Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Easy to talk to staff and get info even if you are new to owning a pool.

Free water testing!

Employees are very efficient doing water testing when there is a line. Only sell you what you need and or what you ask for and they are very friendly.

I walked in not really knowing what to do with my pool and the customer service and knowledge I received was outstanding. Patrick was able to fix my Polaris in a timely manner and now it works great! I feel 100% confident with my pool maintenance and will continue to go to Leslies in Colleyville for all my pool needs!

Pretty unfriendly staff. I came in to buy some DE and the manager checking me out didnt even bother finishing my transaction. He just walked away and started helping someone else. I ended up grabbing my own receipt after it printed. I told him thank you, and was completely ignored. I dont really mind. This is just a pool supply store, but good heavens does this guy need a demotion to match his personality.

We used to go here but one opened closers to us so we dont go here anyone but its a really good place to go if you need help on any pool stuff. They also give free water test. Which is really nice. Way to go.

Very helpful staff, but always understaffed. Long waits for water tests in the weekends, but they are accurate and will get your pool cleaned up fast. Older staff is much more patient and knowledgable. New, younger hired are a bit too millineal for me.

Not as knowledgeable about their products as you would expect though customer service was better than expected

Had Polaris 380 serviced $55 didnt work brought back now 3 days later still not fixed. Buying another unit online. Chemicals too high.

It is such a close and convenient place. All the staffs were very helpful especially Sean who helped me every step of the way in fixing my clogged pump impeller.

I like the idea of having a specialty pool store nearby; however, Taylor has a major attitude problem and am seeking alternatives to Leslies thanks to this employee. I get that hes a grumpy teenager who hates his life/job but take pride in what youre doing if youre getting paid to do it!Taylor knew I entered the store but kept his back to me, when I asked if they sold straps for solar covers (as they do online) he, in the most condescending and sarcastic tone replied solar covers dont use straps, they float on top of the pool, duh...I was so stunned I didnt say anything for a second, I said Im talking about for the pool reel, for the solar cover he FINALLY turned around to face me half-heartedly and said we dont sell them. I asked, do you sell pool reels, or solar covers? He said, yes but wed have to order them.He clearly didnt want to do his job and just wanted me to leave, so I did.This snot-nosed kid needs a lesson in manners, among other things.

The people at Leslies are always helpful.
