DO NOT GO HERE! I repeat, DO NOT go here. Choose somewhere else! I had the WORST experience here today where the polish used didn’t dry and came out smudged. Upon waiting for my nails to dry for 25 min and leaving, I came back and shared what happened and then after NO ONE offered to fix my nails, I asked for my money back. DAISEY, the nail tech came over and told me No—that I should have stayed 30 min for polish to dry. I asked to speak to the Manager, so the front desk guy called him and explained I was unhappy. I then spoke to the Manager and explained, and he reluctantly agreed to refund my money. All while 4 nail techs yelled, “ no—don’t give her money back”, loudly (no other customers were there). As the front desk guy was giving me the money back they continued to yell at me, saying they work hard and polish takes a long time to dry (I get manicures regularly, so I know how long it takes to dry). Not only was it rude, it was ridiculous! As I left they yelled at me to never come back…no worries, I won’t be! Warning—think twice before going here…and then choose to go somewhere else!

The #3 mani/pedi is fabulous. Today I had my nails dipped . We shall see. Great customer service.

I didn’t get what i wanted on my nails. i had to fix them myself. the nail artist was very rude and kept pulling on my fingers when i wasn’t doing anything. he gave me sharp almond nails when i wanted them round. never going back.

Once again they tried to overcharge me, the first time they got away with it and the young lady at the front desk, well I took it as she was trying to accuse me of lying, he apologize she did not. The young man that did my manicure and pedicure did one foot well and fast on the other, ditto with my manicure. I wont be back.

I walked in and was greeted fairly quickly even though they were already busy. Tony did my nails and he did a superb job even though I had my toddler with me. Tony worked quickly and did a good job and tried to help entertain my son who wanted to explore. I will definitely be back here.

First of all nothing was being sanitized. I paid 51 for plain no color acrylic nails. It took them 3 hrs to do my nails. It’s been 2 days and my nails are already lifting. Never again!!

They are always professional, attentive to their customers needs. They really work well together as ateam. If theres a complaint in services, they immediately correct whatever it is, without being defensive or condescending from reception to man manicurists to management, ALWAYS CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND SUPPORTIVE. Today they were friendly and the pedicure was nice. It was relaxing and not sloppy. The price was reasonable.My main concern is that behind each chair is a disinfectant log and the man went around behind each chair and wrote the date, his initials, and time of cleaning at 6:00pm. It was 5pm. When I got up from the chair it was not cleaned. Perhaps they clean them all at 6pm...? But it looked questionable to me. The chair, restroom, floors, etc all looked dirty.I do think that there is a cultural difference between the Vietnamese and main stream American cleanliness level because many of the Vietnamese nail places and restaurants do not look cleaned regularly.Hopefully no one gets any serious infection. I do know people who have ended up in the hospital with staph infections from minor pedicure cuts. It can be scary!!

Me and my mom both went in to get our nails done at Oh La La on Willow and Herndon and we liked the out come for both of our acrylic sets, so we kept going. But a when we both took off our acrylics, we noticed some infection under our real nails. This is most likely from tools not being washed or washed properly and also fungus can occur from nails not being properly applied. I would not recommend this salon.

Never coming back here!Sunday I had a simple gel manicure done and later that evening one of my nails peeled 1/2 way off in the shower. I came back this evening 30 minutes before closing and no one was willing to fix my nail! I was asked to come back tomorrow morning, which does not work for me nor does any other day/evening this week! They were not willing to do anything to try and accommodate me.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I would not recommend very poor customer service they talk poorly about customers once they leave and my fresh set was so crooked and lumpy had to file and reshape myself the person that removed my nails was being so rough and ended up lifting my natural nail causing me to bleed then accused me of having thin nails which is not the case since Ive never had a problem with removal before the work was not worth the $55 I paid will definitely not be back

When I first walked in it took about 5 minutes for someone to just acknowledge me and they werent very busy. Once I sat down in the pedicure chair, they filled the water and had me sit soaking in chilly water for another 10 minutes. Once the woman arrived, she would not stop suggesting gel the entire treatment. Certainly wont be going there again.

This place is a joke. Came in to get a fill done on my pink and white and I sit down with one lady. She gets up like 3 times and then comes back the last time and makes me go to some other guy. I waited for him for about 15 minutes... Ive been here since 4:30 and it is now 5:15 and my nails are half done. I will never come back here again. You bet I will be getting a discount on my nails after I am done speaking with the front desk lady.

Was told the wait would be 15 minutes for 2 of us. One of us waited 25 minutes and the other 45. If we came in together we should have been serviced together. Also the workers and owner seemed to be having more fun themselves and not taking care of customers. And of course not in English.

Ive never had a problem here. Love the pedi chairs! They move so you dont have to climb over the bowl and they recline! I think they are priced about the same as anywhere else for the same pedicure. I dont go anywhere else!

