We initially called Meyers Pool Care when our pump stopped working and have since had them out for a few smaller jobs. We moved into a house with an existing pool and are first time pool owners and Rodney and his team have been great about answering our many questions. They are honest and don’t try to upsell you on getting new equipment unless it’s necessary. They are instead focused on helping us optimize our existing setup. They are also responsive, friendly, and do great work at a fair price. We are very happy we found Meyers Pool Care and will continue using them for all our pool maintenance needs.

Even though their service schedule was backed up to at least the following week, they came out same day to fix my issue to ensure my daughters birthday party could proceed in a few days. Snowing in Dallas last Sunday and connector to pool filter started spraying water everywhere. Our pool company was not open to advise us. Went online and asked who knew anything about pools and in three minutes Mrs. Meyer messaged us and her husband spent over half an hour talking me through draining all my above ground pool equipment before it froze. We used Meyers Pool Care for an issue that had needed resolving for a while. They not only fixed our issue quickly and for a fair price but also went above and beyond. I missed the doorbell several times while they were here and when I finally answered the technician had patiently waited around so that he could make me aware of some water issues that we were having on our patio. This had nothing to do with our pool! We are so thankful he went the extra mile and saved us from an expensive plumbing issue. Great company and great employees!

A few years ago we purchased our home and it was the first time that we had ever had a pool to take care of. I began by calling multiple pool companies in the Colleyville area.
