I have been to several nail shops and this is by far the most professional nail shop I have been to. All of the nail techs are so friendly and always makes my family and myself feel so welcomed.. Even prior to Covid, they were always taking the utmost sanitary precautions to ensure their customers were safe. I strongly encourage those looking for a great family oriented nail salon, to check this place out.

Super clean facility and very committed to giving their customers what they want. This was my first visit and the entire atmosphere is friendly and laid back. Its rare to find a nail place in town where the employees are smiling and happy, but I lucked out and came across this place. Will definitely be coming back. I went in yesterday for a last minute walk in set of nails and pedicure I was happy to see that they were able to get me right in the facility was clean and well decorated technician Lisa did an amazing and thorough job on my set of nails the gel polish was decorated beautifully exactly as I had wanted she was able to provide suggestions since I couldn’t choose colors as well as I’d like to have she was friendly and I couldn’t be Happier with the quality of work I followed with a pedicure that was beautifully done and relaxing. I will definitely continue to come back and recommend this place to anyone in the Clovis or Fresno area they also do eyelashes waxing and other services.Check it out and ask for Lisa!

I love this place! Been coming to get pedicures for about 7 years now. They have great customer service. I get the regular polish because it stays on just as well as the gel polish does and I come every 3 weeks but never have any chips!

My 13 year old daughter went to My Nails on 5/14/18.. she was treated very rudely by the gal at station #2. She arrived at 6:30 pm for gel fills and was told to pick a color. The gal didnt start on her until 7:00.. when the gal realized that the shop closed at 7 pm she started to rush through my daughter s fills . She was cut w the nail file and when she was asked to wash her hands before the polish had been applied .. the gal took it upon herself to go into my daughters cell phone case and grabbed the money out without asking and she placed it in her pocket. when my daughter realized that her money was gone the gal told her she took it and it was in her pocket.. by 7:20 pm. 20 min later the gal said she was done w my daughters nails. . 20 min job???. . unheard of.. ridiculous!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been coming here for the past 10 years along with my little sister and mom. We all love Lisa and her staff. They are amazing at Pink&White Gel tips and all the fun crazy glitter and designs. They have 6 pedicure chairs and 4 nail stations and will always find time to fit you in. Lisa, the owner is very nice and will do your nails just how you want. Not only are they really good but they are cheap too! It is a great value for what you get and I would highly recommend getting you nails done here.

I was first impressed by lisa as my gel manicure lasted so long, but their hygeine issues are bad.. first one of the girls used to cuticle trimmer to clean under my nails and then went back to trimming my cuticles with the nail dirt till in there, then while getting a pedicure the next time i came in, the girl washed her gloved hands in the water my feet were soaking in.. i am reporting them to the board of cosmetology and advise everyone to steer clear of here unless they want a staph infection

My mother and I came in on a Saturday for nail fills, and it was busy. Was told to make an appointment so we could both be seen at the same time on Sunday. Made the appointment and came back the next day at 1pm, my mother was seen right away but I had to wait over 30 minutes even WITH an appointment made. Poor planning and no considerations for their customers time. Would not recommend.

