I’ve been going to Sour Apple for years, and they provided excellent service again, when I had my iPhone X repaired recently. The repair was reasonably priced, done within an hour, and looks great. The service was exceptional, and they went above and beyond by giving me a free tempered glass screen and tool to access the SIM card tray of my phone. Additionally, they were on top of sanitation and social distancing protocols.

Sour apple has been absolutely fantastic in the repair of my laptop. I specifically worked with Zach who was extremely attentive and helpful. I would say the thing that struck me was that sour apple does not want you to over spend. They worked with me to get an amazing deal. They helped look for used parts when I couldnt afford new ones and they even warned me about possible fees before submitting to the service fee. It can’t be easy working in a situation, where everyone that comes through the door feels that their problem isequivalent to an ER visit. (🤔should there be an ambulance entrance?). Along with this public crisis management skill required, is the complexity of the diagnostic process. Being in a diagnostic environment, means there is often a gap between customer explanations and the actual problem. But, besides fixing my phone at a decent price, they weren’t high pressure and sketchy like some sales people are. They listened to my explanation; really!Some sleaze business models use extortion tactics to get you to buy a new phone; even making up phone maladies; but these people were straight forward; which is rare, especially in a time when there is a damper on society from being crisis-battered. In a separate category, the structure of the work place, was clinically austere. Just the physical layout, emanated coldness, which I’ve seen in other business models; rather what you would expect Scrooge and Jacob Marley to design. There’s nothing inviting at all about the room. But, squeezing the room situation for mechanical efficiency, (and maybe employees, idk) must be the approach technology uses. But anyway, they got the job done ✅

Awesome service! Had a headphone jack break off into my iPad. Took it to cpr cellphone repair and they said it would be $90 to TRY and fix it without cracking the screen. Brought it here to sour apple and they fixed it for $36! So happy they were able to get it done in such a timely manner! Will return if I even need repair services on any of my devices!

They did change screen quite efficiently, and they claimed to have a one month warranty. But do not expect them to honor that claim. I got a replacement screen with a HUGE bright spot on it. I come in one week later to fix this problem, and all they can do is offer me a 10% discount as returning coustomer. Well I am not returning.I dont know how to reply to your response, but here it is:Im sure it is the right place. The phone is repaired under the name Shu. I came in yesterday to ask about the bright spot problem. And you indeed gave me a free diagnose, which is theres no other internal damage, and if I want the spot fixed, Ill need to pay for a new screen. Wow. Thank you so much.

I went to Sour Apple for them to fix my Samsung S10 phone screen. They fixed it for a very high price. A few months later my phone got some water splashed on it. I found out Their repair left my phone with No Water resistant. The phone was rated for the water resistance rating is 8 (water-resistant up to 5 feet for up to 30 minutes) They stated that NO no no No phone is water resistant and were very rude. Clearly they didnt install the gasket correctly. I could have fixed my phone with higher quality of craftsmanship. Be warned They Dont Stand behind their work.

Got my screen fixed and not even a week later it was glitching and screen came out i took it to be fixed and they tried to say that i messed up the screen because the back of my phone was cracked (front screen did not have cracks or scratches), obviously the back screen is cracked because i didnt get that fixed i got my front screen fixed. the worker had a horrible attitude and tried telling me they have the best screens um obviously not

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in the entire town. I went in to ask for help repairing my phone and watch, hoping I could give them some business since they’re new to town. They refused to help me in any way, without explanation. They spoke down to me and treated me with no respect. The owner personally spoke with me, (I believe the staff called him ZMO), and was the most condescending person I’ve ever met. He refused to give me a business card, and refused to service any device I owned. I wouldn’t recommend anyone even drive past this store. I wish I could leave 0 stars but I can’t.

Not very happy with their service. Was told to come back 1 hour later to pick up my phone, and when I came back 2 hours later, it was obvious they did not start working on my phone until I showed up to pick up my phone, so I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to replace my battery. I also got my phone back and the screen had a crack in it which was not there before.

So hes there constantly providing limitless customer service and it always seems like theres nothing he cant do. Fast, quick and in a hurry. But he also makes me feel like if there ever was... hed probably probably enroll in an online course, take 2 semesters over night, then call me with the solution last week before I knew my phone was going to break. So yeah. Hes that good.

