My review is mainly for their service department. Since moving to their renovated building, my experience here has been exceptional. I used to take my vehicle down to Houston for service, as wait times were long and uncomfortable at the old location. After trying it out again last year, everything has completely changed. Prices are competitive for a synthetic oil change, the waiting area is nice (clean, plenty of seats, TVs, refreshments, coffee), complimentary car wash, and my service advisor, Humberto Reyes, is very friendly and transparent on everything being done. For these reasons, this is my first time ever that I consistently go back to a dealership for service.
Today I took my daughters and their friend on a mission to find their “Dream Cars” they are all small children, so when I arrived I told Angie that we were there for them to set some goals. She was very happy to help us and took us right inside, where we met Miller and Peter. Despite the fact that we weren’t there to purchase a vehicle, they were all very excited and happy to help us!! They answered all questions and gave us pricing for their Goals book. Miller helped the kids inside the back of a truck and even showed them pretty cool features that we didn’t realize at first. Although I was not there to buy a car today, I will honestly consider going when I’m ready! As a single mom, I sometimes fear not getting the right thing or even knowing enough to know what it is I actually want in a vehicle. The entire team made me feel confident enough to say I will return!!!
I recently had my car serviced at Brazos Valley and was amazed by the level of customer service I received. I have not always had the best customer service in the past under different ownership, but I was literally floored this time around! Humberto Reyes provided SUPERB customer service. He took the time to explain everything that would be worked on that day and answered all of my questions. He was very kind, attentive, knowledgeable and personal. Great personality and traits for the customer service industry. Keep up the fabulous work ethic and attitude Humberto Reyes!
I took my 8 yr old Mazda in for some recalls and everyone at the service dept was so nice! I mentioned my melting dash board when I dropped my car off and they went ahead and repaired that as well! Definitely recommend them!P.S. The complimentary car wash was nice too!
Hands down the best car buying experience by far! Great customer service. They are very competitive and willing to negotiate if at all possible. They have a can do attitude and will not sacrifice quality over quantity.

Update after response from owner: They can be hit or miss, in terms of service. Humberto Reyes did a wonderful job; customer service is his thing! However, after one very successful appointment I tried to get another appointment, and their service team couldnt get it together to schedule the appointment -- they just seemed very disorganized. Ill be sure to give them another shot, though, because when customer service matters so much that they graciously respond to their customers criticism on google reviews, it says a lot about the character of their business ethics.

When was the last time that you could say you ENJOYED the experience of buying a used car from a dealership? Yet, that was exactly what happened to me when I recently bought my 2017 Lexus LS 460 at Brazos Valley Imports. The car was in tiptop shape, the price was reasonable, but most important of all, it was the EXPERIENCE with the sales staff, especially Jacob Wigginton, that made the difference. Jacob was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and very customer-focused. He cared about the customers and placed their interest first. He was responsive to our needs throughout the process and even after the sale. I would highly recommend Brazos Imports and Jacob to anyone whos looking to buy a new or used car. We had such a good time that after the transaction, we kicked our feet up, shared a lunch, and had a nice chat. Again, when was the last time you could say that?
I come in for new battery, Im told one price but they give a much higher price than previously agreed upon,saying battery is some special battery for bmw,but I drive a Hyundai..a couple of years ago it took 3 days to replace one tire .....I would never buy another vehicle form that dealership again, I dont even want them to change my oil and they overcharged me for tire... also missed a great job opportunity because of their service
This review is terribly late! However, daily when I drive my vehicle (2018 Hyundai Sonata), Im reminded that its incumbent for me to do so. I unfortunately lost my vehicle during the Harvey Storm in Houston and was a bit cautious in buying in my area, so I reached out to the Brazos Valley Area. Hands down this was the BEST most SHOCKING experience Ive received in buying a vehicle. Needless to say, I was already rattled with the flooding incident and quickly needing a vehicle. The Brazos Import Team members Blake (salesperson), Mark (Finance Department) and Max (Transport staff) were simply amazing! Professional, thorough, and genuinely kind. In short, I had no vehicle, stressed too the max with recovering from storm and theses Brazos Valley guys were Good sent. No haggling, just genuine folks. Ill definitely become a return customer and share my story. P.S. Ive already told everyone that will listen.Thank you immensely for the smooth and painless transaction during a difficult time for Houstonians.
The sales guy we worked with had to be the most patient salesperson weve ever met. We changed our mind about 6 times before finally doing the deal. If youre looking to buy a car and want people who are patient and informative, heres your place.
Leelynn and Cameron were were the nicest people Ive ever dealt with at a dealership. They werent pushy and explained everything. They got me exactly what I needed and didnt try to get me to buy something out of my budget. They will get my business again.