Staff was friendly when I arrived and they have pretty nail polish colors but the lady who did my pedicure cut a toe while filing my toe nails. They talk too much among themselves turning their heads to look at who they are speaking and my cut could have been prevented. I still paid 42.I also had gel polish manicure that lasted one week.

First time there and my nails are uneven and visibly crooked. My friend and I also noticed our finger tips feeling like fire and I noticed peeling of skin around my nail. For that price and the service I got never going back again.

WORST PLACE EVER! I came in sat down for about 10mins and he was already done he didnt put a like a prime underneath my gel before applying the color so therefore my gel will be falling off SOON! I WOULD NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN I told the manager I wasent satisfied and she told me all she can do was take 7$ off my tab so I paid 30$ then she tried to get a little crazy when I told her I simply do not wish to pay at all and no I dont want you to fix my nails because they shouldve been done nicely the first time very bad customer service.

I have been here several times. What is unique about this salon is they tilt your chair back so you are essentially laying down while they polish your feet.Unfortunately, when I requested to cut my nail shorter, he (Brandon) told me I had an ingrown toenail from cutting it too short and showed me the ingrown portion of my nail.He must have gotten upset by this request, because he instead pulled out a flap of soft flesh that grew on the side of my nail. It was very insulting to see someone get so upset and cause me deliberate pain.They do a great job at painting nails, however, from $27 to $37.50 (new management), and a mandatory tip, I am often disappointed their behavior towards their clients. This fee is for the service that I desire, not what you desire. You have definitely left me a traumatizing memory for me and I will never forget your lack of respect for others.

Horrible wait time at this place. I was told 5-10 minutes for a French manicure and they called me to the station after waiting 10 minutes and then waited ANOTHER 10 minutes but no one showed up or checked in on me to let me know when the lady was coming to do my nails. I called another nail salon in front of the store and walked out.

Not only were they not deaf friendly but there was dead skin and red polish in the pedicure wash and my nail stylist cut me!! Ill explain in depth below. Never will I ever set foot in the place again!!!So my brother was getting married so my mom and I wanted to get our nails done (gel for me and paint for her). After the initial annoyance of repeatedly explaining that my mom just wanted hers painted, the front desk lady (about 56, skinny, with permed curly hair) assigned us pedicure areas (which was weird because we were getting our fingernails painted). I told the front desk lady that my mother is deaf and I would like to sit with her so I can translate. Obviously this meant for her to have us on opposite ends of the room. I kept telling her that my mom and I need to sit together because she cant hear and if you need to talk to her that she reads lips so look at her. It wasnt like the salon was busy and since there were plenty of seats available in the FINGERNAIL painting area and pedicure area that it shouldnt have been a problem. The lady got frustrated that I wasnt going to sit down (since Im not letting my mom sit by herself on the opposite side of the room) so she actually escorted me to my pedicure seat and said that she would fix it. My mom went to look at colors while I sat down. I looked inside the pedicure booth and saw a bunch of dead skin cells and small pieces of dried nail polish. That should have been my first clue right there that this place was no good but I tried to rationalize it by saying that maybe they havent had a chance to clean it yet. I didnt actually need it so it didnt matter but it still grossed me out nonetheless. Anyways, as Im looking at this stuff, the front desk lady is over at the nail polish area and clearly getting frustrated with my mom. The front desk lady is trying to rush my mom over to the opposite pedicure area (even though we got there before 6:00 and they take their last customer at 6:00 and they close at 7:00. I called and asked). My mom obviously CANNOT HEAR so my mom is ignoring her which frustrates the front desk lady. I run over to my mom to help her when my nail stylist starts yelling at the front desk lady. The nail stylist told the front desk lady that she has two seats at the fingernail station for the two of us and that my mom cant hear. They started arguing over seating but thanks to my nail lady I was able to finally sit with my mom. Im a pretty patient person and Ive worked in retail and in salons so I try to be understanding of when things get busy or there are problems/delays in other businesses but its a whole different thing when someone mistreats my mom. My nail lady didnt open my packet in front of me (which is a big no no for me) so she opened another packet and got started. Her files however were well used and she started filing my nails. She was sawing at my nails in a back and forth motion (which is also a big no no for me since that damages my very thin nails) but she was mostly getting my fingertips instead of my nails (and my nails arent short either). It was pretty painful for me but I thought maybe its just the angle of my fingers and nails and it wont be so bad once shes done with this part. Nope. She started filing my pinky nail and you could see around my cuticle that it was turning pink from how hard she was filing my finger. I told her that she was being a little rough and asked if she could be more gentle around my fingers. Okay. Nope. Still rough. I asked her again when she got to my index finger because I think she mixed gentle with faster. She was hardly even filing my nails since she was doing it so quickly. When she got to my thumb she kept filing around my skin and she cut me. I pulled my hand back and told her that she cut me and I was bleeding. she looked at my thumb, said oh AND THEN TRIED TO KEEP FILING ON MY BLOODY THUMB!! It was just your average size paper cut size cut but I have thin blood so I bleed a lot. I got my stuff, my mom and left. First time Ive ever walked out of a place.

