Its been a couple weeks or so since I picked up my car from their shop and Im glad to say the a/c works better than I remember ever having it.I took my car in right before a holiday weekend, and even after waiting for parts to be ordered, the job was done sooner than expected.The team is very detailed in their notes that can be viewed through a personal link to check the progress of your vehicle. I appreciate their excellent communication and clear upfront estimates and pricing.

Thanks to Gladney, I was able to get a serious emission issue fixed on my truck. They were thorough in diagnosing the issue keeping me informed along the way. Great customer service. Website is easy to use. Took a star of because they are extremely expensive. Over a $140 just to look at my vehicle and tell me whats wrong. But they know their stuff backwards and forwards, they have all the tools to do everything, and if you schedule time in advanced theyre actually quite quick about it.I do a lot of my own repairs and its kind of the last resort place if theres something I cant figure out on my own.

I had a problem with the radiator fan staying running after the keys was removed from ignition and car off-sometime later i would have a dead battery once i would go to start the car again roughly around 30mins or so i was tied of that and i gave em a call and explain what i was experiencing with the car i was told to drop it off and they will run some test on it and a couple days later i was picking my car up as a satisfied customer....

I normally dont write reviews for places, but these guys were so good they deserve it. I had the front windshield of my 2002 ram 1500 repaired by them while I had it parked where I work. They drove to my location, fixed the windshield with incredible speed and acted in an outstandingly professional and polite manner. On top of doing an incredible job, their prices are significantly cheaper than almost every repair shop I got quotes from.These guys set the bar for quality not just for auto repair shops, but for business in general!

My first time here and the experience is pretty good. The fees are more reasonable and clear than those of other merchants. I think that’s why this store is the only 5 star one in this town!

Called and got an appointment scheduled, when I arrived I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The staff is professional and friendly, had no trouble with their service at all. I am always going to seek out a Gladneys after my great experience here. We wanted to make sure wed be safe on a long trip. They did a road trip inspection on my car for free and were very thorough and detailed with the inspection. I tend to forget information if I dont have it written down, so it was really a bonus to receive an online report of the vehicle inspection, including notes and pictures. Tire rotation is complementary, and prices are more than reasonable for oil change and state inspection. On top of that, its so comfortable it feels like home at this Gladney location. Waiting inside the building for your car is actually a good experience. Ill be returning this week for state inspection/oil change, and plan to be a Gladney customer forever!

Great experience in regards to repairs on my car. I was advised promptly on the repairs needed for my car thought it was going to be there overnight and they ended up fixing same day and had it ready at the end of the day. Amanda had great customer services and was a delight to work with it.

I called here because another place told me that I needed to since I had a Buick. I dont know anyone here and I am a single woman who knows very little about cars. They were very professional, I took my grandson’s VW Jetta for a general check over, Tony took his time y explain what was going on with the brakes and what needed to be done to fix them and did just that! I contacted Gladney as a recommendation from a friend, I was absolutely blown away by their friendliness and customer service. Although the $135 diagnostic seems like a steep price to pay, its worth it. I only had a few things wrong with my car, but Id rather pay the extra amount knowing that they will go the extra mile. They offered to even take my car to Discount Tire and have that work finished, but my tire wasnt there. Knowing that they were willing to do that for me was enough.Amanda in particular was extremely nice and helped me understand the problems with my car. She was a great listener while I told her the problems I had found, and made sure everything was looked at, even after I got my car back!Their oil changes are also much less expensive than I anticipated, which made my life easier too.Lastly, I love their communication system. I can look at the progress on my car at any point in time, chat back and forth with a service agent there, and accept or decline work to be done on my car. Honestly, the perfect system.Ill never use a different shop.

This is literally the most amazing and spotless place Ive ever been to for auto repair. Even the shop is spotless! Thoughtful snacks, (including protein drinks) in the reception area, wifi, USB chargers, photos of the vehicle, text updates, on an on...I wont go anywhere else.

