We contacted Furnace World for a central air conditioning installation quote because they had installed our furnace in 2019, which we are very happy with. Jeff provided the quote with some additional information about the need for the electrical panel to accommodate the dedicated AC disconnect circuit, and additionally advised that adequate attic insulation is what keeps heating and cooling efficient and costs down year over year. This allowed me to plan the sequence of work carefully, with any electrical upgrades done first so that if they needed to go through the attic, it would be prior to insulation installation. Furnace World was very good about accepting questions from our electrician about the specific requirements. We completed the electrical and insulation install, then scheduled Furnace World. Josh and CJ were a great installation team, highly interested in problem-solving, they were both professional and constantly providing options to make the final install as close to perfect as possible. Of the range of options provided for AC equipment, we chose the higher efficiency option and are pleased with its quiet operation and how little our electric usage has increased overall. Furnace World seems to have successfully overcome the supply-chain challenges posed for many businesses by COVID shutdowns during 2020, and we can give them a solid recommendation at this point.

Larry came to replace 2 vent caps that were damaged, leaking water inside and one had been wired together for years! We live in a high wind area so we replaced crummy aluminum ones with the proper steel high wind rain caps. We are very pleased with the service we received from Larry. I called to have a eval done on Furnace and AC, Jeff came out looked things over I gave him insurance papers to fill out, as my home policy will cover some of it. A week later I call to find out on paperwork and get told he just came out to give me a quote on new units. That would have to schedule a Tech to come out, then get info that it will be a $100 for that. I already burnt one day of my vacation time for first appointment. I decided to cancel second appointment and I told them I felt because it was their mistake that they should give discount or no charge. But Steve just said it would be cancelled I did get a good quote from them!

The service was professional, and the employees were courteous, and the price was competitive; what more could you ask for?! The service was performed by Furnace World Technician “Larry”. Larry was very polite, and very respectful of my home. I really appreciated the extra steps the technician took to ensure keeping my floor clean, by wearing shoe coverings when entering my home and when exiting the crawlspace. When the technician completed the service, he was completely transparent when explaining the service performed and any issues found, and most importantly I did not feel as if I was being scammed. The payment process was as streamline as could be; the technician was equipped with an Apple iPad, and took my credit card payment quickly and easily. The technician followed up with a detailed invoice, which even included pictures of my heating system and furnace, WOW!

My friend recommended this company to me, she said I would not be disappointed. I called, my appointment was scheduled 3 days later. The men arrived right on time and were well prepared to check out the system problem. They wore their masks the entire time, shoe coverings as well. I am very happy that they fixed me furnace to keep the entire house warm and also made the furnace more quiet while it was running. I have scheduled a maintenance visit to make sure the furnace is clean and change the filter. I highly recommend this company. Knowing my furnace was on its last legs, I had requested a quote in June. Jeff came out, we went over what my goals were, what my options were, and he surveyed our system. He made some recommendations. Not being the trusting type, I checked out his recommendations with other mechanical types I know, and nothing was out of spec. He had laid out 3 options built around price - a low, med, high kind of bid sandwich, and then left me alone for the next 5 months. I had told him I wanted to get one more season out of the current heater to save some $$$, then to give me a call. Got a call from Lisa in December - their suppliers had notified them that the units I was looking at were to go up in price 8% after the new year. Furnace World was offering to go 50/50 now to avoid that - I put 50% down, they will go on and buy the unit to capture the lower cost, then the other 50% when we installed in spring sometime. I thought that was great, proactive customer service instead of surprise, your $8000 bill is now $8600 - and its the factory, not us, so sorry.... I had happened to have saved enough and just had Furnace world replace the heater outright then. Remove and install was done in a day. Work all went fine - the guys were clean and professional, all with the masks/PPE/etc, didnt track messes through the house, entertained my kids being curious about what they were doing, let them play with their tools and were really great with our household. Now its been a few days and so far, it looks like they did a solid job. Weve got heat and ten years of warranty coverage at what I think was a pretty fair value for a complete furnace/AC replacement. Time is always the final judge, but this has been a great experience and I would recommend Furnace World to anyone without hesitation.

