman. They were all on time for the install, and Harley, James, and Charles were so fast, professional and informative. I cannot recommend this company more. They also had discounts for Vets, which I am, and I am just grateful to have found this company. Needed routine maintenance on my HVAC system, and help locating the filter so I could change it - I hadnt been able to find where it went since buying my house last year. 🤦‍♀️Brian came out and showed me the basics of what I needed to know as the homeowner and answered all of my questions, and even took the extra step of explaining everything he was doing to service my unit(s?) so I knew what I was paying for. His demeanor alone was so pleasant compared to others who have come to my house to repair something and not said a word to me until it came time for payment, which made me feel like I wasnt sure what I was even paying for.I called again a few days later because my a/c was making a weird noise when it kicked on. Brian came back and found the problem quickly (the capacitor was bad, I believe?) and explained the ins and outs of my options for a quick, less expensive fix VS a more expensive, but longer-lasting fix, so I was able to soundly make my decision without worry. I felt like I could really trust what he was telling me and that he had my best interest in mind. I paid in advance for Calibrating Air to send someone out again during winter to check out the furnace and all that, which is the best option for cost, but also because I feel like I am in good hands. We scheduled a service call on our furnace, and they sent Brian out to do the work. Brian was very professional, very detail oriented, and spent about 3 hours to track down the issue. From the day we made the initial phone call to ask for a consultation and quote for a new air conditioning and heating system, until the day that the inspectors left, we had incredible professionalism, timeliness, courtesy, competency, and friendliness. Our quote came in under what we expected to pay. Tom, James, and Brian, worked very hard, over 3 days, to install the AC and heater according to specifications, even the City inspectors, both mechanical and electrical, gave compliments on the installation. Finally after years of inadequate cooling with the AC running nonstop in the summer, we now have a cool house running very efficiently, you dont even know its running and its cool! This is a great & professional company. We called asking for help bc our furnace had been giving us fits on and off for a couple of weeks. The guys Neal and Bryan came out and the extent of what they did to make sure our heater was running at top performance was amazing. They went on top of our roof (after snow and huge cold snap) to make sure all was well up there and then they even went under our house to install a new tube for drainage! They were polite, hardworking & determined to find what the on-going issue was for us! Its been humming along fiine since then & w couldnt be happier! Oh did I mention we live in Peyton and they are based in COS. We are on a regular maintenance plan with them and feel we are in great hands all year around with Calibrating Air Heating and Cooling. & will reccomend them to anyone who asks for a referral!!!

I woke up to a cold house on a Friday morning. Relit my pilot light to discover the furnace was not staying lit. I called Calibrating Air on the recommendation of a friend. They set an appointment for that afternoon and called before they showed up. The technician, James, was professional, courteous, and did a great job repairing my furnace. He showed me the part that was bad and explained why, then showed me the new part. They followed good COVID protocols as well. I will use them again if or when the time comes.

I have been using Calibrating Air for a number of years now with our home that we purchased six years ago. They had installed a new furnace in the home in 2013 so we asked for a quote on a new A/C unit given that the one installed when the home was built was on its last leg. Bart and Brandon, the owners, came out and gave me a very fair quote and added a more efficient blue fan motor for free. The technicians that did the install, Harley, Cody and Charles were on time, professional and very efficient. They answered all my questions and did a very good and clean job on the install. We had a great experience with them. Harley and I think the other gentleman’s name was Bob (he also handled customer service I believe). They did a wonderful job explaining everything to me and providing pertinent information for why we should use a specific humidifier. It was actually the cheaper option to purchase and would require less maintenance. I really appreciated how much time they took to tell me why the cheaper option was better. Wonderful people to work with. Very clean, neat and polite. I can’t say enough about the necessity of people who can slow down and be patient with a client to explain the job they are working on. It makes me feel much better to have an understanding of the work being done. Thank you so much for always providing all the information.