Twice I’ve gone here and twice I’ve gotten a fungus! I’ve been getting pedicures for over 20 yrs and ALWAYS had healthy toenails and NEVER had a fungus until I went here! Ugh!! Gross!!

Today I went in to get a manicure and multiple times my technician cut my fingers along with filing down my skin. She continued to put nail glue over my cuts and now, 12 hours later, my fingernails are still in a lot of pain. I could easily see how dirty their equipment was and im scared ill get an infection.

Came to get a mani pedi and had the greatest expierance...got a really nice shoulder massage from cindy, you want ti feel relaxed shes your girl. There very nie and welcoming I recommended any one coming here.

This place is horrible they have only one person that does any kind of nail art here. I usually get a French mani and pedi and they told me they couldnt do it because my nails were too short. The lady doing my moms pedi which was suppose to be delux but just did her nails instead and did a horrible job. Stay clear of this place!

I CANT BEGIN TO TELL YOU ABOUT THE LADY I DELT WITH A FEW MINUTES AGO AT THIS PLACE! She was unprofessional, and extreamly sarcastic! I had my hands soaking in acetone after I realized too late that I should never give these people my business let alone money. I sat there upset knowing I should have left when only 5 min later I hear her doing the same thing to 2 elderly folks. Yes! The poor lady was so upset.. to see this lady treat those people like that.. I had enough! I got up with my hands straight out of acetone, put that lady in her place, and told the elderly folks how she treated me and recommended they leave as well. I told her Id write this review so here it is! She wouldnt give me her name but Im sure her coworkers know of this situation, should management ask. How bad must it be when you decide to leave while you have your hands in acetone and acrylic melting off your fingers.. THAT BAD! There was about 20 people in that place listening to her treat folks this way.. To the employee I delt with: You should be ashamed of yourself!

Walked in and the staff was arguing. Came here for kids pedicure and manicure. About halfway through them finishing, they asked me how old my daughter was, and when I said 11, they said thats adult price. I asked them why they didnt say that when I signed in for kids pedicure, and when I verbally asked. They said, no shes not a kid. Rude and unprofessional.

Horrible place i will never ever go back or recommend. I paid $37 for something that looks like i did myself or at a beauty school. The guy kept getting frustrated when i was trying to tell him over and over what i wanted. And if im paying for it them it shouldnt be a problem, or of he didnt understand due to language barrier then maybe should have asked one of the other 10 that were sitting around all talking. And he said something in their language to the others and they all started laughing. I know i was asking for speific things but i was trying to tell him i was only getting them for a wedding and i was going to have to take them off for work. So i didnt want my real nail to be damaged too bad since i will not be keeping them up. when i asked if they do design he no he didnt know how. He didnt even check to see if the length on both sides matched. A few of the nails were a lot longer then the others, and they are bulky. He didnt even ask what i wanted my edges of the nails to look like (square or curved) i should have trusted instinct and walked out as soon as he first showed that he wasnt taking what i wanted into consideration.

I would rate this place a 0 out of 10 stars FOR SURE! Never in my life have I been to a salon who made me feel bad about myself while I was there. I recently had fake nails taken off to try the natural approach, so my nails are shorter than they normally are. I went in to get a gel manicure and left VERY unhappy. I sat down in the chair, placed my hands on the table, and the lady proceeds to laugh at me and mock me with her coworker sitting next to her. They spoke in their language and then laughed. I knew they were talking about me because after the laughter stopped, the lady at the other table said Your nails are so short! HEHE! SERIOUSLY!?!?! But that isnt where it stopped. She did the manicure portion and brought out a book of colors so I could choose my color and I wanted bright white. She proceeded to tell me how stupid it would look because my nails are so short and it would look lumpy. She told me I had two choices (out of a book of 50+ colors) because of how short my nails are. Ok people, THEY ARENT THAT SHORT!!!! I will never ever ever go back here. I hope no one goes here and they are forced to close. People go to salons to improve their appearance and feel better about themselves. I cant believe I didnt walk out in the middle of it. Rude, rude, RUDE!!!!!

This salon has the best pedi chairs ever! You dont have to climb over the foot tub, instead there is a platform gap where you can step up to the chair and sit down easily then the chair moves forward at the touch of a button! And they recline! The service was great, the lady did a super job on my toes and was very nice. I will definitly go back!
