I have been a service customer for two years and have been repeatedly impressed by the knowledge, quality of service and great customer care Mercedes Benz of College Station has given my wife and I. They have helped us both here in town and via phone last year while on a vacation when we needed urgent assistance locating a MB service center while out of State in Tennessee. It’s comforting to know we’re not just a number in someone’s books… but a customer the genuinely care for.

Fixed an issue with the transmission in my E350. The repair was fairly priced, even though it was out of warranty! While I dont expect to have further problems, their friendly and professional attitude, fair pricing, and timely service earned my trust!

I had a great purchasing experience from the Mercedes Benz of College Station six months ago and it has been followed up by another great service experience. I received a call for an ongoing recall inspection campaign on my vehicle. It was nice for them to call me and try to get this service done for me instead of me asking. Scheduling was very convenient. Dropped off the car right on time and my car was ready to pick up right on 2 hrs they promised. Car was washed and ready for me when I came back as I expect from a premiere manufacturer & dealerahip. Just an amazingly professional staff and well maintained facility worthy of three pointed star brand. We will continue to shop and service our vehicles here.

Clean place.Almost three hours for notification that oil was changed (thankfully I left).Overfilled my oil... on rout tine oil change. ... necessitating a return. Another hour!At least they were largely nice!

Warranty and recall work are not treated with the same level of service provided to ones that customers are paying for. I had to make two trips for something that should have been performed in one. Each trip required 2 hours one way. There was not any follow up with me to inform me the status of the work or when to come in the second time. I had to call both times. I was also promised that my vehicle would receive a wash. It was returned to me as dirty as it was when I left it. I’m very unhappy with the service that I received. It makes me doubt that the work itself was done correctly or whether I’ll end up on broken down on the side of the road. I just hope if that occurs, I’m not towed to MB of College Station.

I drove into the service department @5:15 with a flat tire. I was assured that they would be able to assist me. I was able to purchase a new tire and it was installed quickly. I was able to leave the dealership by 6 pm.

I’m a long time “car guy”.... I’ve owned dozens of exotic and luxury cars and even prior to College Station getting a Mercedes Benz dealer, I had owned a half dozen Mercedes and made the grueling commute to Austin or Houston for service.Needless to say I love the brand!...almost as much as Ferrari. When the new dealership opening coincided ~roughly with the new G Wagon becoming available, I promised my wife to be first in line to order her a new one. Dan really stepped up and got us exactly what we wanted in a reasonable timeline. When we took delivery I told the guys, including David, I needed a new daily driver but wanted a CPO car with a long warranty! Shortly thereafter, he called me up with exactly the car I asked for in exactly the colors I wanted!!! Much to my disappointment, it turns out my dream daily driver was just not the car for me.... I couldn’t do it. It was a great car but I had just made an awful mistake. They were super cool!!! I’m sure they sold the car but after talking it thru, David found the “New” dream daily driver, a car that’s MUCH harder to find, and I brought it home today!!!Given the relative rarity and desirability, and the super awesome CPO warranty and financing, I was expecting to pay high retail but only after bringing the car home did I really realize what an awesome deal they made me!!!And they even took my very unusual trade!!I can’t say enough good things about both my car buying experiences in the past 6 months at College Station Mercedes!!Dan and David ROCK!!!

My service Manager Javier Sanchez and Shop Foreman Adam Travenier did an outstanding job in solving the recurring “check engine” issue with our 2004 C230. We love this car and they traced the problem initially to ejectors, and finally to the Evap canister. The Corpus Mercedes dealer tried 3x in 4 years to solve this problem without success. I’m well pleased with this College Station Maintenance team!
