Fast, went out of their way to put the car exactly where i wanted it, and were the least expensive option by a noticeable amount. I took the time to write this review because they deserved it

They were dispatched to us by State Farm Roadside assistance. We waited for over an hour and a half on the side of the road for them. After calling to get an update they said they were on their way and would be there in 35 minutes. 45 minutes later we called to see where the driver was and were told it would be another 20 minutes because they had to stop for gas. When I responded that it does take that long to get gas, the dispatcher said I dont know what to tell you bro leave the keys or call someone else, and hung up on me. A few minutes later I get a call from State Farm saying Pinky Tows took a priority request and were no longer coming, so we had to restart the process. Luckily we were connected to an actual professional tow truck company that came 5 minutes later. Unless you want to wait for hours and have someone be rude to you, I would recommend using a different tow truck company.
