I thought the ease of getting in with an emergency situation was great. The intake was professional and hospitable and set the expectation for what I hoped to be an amazing experience. The detailed workup of my cars overall condition was a plus as well. The shuttle to come and get me was great especially in a rainstorm. The letdown for me happened at pickup, as I said it was raining and it would have been nice for my car to be brought around to me, especially if they knew I was on my way. I had to walk in the rain far enough for me to be pretty wet when I got to my car. Then I found a dirty paper mat still in the floorboard and contents of my center console strewn about in my passenger floor area. Im not sure I would return because the pricing is pretty steep, but everyone is very nice that I encountered. I only brought up the condition of my interior and walking in the rain because its as important for a great last impression as is a first.

First off, the staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Great diagnostics and really liked the 41-point inspection website. So far the work performed seems to be quality. However, they are expensive. Labor costs were overall fair; however, parts pricing due to markup ran on the high side.

I took my 2010 F-150 to Ford in College Station where they found an oil leak and I needed the transfer case motor on my 4x4 replaced. Ford gave me an outrageous quote of $1600 for a new oil pan gasket and the 4x4 part. plus 2 $99 diagnostic fees. I turned to Aaron who did the entire job for just under $850. They did a fantastic job on the truck and the customer service is unbeatable. I also took my friends car to see if they could install a mirror to which the tech told me it was a job I could likely do on my own. To me that showed more than just general customer service, but that they care about their customers and it’s not all about the money. 10/10 recommend. Great people, great service.

My VW GLI ran into some issues (read: the engine died) and I brought her to Aaron Automotive. The kind professionalism and commitment to fairness blew me away. David, the general manager, responded to many of my calls personally and was well informed about the situation with my car. He quoted my repairs at a fair price, but when a rare manufacturer issue came up that they were unable to be of assistance with, they reimbursed me for my costs and allowed me to store my car free of charge in their lot until I was able to locate a European specialist. I will be sure to return for any general maintenance or performance upgrades I do in the future.

First time I went in for a oil change I waited over an hour and half with 3 kids when I was the ONLY person in the shop (I’ve never waited that long elsewhere), then they forgot to reset my oil change notification, so I had to go back. Front desk was super friendly though and I decided to drop my car off the next time for an oil change. However this time they said I needed a new sway bar. My brother (in another state) happens to be a mechanic with 4 decades experience and fortunately I was going to be seeing him. He said this was NOT true and you rarely need a sway bar replacement unless the car has been an accident- which mine has not. He checked out the car just in case and absolutely nothing was wrong with mine and no sway bar was needed. They also said I needed an alignment after replacing a CV Joint which he said also isn’t necessary. My brother was pretty convinced they were just trying to make money off us. How sad. We will move on to another mechanic bc no matter how nice the front receptionist was, there is no excuse for trying to pull one over on customers (and they forgot to reset my oil change button again!).Update on August 2021: just wanted to be more precise that there was nothing wrong with the swaybar ends at all. Nothing needed to be done with the swaybar in any regard.

Amazing customer service! I was waiting for my tires to be rotated and one of the staff recommended La Familia for lunch and even let me eat at the counter with them! One of the mechanics also managed to fix my hanging skid plate through zip tie instead of taking it off entirely! Great family atmosphere, definitely coming here again!

My fuel pump went out on my 2002 GMC, I went to another local shop that quoted me an arm and leg to replace it (mostly due to an additional 2 hours of labor and the mark up of the part). Aarons quoted me a MUCH fair price and had my truck back on the road quickly. He even found a couple issues that the other place missed.The owner Aaron has been a mechanic long before he opened up this shop. He is SUPER knowledgeable and has extremely fair prices for top quality work.

Aaron Automotive is easily one of the best shops in the B/CS area. The owner went out of his way to make sure that we were being cared for, and I felt that all of the service technicians were honest and forthcoming, willing to answer any questions I had on what needed to be done to my vehicle and why. No one likes car repairs, but if you find yourself needed them, then I would absolutely recommend this shop.

I received an email about a customer appreciation picnic from Patricia, the Service Manager, about the same time I needed to get an oil change on my car. I responded back to her and within an hour we had an appointment scheduled to get my oil changed before the end of the day! I arrived for my appointment and was in and out in about 30 min. Aaron Automotive has fantastic service every time! I also love the color coded inspection report they provide with their oil change - it tells you if there’s something you need to repair/replace now or if you need to prepare for it in the coming months.

The folks at Aaron’s Automotive are friendly and knowledgeable. Having tried multiple mechanics in the BCS area, I’m happy to report Aaron’s does a fantastic job. Their inspections are thorough and they will walk you through what needs to be done and how urgent any repairs are.It’s a great shop, with lots of resources and a solid team.

Aaron Automotive worked on my BMW, which recently went out of warranty. It’s hard to find a shop that can work on Euros without spending forever or messing something up. Aaron could have even charged me an arm and leg because we thought the drive shaft bearing was messed up. After looking, Aaron found that it was just my e-brake line. He showed me the broken part that was rattling, and charged me half an hour of shop rate to fix it. He also fixed several other things that needed to be serviced. All reasonably priced and delivered same day. Sent several friends and my girlfriend over to him. All had exceptional experiences!Thanks Aaron and the team!

I had a 6 lift installed on my truck, along with some larger tires here. David was extremely helpful in helping me find the right look that I was going for. I just told him what I wanted and he made sure it came out perfect. They kept my truck for a few days to make sure everything was done correctly, and since Ive gotten it back I havent had a single complaint. They do great work here, and I will definitely be coming back for future upgrades!

Aaron has helped me take care of my vehicles for several years, and he has always gone the extra mile in terms of professional service and attention to detail -- and at an honest, fair price point. We recently had ignition coils and spark plugs changed along with a few other services. One ignition coil failed, which took a bit of time to determine, but Aaron’s auto held to their warranty claim and took care of the problem. They were honest about the situation and turned the car around as fast as they could.

Thats why I almost paid $1,000 for everything but you just messed up on my car parts and carFYIThe break caliper cover that I asked to install on my car is making sound because your shop just put in without checking that the clips are rubbing on the disk rotor and my new wheels got deep scratches inside!The coilover factory which is the godspeed gave me update on what happened on my coilovers, they found out both front coilover damper adjuster was overturned to make the coilovers stocked up and not playing or bouncing. The coilover has 16 levels only of adjustment to make the stiffness soft or hard ride.

The service speed and quality that Ive received from Aaron is head and shoulders above anything Ive received elsewhere. I went to 3 other auto shops complaining about my power steering. They all said nothing was wrong with it and tried to charge me for other stuff I did not need. I went to Aaron automotive and after 10 minutes with my truck he diagnosed the issue and fixed it. My power steering worked great! Since then, I have always taken my vehicles to him.