Don’t bring your damaged phone here. They’ll charge you boatloads of money to give you back a phone that barely works properly. You’re truly just better off buying another phone. That’s what I did after they gave me back my “repaired” iPhone.

Great company. Weve had our light system computer last minute repaired before a show and they fixed it with no hesitation. More recently, I dropped my phone and placed a remote fix order to come to my house all the way in Montgomery. I had to to be worked into the schedule but once the tech was here the phone was fixed in a flash. Customer service is top notch. Quality of repair was top notch. I would say hands down they are the best in the city. I cracked my screen on iPhone 7 Plus. Called them asked how much it would be. There prices are pretty reasonable and decent. Went in there today, the guy told me it would be about 1 hour and half. Came back to pick up my phone. My phone looked like it was brand new after fixing my screen. Never looked like my screen was cracked. Plus I like how when the fix your screen the put a screen protector on it for free. So that’s the good thing about it. I’ll definitely come back to them again.

Had my screen and battery replaced, it cost over about 1grand. My MacBook basically fell apart after that, battery sucked, keyboard and mouse stopped working, started over heating. Didn’t last a year after.

I had gone to the store about a year ago when I damaged my screen and they quoted $185 to repair. That was when the iPhone 6 was relatively new and I couldnt stand to pay so much and just lived with a damaged screen for about a year. I happened to see the company van and a guy offering free repairs today on my way home, so I stopped over. Turns out it was the owner and he was offering free labor. The part cost just $35. I gladly accepted and he fixed it in less than 10 minutes with a free tempered glass screen protector. With the money I just saved, Ill be happy to go back and get other apple products repaired. The owner was extremely nice and professional. GET YOUR PHONE REPAIRED HERE!!

I had to have a screen replacement so I took my iPhone here. A couple days went by and the screen was acting up again so I called and they had me bring it back in. Turned out it was just a faulty screen, they replaced it with a new one and my phone works GREAT. Their honest, generous and very kind. I highly recommend these people. 5 stars no doubt.

Great Customer Service! I just needed a new screen for my iphone. I am immuno-compromised which makes it very difficult to stay covid free during this time. I called Sour Apple ahead of time, filled out the online form, and requested that they obtain my iphone from my car instead me going inside the store. They were pleased to help! I was able to keep my distance from other shoppers. I wore my mask & gloves, they also wore gloves and maintained a safe distance when the phone was handed off from my car. Once the phone was repaired, I paid over the phone with my cc, and stayed in my car as they brought me my phone in the parking lot & the phone looks and works great! Thanks Sour Apple!

I spoke with Zach about a screen repair for my Samsung Note 8. He was able to cut me a deal that helped out a lot! Instead of paying the full $400 for my screen replacement, he only charged me for the part and did the labor for free as long as they could keep my previous screen for data transfers on future phones. I had no problem with this! I truly appreciated him working with me. He was sincere and honest. I didnt feel like I was being pushed into anything. Everyone at the store was super welcoming and friendly. I wish more places had customer service as awesome as theirs!

Agree. I brought my sons phone in and even though their quick screens are cheaply made. Took it back in and was told they could not swap it out due to a sliver crack that happened not even 2 days later but could do it again at a discount. After already paying $120 the first time If it’s something they did or they know the screens are cheap why pay again? The quickness is 3 stars due to coming in after the hour I was quoted then having to wait another 30 minutes but the screens are cheap. so if you are just looking for a cheap quick fix screen this is the place to go. Otherwise save your money

I took my phone in to have a cracked screen replaced the phone had no other issues got it back a few days later I noticed it was doing things on it own like for instance placing a call to the Sheriffs Office so I took it back he replaced that screen got my phone back and no sooner than I sat down in the car I noticed my screen was flickering and on the way home doing things on its own again. Today I took it to Miphone Dr and no more screen flicker or phone randomly trying to open every app on it or place phone calls. But I must say they are very professional and polite

Broke my Iphone 7 in the morning but absolutely needed it that afternoon. At around 11 am on a weekday, they repaired it in 36 minutes and I was out the door. The owner - or at least I think he was the owner - was very helpful and knowledgeable. I really like that they add a tempered glass screen protector included in the price. They also have the best price in town and dont charge you extra if theres LCD damage on top of the glass being damaged.