The discount tire store I regularly use recommended them and also gave me a discount coupon. I made my appointment online for an alignment and hoped for the best. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived by the cleanliness and professional appearance of the building and lobby area. The customer service was amazing and prompt. Water, coffee (k-cups), and other beverages were offered as I waited. The service to my car was performed even sooner than time limit they had told me. I am very satisfied with my experience with Gladney and will definitely keep them in mind next time I need mechanic service on any of my vehicles.

As someone who has dealt with a lot of bad mechanic shops I was super pleased with Gladney. I was suspicious of no bad reviews but gave them a chance. Amanda talked with me on all my concerns and questions and never once made me feel like I was a inconvenience. She made me feel like she totally understood I always do the work on my vehicles and was very cautious on sending it in. However we needed a new motor. Big task for a garage self mechanic like myself. I have never been so impressed with a shop and how they are doing things different than others. Customer service really felt like their first priority. Tony the manager was Excellent. He called me to let me know the motor we ordered had been sold and a new one was available but it would cost more. After my concern for signing the agreed price he actually decided to cover the cost difference. So the car came in and got done faster than the time they quoted. Excellent work done and motor looked fantastic and brand new. No leaks or issues after a decent trip. Yesterday however the car was making some noises at start and jumping rpms. I called Tony and he sent out a tow truck at no cost at all. He then covered all costs on figuring out what happened which is usually the process. However the issue like I had thought before sending it off was a Mas airflow sensor. This is not a issue with the motor. This could have been damaged on removal and install or it could have been just bad from our years of owning. Tony was so awesome he replaced it at no cost of anything(labor or parts). This was a Ford part. It’s a decent cost. Got it back in the same day. This assured me they are the real deal. Please don’t worry about taking your vehicle in here. This company is the only one I would ever recommend again. The team is great!

They quoted about 1.5hrs for the alignment and they were done in about 45 minutes. Also they showed the specs on the alignment before and after. It wasnt off by much and they got it back into specs. Before they start, they take pictures all around the car and odometer. Great people and professional with their work. Thanks.

I came in for a factory alarm bypass or disconnect and was told that it couldnt be disconnected and was told that a door entry kit was installed because the diagnostic was reading a car door OPEN light was the issue... unfortunately the alarm was still going off after the install. However, Gladney was more than happy to take a second look and offer deeper services to correct the issue to resolve the problem. You dont find many auto mechanics these days with great customer service but Gladney is top notch.

Replaced hardware for splash shield. Great experience. On time...actually sooner than originally scheduled!

My son lost the FOB for his car and I was able to handle the submission of all the necessary documentation electronically from Austin (Amanda was great to deal with) in the evening and by the next afternoon, they had gone to the cars location, cut a new key to open the door, programmed the new FOB and my son was mobile again... all for less than the dealership was going to charge, and I didnt have to get the car towed.

The owner and his wife are some of the most genuine and remarkable people I have met to this day. My fiancé and I were in college station due to evacuation of our hometown for hurricane Laura. As we were in college station, his window fell off track. We brought his car to Gladney. At 4:30 on a Friday (they close as 5:30 for the weekend) Tony, the owner, said we will see what we can do for you. As they’re looking at the car, and trying to repair it, we were getting so dehydrated. Tony’s wife gave us gatorades as we waited. They got the window back up so we wouldn’t have to ride all the way home with it down. They could have easily turned us away, but as I stated, these were some of the kindest people. They were so understanding with the situation we were in and I cannot thank Tony and the mechanics at Gladney enough! If you’re in the area, I absolutely recommend going here.

They were quickly able to replace my side view mirror, and at a great price too. The staff is also very kind as well, would definitely recommend going there for any car problems.I would end up needing a new key for my truck a couple months after that previous side view mirror incident. I went back and they’re still great!

These guys rock. I took my heavily modified Mazda to several different places, no one wanted to look at it. The Gladney technicians were able to quickly diagnose the car and find the problem. My check engine light came on and College Station Ford referred me to Gladney (because the truck was a Dodge). It was an EVAP code so it took a little while to diagnose, but Tony communicated everything in a timely, professional manner. He also handled the communication with College Station Ford which made the process easy. Tony has gained a new customer!