I used these guys to install ACs in two of my properties. That was back when I was on active duty and had very limited time to actually check the quality of their work. What I did notice however was that AC would not work well. I kept ignoring the issue until I got out and now have more time to dedicate to this. I started remodeling my home and decided to upgrade my thermostat. And this is when I had an eye opening experience with these guys. Before choosing a thermostat, I spoke with these guys on the phone. my original request was for someone to come out and tell me what thermostat would work for me, since I need something more user friendly and easier to use. The advice I was given is to buy the thermostat of my preference and they will come over to install it. So, I went and bought the Google Nest one. Their representative shows up, and he seemed completely clueless! He kept twisting and turning the box with the thermostat in it, trying to figure out what to do. my trust was lost the minute I saw that! He then called the 1-800 number on the box to ask some questions. To make things worse, he told me that I have a 2 wire system and that they never recommended that I purchase any thermostat. He also said that for me to redo this system, they would need to re-wire it for $500.00. I found it extremely unprofessional to be changing their story. Just last Friday these guys were telling me to purchase a new thermostat. Then comes Monday they are denying it. I mean, they are the ones who installed my AC and humidifier. They knew what system I have, and they could have checked the compatibility before advising me to buy the thermostat. Also, I could have called the 1-800 number myself! If I have a new work being done, I want for a professional to do it, not someone who is unsure about how to proceed. lol. Spoke to the owner on the phone, and he informed me that giving customer options is not something they do. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. If I do end up paying $500 to install a wire for the new thermostat, then I would rather pay it to a professional who knows what he is doing! Im not using this company ever again, and I will have a professional come fix their previous work.

They replaced my 40 year old furnace. There was a hole burned into the out take. It could have burned my home down. They also installed AC. They were friendly, polite and very professional. They completed all this work in a small crawl space in just 1.5 days. I would hire them again in a second and strongly recommend this company.Affordable Plumbing didnt even show up for their appointment to give an estimate. High Altitude didnt even recommend replacing a 40 year old furnace.Calibrating Air is the kind of company that restores faith.

So im giving this gentleman a review. I called about our furnace not working. I lied to him over the phone call stating no one has covid or been exposed. My oldest son and wife do have covid. He walked in oir house with the proper ppe. Was very professional and polite. He heard my son throwing up and coughing and then we told him the truth. He was so professional about the entire situation and told us that he can not afford to be exposed to covid. He walked outside. And i was asking him multiple questions from a far. He answered every single question. Gave me ideas on what might be the problem. He refused to go back in our house in a professional manner. I told him im would triple the payment and he told us its not about money its about the service we provide. I am shocked and amazed on the professionalism of this gentleman. I highly recommend this company and this technician. They are the company you are going to want to use. It shows that they care about their services and product. Got to give this company 5 stars if i could give them a million i would. I called multiple companys here in the springs and only a few answered and some told me that they are to over booked and couldnt make it to us today, not till Monday. I called calibrating air and got a service technician named james. Hes is the on call technician and was very understanding and professional. He answered all my questions and the price was perfect. For the quality of work they provide they should charge more in my opinion. I am a maintenance man on several properties across colorado springs. He arrived in a timely manner and dressed professionally. He was diagnosing the reason why this property has no heat. He walked me through everything he was doing and explained why he doing the things he was doing. Come to find out it does have heat but the blower motor was seized in place. Yall this is my go to company now. Huge shoutout to our tech Brian M....dude was awesome. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, good dude all around. Answered all our questions, gave unbiased opinions about models of furnaces, and tuned up our furnace. The ladies of the front office, I think Linda and Julie (i forget their names) were nice too. Called about 30min prior to the end of our window and then when Brian was about 10min out. 5/5 recommend. Well be asking for Brian as long as hes here!!!

I purchased a Lennox furnace and brand new AC unit. With the brand new AC unit there was some electrical work that was done flawlessly. The heater came out within only a couple of hours. And my beautiful New Lennox furnace went in along with the AC unit all that afternoon. I was able to comfortably heat my home that afternoon. The next day they finished hooking up the condenser which only took a couple more hours. So it was a two-day install but it was done quickly and very professionally. I cant be happier with my brand new equipment. Bart being a veteran himself makes me feel a little bit better. As a veteran I understand that vets tend to hold themselves to higher standards. Bart definitely holds his business to a higher standard. One things for sure, if you hire Calibrating Air, you cannot go wrong.