Excellent service dept. and personnel. Had my 20,000 mile maintenance done, minus oil cha ge and waited 1.5 hours. They do exceptional work. They always make sure I am told of future work needed and pricing.
The BMW techs are extremely knoledgable and professional especially Chris. Also Nathan in parts is super knoledgable and can help you order the correct parts you need either in person or over the phone. Highly recommend bringing your BMW in for maintenance or even and inspection.
These guys are awesome. The salesman arent pushy and care about the customer, their inventory is substantial and varied, theyre willing to work with you to get you the car you want for a price you can afford. I had an amazing experience there and will recommend anyone buying a car to take a look here first - even if they arent in the Brazos Valley Area. Youre losing money not shopping here, trust me. Travis greeted my fiance and I at the front like we were friends. He sat us down, talked about our budget and what we needed out of a car. He didnt try to get us to buy something we didnt want, and he helped get us the lowest price possible. Ive had some past experiences with car salesmen, and they always seem to try to sell you whatever is most expensive. This place is totally different! They seem to care more about making a connection and helping you find the car you need rather than making the biggest sale they can. It was a great experience all around. I definitely recommend this place.

Everyone I dealt with was so positive and genuinely helpful.Needed recall work on my 19 Jetta and they did a fantastic job completing it in a timely manner way above my expectations despite it being super busy every time I came in. They handle the demand very well.Shout out to Wendy for going above and beyond her job duties seemingly on a daily basis to make sure I was taken care of. She may just be one of the best customer relation individuals I have ever came across. Very poor response and communication from the service department. They do not seem to be able to answer simple questions about your vehicle while in the shop and cant return calls when a message is left. They really need better customer skills.
If there was an option for no stars that what they would get. The service department is there worst. I have called on more than once to get an appointment and to have the oil changed it is a 5 day wait. My A/C has not been cooling properly so I called Thursday of last week, but no one in the service department called me back. So on Friday afternoon I went in and was told they leave at 3:00 and I would need to come back on Monday to have them work my car in, or else I could make an appointment and they could get to me in 5 days or so. I am on oxygen and can not drive from Navasota to Bryan everyday for work and not have a/c. I bring the car in on Monday at 8 am. I am told they will try to get it in if they need parts they may have to order...ok I understand you may not have the part just let me know. I call back at 2:33, 3:35, and 4:29 (the last time I was put on hold for 17 minutes where I was told the person handling my car was still on the phone....wow really.This is not the first time this has happened and I was told by the new management that it would be better. Do not be fooled!!! You can buy your car from them but good luck with having it serviced!!! Terrible....

We went to purchase a vehicle and were well received by the sales person. We were discussing on the payment terms of the car as it happens with every other dealership. An hour after discussing, as the sales person went inside to discuss a quotation, the manager came out and rudely asked us about how we came up with a certain number and thanked us for being there. Firstly, a dealership generating quotes without running credit scores and then being so unprofessional while treating customers, even if they disagree on a price. I think this is the worst experience with a dealership in Aggieland. Well the Aggie Spirit would surely stay miles away from this place. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, Houston or Austin are worth those extra miles and dealers are eager enough to have your business.

Go to Momentum BMW and stay away from Brazos Valley Imports. They play games and Mark French is a sarcastic SOB. Columbus LIE!!!! They all lie!!!! They will try to get every dime out of you instead of getting the best deal possible for the customer. I left this dealership and found another car, but I will never ever go back to B V Imports. Get your own financing and avoid them because they will not present you with the best deal!!!! I do not recommend them!!!!!!
I am currently waiting in the service lobby of Brazos Valley Imports while the service manager himself, Joey, makes a repair to my Volkswagen Tiguan. Let me add, this man JUST had surgery only two-three weeks ago and hes doing everything he can just to help a young college student.My first couple visits to Brazos Valley Imports werent the best, however, as soon as I brought it to Joeys attention he immediately did everything in his power to ensure my satisfaction. I could not be more grateful!The service preformed on my vehicle by Brazos has always been done to the highest expectation and much faster than one would expect! If you find yourself in need of ANY service, you owe it to your vehicle to bring it to Brazos Valley Imports service!Im so very grateful again for the amazing customer service Ive received here by Joey and his incredible staff!