They did absolutely awesome. No hassle, no lengthy process. Dropped off my phone and picked it back up an hour and a half later completely new again. They even put on a shatter proof screen protector free of charge. Definitely recommend Sour Apple for all phone repair issues.

Horrible experience! They do nothing but keep your phone for 2 weeks when you brought it in good as new, just needed a battery. Messed it up and wont own up to their mistakes!!!!!!! My sister was here and Im typing in for her because shes too young but DO NOT GO HERE. I called them several times and asked them what was going on and I got an excuse each and every time. I believed in them because I believed all the reviews but MY MISTAKE. Took it to 1up and they fixed it in 1 hour. They just want their money and customer experience sucks. Now I know this sounds childish but Im fed up!!!!!

First off this place is great, the techs there are friendly and explained everything to me easily. I was having problems with my screen and speakers on my 4s, so I took it in. Right away Matt (the tech) diagnosed it, no problem! It took less than half an hour and my phone was fixed, it was way faster than I expected. Thanks again guys!

- 10 stars. Zack is trash.Save your dollars. Its fast yet the screens are terrible. The fastness of the screen repair is the only ting that makes them the best in town. You can get the same screen on amazon and do it yourself. My family has had nothing but fuzzy screens and black lines that started not even a day later. Do not trust their quota they charge up the crack for labor when the very same screen they use is on amazon or any given website like that for $20. Take the thing apart its not legit. There screens are trash and if you want legitimacy go to CPR or Doctor place in bryan. That’s where all my dollars are being spent

If I could give more stars, I would. I cannot express how thankful I am for Sour Apple Repair and Zach’s overwhelming hospitality. My phone has had battery issues for the past few months but finally wouldn’t charge at all today . At 5:50pm on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, Zach not only assessed my issue over the phone but kept his shop open for me to come by! Had he not gone out of his way, I would have been phoneless until Tuesday after the Holiday. Theyre really nice and quick but when I got my phone back I immediately noticed my iPhone 7 Retina display was gone and my phone looked dim and has a green cast to it. I noticed because Im a wedding photographer and can tell a huge difference when I went to my instagram account and noticed how bad my photos look now. Kind of mad cause I definitely would have paid the 40 dollar difference to get my phone repaired by Apple so I can have the display which made me want the phone originally.

To clarify My daughter went in Sour Apple, cussing and the N word was blaring through store with children in her time of visitShe was told her repair would be done in 1 hour. She came back at the hour and it still was not done. She went to run errands for another 15 to 20 minutes she came back her phone was still not done. It was rushed. At the time she went in there were a lot of people and a guy in the front said it was only him and repair time would be a little longer. Which she was fine with but even after 1 and 45 minutes it was still not doneShortly after the screen got darker and darker and eventually she could not see anything though we could still hear calls and textsWhen I called a women said due to my daughter cracking her glass they could not do anything about it, we would have to pay again But could give me a discountI do not want to have to pay again for something that is potentially their fault you can tell their work was rushedIf you are open for suggestio: hire more people to workfix the cussing and N word blaring throughout your storeStop charging people up the crack for screens that don’t work

Highly would not recommend. Every time I go... the screen protector keeps cracking my phone Or the screens are cheaply made. Everything there is cheap. They tell me there screens are the best in the market but I still get the same results and sometimes without even doing anything to mess it up myself. 1/5 stars. I’m now going to cell phone repair.

Was quick but when I called to check pricing and then went in store was given a totally different number. Also my phone screen ever since getting fixed by them has been bugging out and lagging behind. It seems to have a calibration issue and has a strange tint to the screen. As someone who edits photos on my phone I can no longer do this because my screen doesn’t respond. Sad to say it worked better shattered...

I was very pleased with the service Sour Apple Repair offered. The staff was nice and easy to deal with and even had my phone done within about an hour. At the end they put on a screen protector for NO COST and even told me that I could get another one for free as long as I had my phone.