So i have to give this company 5 stars if i could give more i would. Our furnace was not working properly and i called multiple companies, one source, wire nut, affordable and a&h and had no answers. I called calibrating air and got a after hour technician james. If i could give james 100 stars i would in a heart beat. He was so professional and understanding of our problems with our furnace. He came out promptly and got it to work instantly. Our house was at 52 degrees and now its at 68 and hasnt done the same problem since. If i could give a raise to him i would. You dont have professionals like him anymore. Appearance and knowledge was top notch. If your using any other company stop and start using calibrating air RIGHT NOW!!!!!!! So me and my wife saw a young man at a car wash washing his van. The van was really dirty and he was cleaning it. My wife approached him and told him that if ths van was cleaner that we would use them. Messed up i know. But we have been having furnace issues. So i asked him about problems and what we can do to make it work. I have a rheem crition 2 from 97. It kept turning on and off. He gave us his business card and explained that we should check the filter. Never knew we had a filter in the 15 years we have lived here. We changed the filter and our furnace isnt turning off anymore. So he recommended getring a tune up n possibly replacing the furnace. He was very professional and polite wven when my wife was being rude. So we will be using this company to work on our equipment. If he can wash his van and take the time to care about the appearance n stoo what he is doing to answer questions thats the type of company we want. Good job calibrating. Hes a great employee give him a raise. He deserves more then just a review. Most companies wont even bother talking. Wire nut for instance they are garbage. So is one source. Calibrating air has our business now.

Our experience with Calibrating Air Heating and Cooling was wonderful. We finally decided to purchase air for our 12-year-old home. Charles and Chris came out to give a quote. We expected a five- or ten-minute conversation. They took their time looking over our system, asking what we needed and explained in complete detail what they would be doing. My furnace went out yesterday, It was freezing cold and snowing. I called to make an appointment. I wasnt expecting a same day rather less same morning appointment but I got one. I was told someone would be out between 8 to noon. I was updated when the technician was on the way. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and fixed my furnace within minutes. I started researching and calling HVAC companies to secure a job after getting out. Calibrating Air was the first place I called that actually came across as professionals, and the reviews matched what I was hearing. Nicci, at the front desk, answered my call and was cheerfully helpful (as always) in setting up a conversation with owners Bart and Brandon. I had a phone interview with them and loved everything I was hearing. I seemed to have found a truly honest and professional company that held values similar to my own (honest, reliable, trust in employees, and customer care to name a few of many). On leave, I came to Colorado for an in person interview and secured a job months before exiting my active military service. That was a huge weight lifted off me and my wifes shoulders. Upon starting with Calibrating Air, and throughout my 4+ years there, Connie ensured that the hiring process, pay, and all other personnel actions went smoothly. Bart and Brandons training, mentoring, and genuine care for thier employees is something I will never forget. I was given all of the resources, training, and continuing education to do my job properly as well as to advance. Definitely awesome to have an employer that recognizes and rewards hard work. As an Army Reservist, anytime my military duties took me out of town, they where always quick to offer help to my wife if needed, again a huge weight lifted. Calibrating Air is a family owned and operated company, but they also treat their employees as family; and that means a lot! I have been using Calibrating Air since I moved to the Colorado Springs Area. Every time they have come to service my HVAC system they have sent the same technician (Charles, at my request) and he has always done a fast and efficient job. He always tells me exactly what was causing my problem and answers all of my questions. I certainly recommend them and am happy to know that I have a company that will quickly respond to my HVAC needs and treat me fairly.

I have been using Calibrating Air Heating & Cooling for several years for routine maintenance. The technicians have always been helpful explaining anything that might be going on with my system. I appreciated my recent visit from Brian who did an awesome job tuning up my A/C. He recognized a part that had become worn, which could have lead to more expensive repairs. He was able to replace the worn part immediately and check for other potential issues. I also appreciated the care he exercised by covering his shoes each and every time he entered the house. I called this business my wife is pregnant and needed service on AC. Because I didnt take the up sale package, no service help until next week. She told me How do you know that?I have experience in the HVAC industry, just needed someone to stop by. Refrigerant was all I needed, but she was extremely RUDE!I searched this 5* company but its extra if I take the upgrade package. But since I was familiar with the repair service, I have to wait one week no AC & my pregnant lady.

Before today I would have probably given Calibrating four stars. Today, I started to give them two stars, but decided it was probably fair to split the difference. My previous experience was that they did good work, but their prices were higher than most others. Anyway, I called them today to schedule a fix for my HVAC system and was basically told they were firing us as clients.While the person I spoke to did not tell us why, I can only imagine that this stems from a water heater issue they were trying to help us with. We were really hesitant about the fix they were proposing, especially for the price, but they assured us that if the fix did not resolve the issue they would provide a refund. We went forward with the fix, but it did not resolve the issue. After some back and forth we did ultimately receive a refund for the cost. They then recommended we speak with a plumber, which we did and have since resolved our problems.My problem with this situation is that they accepted looking at the water heater and offered the refund if the fix proposed did not work. However, it seems because we held them to their word, they no longer want to do business with us.