Bought a car from them yesterday October 4, 2017. The sales manager was a real jerk. Very unprofessional. I had an agreed upon out the door price for the car before I left Houston. I had the price in writing with a text message with the salesman. This review is in no way a reflection upon the sales person but the sales manager. When I arrived at the dealer I had to start the process all over again. Back and forth with the sales manager having to sign my name on a piece of paper to show each time that I was serious about buying the car. The sales manager would not honor the agreed upon price and charged me $68.00 more. What a waste of time. If I did not need a car that day I would have walked out the door. I will never buy a car from them again! Would not recommend this dealership due to the lack of integrity displayed by the sales manager.
Beware of this dealer, theyre a complete scam. We worked with Nathaniel who was extremely rude and condescending. We were looking at a 2017 Nissan Murano but Nathaniel would not give us the price breakdown on the vehicle. He kept adding an extra $3,500 in fees but would not give us the net sheet to show us what those fees were for. We knew there would be about $1600 in taxes, plus $33 in title fees, and $150 doc fee. So that leaves $1717 in a mystery fee that Nathaniel wouldnt tell us what it was for. He ended up trying to say it was for the gps/lojack system? How dumb does he think we are? After we told him how sketchy this all was he tried to call us liars and say that were the ones being sketchy. Anyways, I would avoid this place like the plague. Their prices may seem cheap, but thats because theyre gonna add another $2,000 in random fees. I hope this Nathaniel guy gets fired because he was extremely rude and condescending. Worst dealership experience Ive ever had.

The service department is very dishonest and overpriced. They take advantage of students and charge more than double for the same service given at other VW dealerships. When confronted, they lie! Do not trust your car to these crooks!

They talk about you behind your back, answer questions arrogantly, dont expect them to educate you on a vehicle, know your stuff and what you want, educate yourself because if you let them they ll back you up in to a corner and stab you for all your money. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

I would say they are doing an OK job, but not excellent. One trigger for this evaluation was that they called me to pick up my car 2 pm (Sat.) while they mentioned in the phone that theyve already closed at 1 pm (Sat.). To me, that sounds weird.
Im happy to say BVI has done a great job keeping my 06 VW Jetta(200k+mi.) running at tip top shape. Great group of guys over there.. Trevor is stellar. But a Mr Joey Gyug makes all the backstage magic happen a literal cornerstone of that dealership. Keep up the great work you guys

Look elsewhere. These people are not honest. Tried really hard to buy a new BMW. They short changed me by about $2000 on trade in, but was still willing to go with the purchase. I had written bank financing approval, but they told me I had to finance through BMW at 1% higher than my credit union. They also told me I had to purchase a paint protectant plan that cost almost another 2 grand. I was giving full asking purchase price for the BMW. I left and went elsewhere. You should too.
New owners and slower service. I felt like I was being hustled. My car made a strange noise AFTER bringing it in for oil change. Auto parts store clerk found that the cover for engine filter wasnt secured back after checking at dealership. Was this a mistake or on purpose? Sound gone now thanks to I Reillys Auto Parts clerk.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please do not buy your car here. They only care about the sale and have terrible customer service once youve bought the car. Even when I was buying the car a price was agreed on but then when it came to signing the paperwork the price had gone up considerably and they tried to slip it past me.Update: Im sorry, I guess Im just used to Sterling Auto (where I bought my last car from) when going in for service or even a car wash, they would be waiting for me as soon as I pulled up to help me out. And while having my car for a car wash they would replace the windshield fluid if needed, and they would do a tire check (basically just make sure I was all set to go) the other day when bringing my car into BV Imports, I not only waited 20 mins just for a car wash but they also completely overlooked the fact that my check tire light was on.I think I might be forced to look somewhere else to have my car serviced.Update 1 year later: I thought I would give them another shot and try and get another car wash and I even told them if it was going to take longer than 15 minutes that I would have to pass it up. After a 30 minute wait ( I finally got my car back from being washed 😑 my fault for thinking this place could improve. Id much rather pay to have it washed to avoid dealing with this place.Update 8 months later: I needed to contact them regarding my warranty and I was told someone would contact me ASAP. Six days go by and I still dont hear back so I contacted them again and they give me the same generic message and ask me for all my info again. I ask for a time frame that I could expect to hear back and they said they are unable to confirm exactly when they would get back to me but it would be at their earliest convenience 🙄My request is not complicated or time consuming but it is apparently too much for them to handle in under a week.Ive since sold my car and purchased one from Sterling/Kia again (3rd one Ive bought from them) and if you want great customer service, go there! Ask for Trey and say Kristin Carr sent you and youll get a discount too!Buying a car is already stressful enough, so save yourself trouble and go anywhere but here!

Never, ever buy a car or service a car or even get your freaking oil changed at Brazos Valley Imports.10 days past when they said our car would be finished, which means that we are a few days short of an entire MONTH that they have had our car.To make matters worse, *zero* communication. ZERO updates on when it will be finished.