My Nails? More like The Nail Nazi. After picking a gel color that was too light, much lighter than the sample, I asked if I may go with a darker color. She reacted as though my request was an absolute personal attack. She yelled saying, No! Gel already on! Cant be changed! Too late! Whats wrong with you? You pick [sic] color! This must have continued at least three minutes, which is a LONG time when being verbally accosted in public. It was humiliating. My 81-year-old mother accompanied me; it was actually her day out after a 9-week convalescence with a broken shoulder and hip. (We were both absolute wrecks by the time we left the salon!) Finally, I asked why a darker color couldnt simply be painted over the light color. Again, more verbal abuse with the same argument - it was too late to change the color because the gel was already dry AND the cuticle oil had already been applied. When I stated that isopropyl alcohol or nail polish remover would remove the cuticle oil she adamantly disagreed, arguing further. At this point she was nearly done with my manicure, which Id chosen a darker color for. When I offered to pay extra to have the darker color polished over the lighter color the womans transformation was nothing less than ominous, obviously it was the additional money she was looking for, but simply never mentioned it. She went from being absolutely combative and assaulting to quiet with not a word to say. The woman sits in the very first station as you walk in. I cant recall her name, but I will return to publish it if/when I find it. Btw, other patrons in the shop looked mortified, including my mother, who was an absolute wreck by the time we left. :(:(:( Oh! And BOTH my mothers and my gel manicures lasted LESS THAN A WEEK! I paid $135.00 for two gel manicures, a gel pedicure and of course the extra $15.00 for a darker color on the pedicure. Ive been told by various nail technicians that different salons use different products, so not all products (and salons) are created equal. I had tips with gel polish. Mum had both - some of her nails had grown long, and she wanted three broken nails to have tips placed so all her nails would be the same length, so she had both tips with gel and just gel. My nails began lifting on the sides and the gel polish became very dull by only the next day! $135.00? Never again!

On 8.19.2017 I went to My Nails for a mani/pedi because of their great reviews on Yelp. When I arrived there were 3 customers and 2 nail techs working. They told me to wait 30 minutes, no problem. Half way through doing acrylics on a little girl she (Rose) begins my pedicure. She was clearly in a rush, she let my feet soak for a whole 30 seconds before she quickly cut my toe nails and trimmed my cuticles. This was my first pedicure since I gave birth to my son 7 months ago, my feet needed a lot of work. She ignored the calluses on the pads and heels of my feet, didnt ask me if the length was fine on my nails (she left them way too long) and didnt file my nails. Normally the most basic pedicure comes with at least a foot scrub or a massage, not this one. After 2 minutes of trimming my nails she grabbed a pump of lotion and quickly worked it into my shins. She didnt even put lotion on my dry cracked feet! My pedicure was done in less than 5 minutes. No soak, no file, no scrub, no paraffin, no massage, no oil - NOTHING. She rushed straight into polishing my nails and set them up to dry. Then instead of doing my manicure she leaves my feet to dry and does a full GEL PEDICURE (scrub included) on the lady next to me that was there when I arrived. My toes did not need 45 minutes to dry! So now I have been in the salon for 1hr & 15 minutes and have had a whole 8 minutes of pampering. After she is done with the ladys gel pedicure she comes over to start my manicure, I denied the manicure because I didnt have another hour and a half to have someone rush through and do a crappy job on my nails. She charged me full price ($25)! I have never been so disappointed in a nail salon. Rose, you should be ashamed of your customer service.This salon also has questionable hygiene, she didnt change gloves between my pedicure and the lady after me. Its disgusting. I will not return. I would NEVER recommended this salon to anyone. Go at your own risk.

I was going to get my nails done at Aqua Nails with my mother-in-law the day after Christmas, but I got nervous after seeing some reviews and pictures of infected cuticles.I ended up going to My Nails because my husband said thats where his ex went anytime they were in Fresno and her nails always looked nice.When my husband dropped me off (my mother-in-law had a 103 fever, so I ended up going alone) there was one lady inside, she told me to pick my color and have a seat. The TV was all static and was left on 50% of the time I was there (supper annoying). The younger lady who did my pedicure didnt really talk to me and only started speaking in a foreign language when they lady who did my manicure came in (kind of rude). They didnt ask me how I wanted my nails done (I picked a solid color and glitter) they just assumed I wanted my nails all the same. The older lady who did my manicure pressed SUPER hard on my nails when pushing my cuticles back.On the plus side, it was only $30 for a mani/pedi, they didnt nick me and my nails looked nice... for a day.My manicure lasted 1 day before 6/10 nails were chipped.

Worst service ever very very rude nails popped off the next day and they refused to fix or refund! The whole time talking bad about customers!
