Joshua was a fantastic help. I booked online for just a headlight issue, but threw an a/c issue and state inspection at him when I got there. Not only were the issues fixed, but he also discovered my oil dipstick had not been seated properly when another dealer had changed the oil. He and his team made sure the oil was topped off and put on correctly. They even cleaned off the overspray underneath the hood! The whole teams willingness to help out and make sure we were taken care makes this a 10 star dealership in my book.

I drove home the day after my maintenance (a total of 500 miles) without any issues with the tires that were replaced and the drive was much smoother from a transmission pov than on the way down. Kudos to everyone who works there.

Came to this dealership after dealing with multiple others, and was happy with my experience here! Tyler and their intern Jessie made the car buying experience fun and easy! Eric in finance made the paper signing quick and easy as well, with never feeling like they were taking advantage of me as the customer! I would definitely recommend any of them to somebody else!

I originally bought my car in Houston … but unfortunate happened…, got to meet the Gentleman name Joshua Mosley!and definitely will recommend y’all’s service center!My situation for my car was really bad but throughout the Process i was served with excellency, very mild manner staffs, very helpful!i was a difficult one to them .. (if i may say) with my situation,,, but Mr. Mosley was just very patient and attentive to my needs it was a long process but like i said,,, throughout he composed his professional manner!***He should be commended for his integrity & service for your Company….He represented Hyndai company very well!You should Clone Mr.Mosley and Multiply him you can’t find anyone like him nowadays!!I give him 10 stars!!Ms. Clark!

The customer service was great with friendly and professional interactions with team. The shuttle driver was quick and friendly, making what could have been an awkward situation not feel that way at all.After the inspection, I was given the list of recommendations of work for my car with a very detailed explanation of why these services were recommended and why they are beneficial to do. I never once felt pressured into doing any of the extra work that was recommended. Dylan and his team were absolutely great to work with, and I definitely recommend them!!

I went in yesterday for my first oil change with my car I got from Hyundai. They warned me when I got the car that their oil change price is higher than other shops in town because it’s made for Hyundai’s and that you’re getting the best quality for your car by getting it from the dealership. Once I got the bill, Joshua (who was helping me check out) told me he printed off a coupon to use that took off an additional $15 AND they gave me a complimentary car wash and vacuumed the interior. I was extremely happy with my visit yesterday and the service was helpful and professional. I was nervous with the high price for oil changes but after this visit I will definitely be coming back.

I took it in for an oil change and the car had a recall on the headlights, they took care of it even though Id only went in for an oil change. They also checked the car to see if there was any other needed maintenance and took care of it. The service was amazing and they were very timely. Me and my fiance had our cars serviced the same day, back to back. Hands down the best experience Ive had with hyundai and Ive had a hyundai since 2016. Highly recommend college station location!

Took it in b/c my AC was out. rep was knowledgeable and helpful which was the reason I moved forward with the work. Initially it was stated that I would be charged $179 for diagnostics and that would be waived if I performed the work. When I dropped it off I stated that my windshield wiper nozzles seemed plugged, but what I didn’t realize is that they would charge me a separate diagnostic fee to confirm and that it would be $350 to swap the nozzles, when I declined the service since these parts are $20 online, they still charged me $100 diagnostic fee for the wiper nozzles which I already knew were bad, which really upset me. The AC does blow cold again which was my main concern so they executed well on the work they did perform so hopefully that holds up.

So, I came in for a recall on my brakes and I was greeted by Dylan, in the service department. Let me tell y’all, he was very professional and also let me know that my brakes will take about 2 hours, which I didn’t expect at ALL. He informed me of Hyundai service of free shuttle around as I wait for my vehicle to get ready. Need I remind you I was already pressing for time! LOL. He quickly got someone to take me around. And also, Ms. Carrie, she was the one who shuttled me to my destination safely and also informed me of some great cars there, that I asked about. Overall pleasant experience. I will be updating my review later on regarding my brakes or any issues. Thank you all very much.

We were stranded on the road and lost our only key fob, had our car towed to CSH to get a replacement. We spent about 6 hours there, there were just a string of bad luck things happened. Not their fault and not ours.They were extremely professional trying their best to make sure we got what we needed. We were doing our best to remain calm and have faith. Finally they found the problem with programming the key fob to be a simple blown fuse.Would I recommend them for you to use for service? Absolutely.

