I was referred to Julie at Pirate Island Pools to fix my spa heater when it went out and i had 6 people coming to stay with me. Both Julie and her technician far exceeded my expectations in responsive and service. They went above and beyond driving to Plano to get my heater to be sure I had it in time. They definitely under promised but over delivered!!

While Id been trying to clean the pool myself all spring, my husband finally convinced me to go with a service, so I could focus on swimming in the pool instead! (I know I know...but I didnt realize how much work it was!). While we pay a tiiiiny bit more for Pirate Island Pools, we both agree the extra few dollars are really worth it! The pool looks amazing, cleanings are always on time, if anything big needs to be replaced they show us what theyre looking at before-hand, the servicemen are polite and knowledgeable and the office is always responsive. We couldnt be happier! :D

I reached out to Pirate Island during the Feb freeze. Thomas (technician) and Julie (owner) both provided top notch service. Specifically the communication (regular phone calls from Julie to provide updates and scheduling) and with Thomas who didnt over diagnose the problem..... explained to me what he was doing to get things back running....and told me he would be back the following day to re-evaluate. You both were outstanding with each one of those commitments. My initial call was during the freeze in Feb and I can only imagine how busy you were, yet you took the time to respond within 4 hrs and give me realistic expectations on service. I would absolutely recommend Pirate Island Pools to others! 5*+

The team at PIP is simply the best. Everyone from Thomas in the field to Tiffany in the office the entire team is terrific. They make owning a pool a joy and even when we are away for an extended period, their technology and service is so good we dont worry at all about the pool, even in tough weather conditions. This is the ONLY group to handle a pool in this market.

Weve used PIP for several years now for our routine weekly pool service and have been completely satisfied - always receiving before/after pictures and thorough details of the weekly maintenance. All we had to do was enjoy the pool. Most recently, during SNOVID 2021, and the power outage for over 36 hours, we lost ALL of our pool equipment, and Juli and her team came through for us immediately, especially since wed just sold our home and heading to closing. I can’t recommend Pirate Island Pools enough. They’ve always been kind, responsive and helpful. After the big winter freeze in DFW destroyed my entire pool pump and DE filter, they were out to do an estimate within days of things thawing out and completed a full repair incredibly fast. This is particularly noteworthy given the sheer volume of work and parts required throughout DFW right now. Kudos to a great company!

We called PIP service to start cleaning our pool since we were not happy with our current pool service company. They sent someone out to inspect our pool, gave us pricing and set us up with a start date. We went ahead and let our other pool service company go, now that they are supposed to start cleaning our pool I just received an email stating they can not help us due to full capacity of customer routes. Would’ve been great to know before you wasted my time. I am the owner of a local home service company and would never provide an experience such as this. I guess the “ our customers always comes 1st” speech we got up front was a sales pitch. Won’t refer to our customer base or call back for future services.

After trying many different pool companies with no success, we tried Pirate Island Pools. They were exactly what we needed. They finally got our pool clear and beautiful. They have been faithful in coming out each week. All of their employees are polite, friendly, and willing to answer any questions you may have. I would recommend them to all of my friends!

I initially contacted this company when I say their awesome painted car driving around our town. Their driver rolled down is window and thanked me for stopping him, giving me Julies name to contact. I called Julie and she got us set up immediately.OUTSTANDING company. EXCELLENT service. They do a GREAT job staying on top of everything needed to proactively maintain our pool to avoid breakdown, unnecessary repairs, etc., i.e. filter changes, etc. They are VERY consistent with regular service, even during high season and holidays. They respond quickly to all service needs and get it done timely.We have had ZERO issues with our pool since transitioning to their service. Their office is excellent to work with regarding invoices, billing, etc. Ask for Julie, she has always helped us with anything we needed.Their rates are very competitive combined with their excellent customer service...makes this a TOP NOTCH company.HIGHLY recommend this company.

We moved into our home about 2 months ago . I called a couple of companies but Pirate called me back quickly I told them I needed someone to look at the heater also the pump for the waterfall and to qoute me to service the pool . When they came they were professionaland knowledgeable . Did not try to sell me at all just explained to me and showed me what needed to be done . They gave me a fair price on replacing my heater also replacing the pump to the waterfall . everything is working Great. also want to add the young man that comes to my house every week to service the pool does a great job and is very thorough could not be more pleased . Also want to say the office staff is always great to talk to always positive and helpful .Needless to say I highly recommend this company.Alan Downs

I highly recommend this company for any of your pool needs. I recently had a leak and Cory came over the same day to fix it. I will definitely use them again and am so pleased with the customer service that I will begin using them for weekly pool cleaning. PIP is worth every $ spent. You may find services for cheaper at other places but you will not find great customer service and quality of work like you would by using PIP.

I think they do a great job on maintaining and caring for my pool. Cory Johnson came by today and helped me with a problem and made an improvement on my Polaris set up. They are always ready to help. I highly recommend this company.

Pirate Pools is the single greatest pool company I have ever worked with. Corey at Pirate Pools regularly goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we are satisfied customers. Most recently, I returned home to an issue with our pool that needed to be addressed. Disclaimer: it was 7 pm on a Friday night. Corey called me immediately within 2 minutes of texting Andy calling him and helped walk me through what to do to address the issue. After we could not determine how to address the issue, Corey had a service technician come to our house to get the issue addressed...again all within 15 minutes of my call on a Friday night. I cannot say enough good things about Pirate Pools and would likely never use another pool company. Lucas Barton

I was charged a service fee for the worker to hook a wire back up on my pump and he stated that fixed it. Yet it was already working just not enough because as I found out from another company it was clogged. Then I was told that they wold not perform weekly service because my plumbing was too old, did not know 3 years was too old for pool plumbing. I am sure that it was actually the 5 trees around the pool that makes it a little more work and had nothing to do with the plumbing. So if you have an easy pool that never requires anything extra this is the company for you.

Pirate Island had done a great job taking care of our pool. We just moved to a new house and we needed service fast. They were on-site on 3 days and had pool clean and us on schedule. Great job.

This is the pool company you can trust. They stand behind their service and always communicate with you about anything you have questions. They fixed a leaking pipe around 4 months ago. The pipe started to leak. I asked the company about warranty and they fixed it for free even though the warranty usually covers one month. Highly recommended.

Was told someone was going to come out to provide an estimate tomorrow. 2 days later still havent heard from anyone. I called back to inquire when someone is going to come out and was told there is a $70 charge just for someone to come out and provide an estimate. No, I dont want to pay for someone to tell me yes my backwash valve is leaking and I need repairs. I can see that for myself. Useless.

Thomas handled the heater installation and did a great job handling some complications of wiring up 2 heater units and Corey spent almost 2 hours with us helping us understand all the equipment and operating instructions. We came away from the experience with a great feeling about the quality of the work and service of this company and have chosen them also for our monthly services. Someone in one of your vehicles was endangering the lives of everyone on Western Center BLVD this morning, by driving close to 100mph when taking off from lights and weaving in and out of traffic.
