Engaged Cox Pool Service for weekly maintenance & service in January 2021 thinking their slogan of All you need to do is swim was authentic. Bottom line is my pool was not inhabitable for the first 8 weeks of summer. Issues became worse & worse over time & there was always an excuse from them & a complete lack of responsibility. I paid $ 200+/- per month with understanding my pool would be cared for & all I need to do was enjoy it...such a sham. Pictures below are from the day I terminated our agreement & from 3 weeks after.Additional information based on owner response: actual billed amounts for the 6 months:February: $ 173.20March: $ 216.50April: $ 303.10May: $ 216.50June: $ 380.89Total: $ 1290.19Average: $ 215.03

Since Cox Pool wanted to add my name to a previous dispute I feel compelled to respond. We did in fact get their name from the previous owners. Cox wrote below that they serviced the filter and then came back to do it a second time at which time the paint was discovered. My question would be why wasnt the paint seen on the first go around considering the house had been painted MONTHS previously. It wasnt your service tech who brought to your attention the pressure issue or the green reoccurrence issues it was me. Nothing would have changed had I not reached out because each week he would come and the so would the algae.

I LOVE this pool service!! They are there when I need them! Never hv to worry about my pool ! They Handle Up!!! My pool has never looked better!!!

Cox Pool Service was very reliable, dependable, and did the job in a good timeframe. I would recommend. The storm put a stress on all the pool companies in our area and Cox Pool Service came thru.!

Prior to hiring Cox Pool Services to remodel our pool, we researched the competition and compared quotes from six vendors offering similar product.We went from white plaster to Tahoe blue mini pebbles with new tile and handrail. The work crews were fast and professional. They cleaned up construction mess after each phase of the project.We are happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Cox Pool Services.

The best company ever! Owner is dependable, knowledgable, timely, and just all round the best! I recommend this company as a weekly service, very reasonable. The also did some maintenance work on my pool along with new plaster--Great Job! Use them!!