Furnace World was able to respond within a few hours to our call. We were headed out of town the day our thermostat decided to quit working and they were to send out a tech (Larry) and fix the problem within the day. Larry did an annual service and replaced our thermostat within an hour. Larry was very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. We appreciated him informing and educating us of what the problem was and what it would take to fix it.We had to call Furnace World for another issue a couple of weeks later. Larry was sent out and instead of replacing parts and charging us, he diagnosed what he thought was happening and did what he could to hopefully fix the problem. He then gave us an estimate of what it would take to replace the part if it needed to be replaced in the future. So far, what he did is working. Thats the kind of service you want...not just replacing parts and charging until the problem is fixed.

Great value at only 25% uptick for a Sunday hot water heater repair vs $200 automatic uptick that some places reserve or just arent on call at all.

Our AC stopped working and we had called out another service to fix it. We were told our compressor was out; compressors are already expensive enough to replace so we may as well replace the AC system in the very least. The other service tried to sell us hard on a new system ($7k at least for new AC). We called out Furnace World for a second opinion. Turns out nothing was wrong with our system besides the capacitor needed to be replaced. The technician was super helpful and told us our compressor would provably work for another few years.Highly recommend Furnace World for the exceptional, honest service.

I had a problem on a Saturday. Furnace World answered the phone, first kudo. A tech, working on Saturday, called by the time the answering service said he would, second kudo. The tech made a rough appt., to be expected, then called to say he would be early, third kudo. Unfortunately, he did not find the problem, the furnace had begun working properly. However, since I was paying for a service call, he gave the furnace its yearly check - up, fourth kudo. Finally, he showed me how to look for and read an error code so they have a diagnostic starting place next time, fifth kudo.

Prompt service, technician was on time and took all reasonable precautions. His Last name is President... I would vote for him. Furnace parts are never cheap, but I thought cost for tune-up and a part replacement was reasonable

I am submitting this review because of the great experience I had with this company. I called yesterday to have my fireplace serviced and they made an appointment with me today. Tom called to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time, actually earlier. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I had a few questions and he took the time to answer all of them. They wore booties and placed a cloth on the floor the keep my house clean. My fireplace is working great again! I would recommend this company to anyone that needs service for their fireplace.

Read the reviews and it set my expectations very high.Our furnace decided to stop working at the first really cold day of the season. Called for someone to come out and check why it wouldnt come on. They got out the same day.. Did a quick evaluation and the board and the fan motor was out. The furnace was 13yrs old original furnace. So we opt to replace in stead of fix. They were able to find the one we wanted in stock at supplier. The picked it up early the next morning and had it installed and working before the snow started that night.Are house is more comfortable than it as ever been before. Their people are all great. The job site is cleaner than when they started.The were much better than my already high expectations.It is great feeling to have found a company like Furnace World

Luke did a thorough job with both our AC and Furnace tune-up. Even though he has been with the company for only a short time, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly identified a problem with the capacitor on our AC unit, then called to make sure that he replaced it with the right size. Turns out the capacitor had been previously replaced with one that was too large for our AC unit. Replacing the capacitor got our AC unit back up and running correctly. He mentioned that our unit was 16 years old and past the typical life of 15 years. But he was not pushy about trying to sell us a new unit. We will definitely continue to use Furnace World. They are more costly than the tune ups we have had done by other companies, but the quality of the service, the thoroughness of the tune up, their attention to detail, and how Luke walked me through all the tests that he performed as well as explaining how the units worked and possible issue that might come up made the additional cost well worth it. My father was a HVAC guy for decades. So I knew a good technician from a bad one. Right away when Tom arrived at my place I liked the methodical way he checked the furnace. The first job was a furnace that was possibly damaged in a flood. Another company said I needed a new furnace. When Tom came out he checked everything out, troubleshooted the furnace, and had it up and running in an hour. Needless to say I was much happier with a service charge than an unnecessary furnace replacement. So then I requested Tom for my furnace at another address. It had been running off and on for years. But I just used space heaters and lived with it. After such a good experience on the previous job with Tom, I requested he come and check out my furnace. I consider myself a handy type personality. I have fixed most major appliances in my home through a common sense approach and sometimes a YouTube video or two. However, just as I wont play with my electric box, I wont mess with anything besides the filter when it comes to my furnace. Fantastic. The Furnace World technician George was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. We had requested a level 3 fireplace cleaning but when he arrived he determined that it only needed a level 2 and reduced the cost accordingly. He fixed several issues and now our fireplace looks immaculate and is safe for us to use. He was also very nice which is so pleasant. I will never call anybody but Furnace World for furnace/fireplace/water heater or anything else these guys work on.