Excellent company..They were very honest, prompt and theyre BID came in over a 1000 dollars cheaper than our other estimate..I highly recommend them. Tom, Brandon, Harley and I forgot the other techs name, were all gr8!!!

So this company is by far the best one in colorado. I have had a problem with my furnace for a couple of nights seems to work during the day then at night it craps out. I have called wirenut, affordable and one source at night. And each time i have gotten no response. I called last night and got a response immediately. James was so professional he told me about after hour policys and cost and said he is more then happy to help. He was so professional. But due to the pandemic i just asked if he can walk me through the process. He stayed on the phone and walk me simple steps to diagnose my furnace. Come to find out the flame sensor and a filter i didnt know i had was the problem and my furnace ran like a champ afterwords. I highly recommend this company. BEST COMPANY IN COLORADO HANDS DOWN. i will forever go this company if i have any problems with my hvac system. James was very professional and polite by far best tech i have ever spoken to. I had my furnace tune up and iWave-R install for my home. Brain was very professional, friendly, and explain the whole process for the furnace tune up and iWave-R. He did an outstanding job and would highly recommend.

We recently had Calibrating Air come out to give us an estimate and then an install on a new AC unit and whole house humidifier. Kody was punctual and very polite when he came to our home for the estimate, and gave us all the information we would need to make a well informed decision. We never felt pressured to sign a contract at that time, and genuinely felt that his recommendations were for our best interest and not in the interest of the sale. Charles and Chad were the technicians here on the day of install, and were polite, professional and personable with my kids and pets while they were here. They explained the system to me at the end and made is very simple to understand. I would highly recommend them!!

BUT my wife spoke to a young man named james who was currently working but stopped what he was doing to answer all her questions and provide feedback. He was very Knowledgeable, and polite. Ive used Calibrating Air twice now, once for my a/c unit and once for my heat. Both times they have exceeded expectations. I fully trust that they will fix what needs to be fixed, alert me to anything that may need maintenance in the future, and not try to upsell anything. They are some of the most honest people I have worked with and they seem to legitimately care about the people they help as opposed to how much money they can get out of a job. Tom came for our annual air-conditioner check. He recommended that we replace some parts for an old unit. While outside checking the unit, he ended up having to prune back some branches of a tree planted nearby. We purchased a new thermostat and he very patiently explained each step as he programmed it for us. Meticulous, courteous and very patient. We could not have asked for a better technician. I called to have my furnace cleaned. The furnace is as old as the house and I was concerned that there would be problems. It was time to replace our fifteen-year-old A/C. At a neighbors suggestion (another satisfied customer of Calibrating Air), we called Calibrating Air Heating & Cooling in the morning and Charles B, a Calibrating Air estimator/A/C tech, arrived at our home just a few hours later on that very afternoon. Charles gave us a very informative presentation and patiently answered all of our questions. Several days later, Charles and Cody expertly installed our new A/C and give us service that was above and beyond. Our heat went out last night. I called Calibrating at 10:30 this morning and a technician was here at 11:30. Kody T. was super friendly, explained everything he did, and gave advice for future maintenance of our furnace. The whole process from first phone call to our heat working again was like an hour and a half total. Incredible!

He is an excellent example of a well trained HVAC technician and HVAC teacher.We initially told him we were having a little trouble programming the Honeywell thermostat for the furnace & AC. He was patient and thorough in explaining the many programmable options available to us. He answered all our questions and more.Then, during the physical inspection of the furnace, he explained everything he was doing and the best ways to maintain optimum furnace performance.His personable manner and expertise is a valuable credit to Cal Air. (Can you schedule him for our next inspection?)

Wow!! what an awesome experience, Calibrating Air wasnt my lowest bid, however they were very friendly, very detailed and thorough in the scope of work needed to install my new furnace. They saw things that other companies over looked. Charlie and David were very professional and for a furnace install it looks clean and organized, got more room in my closet than before, and no mess to clean up. Tom my sales tech was very knowledgeable, and took a great amount of time to explain to me the importance of what I was getting and the quality in the product. The nicest part of all,was there were no surprises at the end. Very trustworthy competent and friendly. Great company to hire for your installs.