So Hyundai has been having problems with their engines for years now. Little did I know, it was going to effect me. I’m live in Baton Rouge, LA and a friend of mine and I decided to take a weekend trip to Waco, TX. We are on our way home and those engine problems came into play. We broke down in Madisonville, TX on a Sunday night after everything was shut down for the day. The closest dealership to me was in College Station, TX which is approximately 45 minutes away still. I called the dealership the next morning and spoke to a lady named Carey who was extremely helpful! She set me up with a local tow truck company that would be willing to allow 2 passengers in the truck (amongst COVID) as long as we had our masks. That was a HUGE obstacle in of itself! We get there and Dylan Thomas was immediately outside to greet us. After running some tests, they concluded my engine needed to be replaced. Remember we’re not from there and still 7 hours away from home. They set me up with a rental car so we could get home. Right when my car was ready, the giant freeze that effected almost the whole nation happened and I couldn’t make it back right away but they were VERY understanding. Finally we make it back and Dylan is greeting me outside once again! The amount of professionalism and understanding and just overall amazing customer service was mind blowing! I HIGHLY recommend this location! If I lived closer, I would use them constantly!

My car broke down on the way to Houston for our daughters wedding. Dylan notified me as soon as he received my vehicle and let me know right away that there could be a delay with diagnostics because it was a holiday weekend and they were booked. Dylan assured me that they would get to it ASAP.It took them 2 days to be able to tell me that I had thrown a rod and my whole engine would have to be replaced. I was lucky it was still covered by my Hyundai warranty. There was a couple of problems getting the engine to the shop and other parts that should have been included in the initial engine assembly shipment. They had my car from 12/30/2020 thru 1/20/2021 almost a month.Dylan was the consummate professional he made the wait a little less painful. He kept me consistently updated on the progress with my vehicle. Dylan and College Station Hyundai took care of my car rental for a few days because of the delays. Then Dylan was kind enough to inform me that because my car was still under warranty that I could file a claim for re-embursement of my rental car. Hyundai would review my claim and could choose to re-emburse me for from 0 to 💯 of my claim.While my car was with Dylan and College Station Hyundai, the noticed that my car also had a recall notice. They addressed that as well.Even though it was a stressful experience, Dylan and College Station Hyundai made it less painful. Dylan arranged for me to be able to drop off my rental at a location close to College Station Hyundai and for a ride to take me to the dealership.It was a 3 hour drive for me from North TX to College Station. Dylan and College Station Hyundai were patient and understanding of my situation. Dylan was super nice when I arrived, he had someone bring my car around and let it warm up inside because it was a cold rainy day.Dylan had me checked out and back on my way back home within 10 - 20 minutes. Dylan and College Station Hyundai get a Bravo from me and left me wishing that I had a Hyundai dealership close to me that had a Dylan and the level of customer service he and College Station Hyundai delivered. Maybe Hyundai could get lessons from Dylan and College Station Hyundai on customer service and spread it from dealership to dealership. It is the kind of customer service that every dealership should aspire to.

College Station Hyundai service department is awesome. From the time I called and told Dylan what my problem was he worked with me and told me exactly what to do. I had my car towed in because it stopped on me and wouldn’t start I took it in they looked at it and diagnosed the problem right away. My engine was locked. Dylan took great care of me. He called everyday to tell me what was going on with my vehicle they ordered the part needed fixed it and had me back rolling within a week and gave me a loaner car while I waited. Thank you Dylan and College Station Hyundai. If you’re having car trouble with your Hyundai and need somewhere to take it I highly recommend this place.

My engine had a major failure. By chance, when the 2014 Santa Fe Sport had the problem, I received a recall letter related to the fail.I received all support to correct all recalls in a very professional way.They got replaced the whole engine.During the process, with my consent, at not cost on labor, they replaced an accessory belt. They charged just the parts. The vehicule is in great shape again.I must say it was a great experience from beginning to end.

Some of the paperwork was inaccurate our check engine light was on way before we even left the shop the whole purpose of going to your shop was that check engine light we sat for hours waiting we they were finally done they brought our car around saying that the check engine light was off it wasnt until we got back into our car and saw that the check engine light was still on so we went back inside and told I guess the shop manager which he came out and seen that the light was still on and told us to bring it back that upcoming Monday morning but in our paperwork it stated that we had left there when the check engine light came on totally inaccurate next time wed appreciate it if the truth be toldThankYou!