This is a new review for the August 2021 furnace and fireplace service...The FW Team continue to do an amazing job! I scheduled routine maintenance on my furnace and fireplace to get ready for the fall and winter. Isaac, Shawn, and Larry were all extremely professional, courteous, and did a great job. Larry walked me through what they do for their standard annual maintenance too, which was very helpful. Furnace World is affordable and they demonstrate excellent customer service! Taylor came out today to look at our furnace and he did a great job! Hes friendly, respectful, and takes the time to thoroughly explain and answer questions!

I called around 10 different companies looking for information about a furnace/AC install, and Furnace World by far was the most helpful! They got all my questions answered and got me pointed in the right direction with what I need! I was amazed with how friendly the person was, and how much time he devoted to helping me over the phone. He spent a lot of time talking to me and I can tell he genuinely cared about my problem. It’s not often you find such friendly folks who genuinely want to help people. I received by far the best customer service out of the 10 calls I made! Very happy with this company and I know who I’m calling whenever I need HVAC services!

Im absolutely 100% sure going with Furnace World for my furnace needs was the right choice. The process starting with Joe explaining the what, why, who and how was very educational in helping me make the right choice pertaining to my needs, there was no pressure or upsale tactics. There were a few snafus when installing because my house is old etc... however the installers were professional, courteous and timely. I didnt feel cheated as you sometimes do making these kinds of high dollar purchases. I definitely recommend Furnace World for all furnace needs, and will stick with them for yearly maintenance.

The two technicians, Taylor and Luke were very professional and explained the details of their troubleshooting during their service. Once the problem was diagnosed, Taylor gave detailed advice on how I should proceed with any work going forward. Kudos to Furnace world for having technicians who are knowledgeable and who take pride in their work. I highly recommend Furnace World.

I was impressed by Bobs knowledge and quick troubleshooting ability to repair and service my hot water heater. Ive used Furnace World for a few years now and enrolled in their Comfort Club last year. Im so glad I did. They remind you when service is due on the A/C and furnace. The owner, Lisa, clearly believes in excellent customer service. The technicians are well trained and they take the time to explain everything they are doing, which I really appreciate. Luke just checked my A/C unit and also looked at the furnace itself again even though it had been serviced in the fall. He was friendly, efficient and thorough. Im very pleased with the work they do.

I called furnace world and they were able to get me in the same day. The technician checked out the gas fireplace and did a safety check as well. He determined that the blower and main burner switch were in working order an there were no safety problems. The cost was $125 and that was reasonable for the work he did. I am very happy with Furnace world.

Ive used Furnace World for a number of years now to take care of our Furnace and A/C. They are always on time, professional, and kind. They provide a full service report that is clear and easy to read. If and when we need a service part, the reason is always fully explained and documented. We will continue to use Furnace World in the future.

I recently called for my mom her furnace broke and she was with out heat for a couple of days until I found furnace world I called them they came out the same day for an estimate at no charge they gave us some prices and said they could install it the next morning and were there early that morning . Alex and his colleagues were very nice and knowledgeable and quick and got right on the job my mom is so pleased with the guys who were there that did the installation I will recommend this company and I will use them as well when the time comes good work guys !!! 😃 thank you Evelyn
