I enjoyed my experience at this spa for a pedicure. The manager/owner seemed kind and friendly and there seemed to be good morale among the employees, unlike some I’ve been to where there was a loud, obnoxious, condescending “boss” which made me feel uncomfortable and sorry for the employees. I will definitely come back to Pearl Nails. I received a beautiful, relaxing, and and long lasting pedicure.

Thuy did a great job on my full set. She didn’t rush but didn’t take forever. Very pleased! My only complaint is it was very hard to hear what she was saying a lot of the time but ya know gotta wear those masks lol.

This place was great! The staff was super friendly, they did a great job on my toes and the conversation was nice. I will definitely be back.

Ok, I admit it, Im a male and like getting pedicures. My wife talked me into coming to Pearl and we schedule appointments together. If youre a man and never had a pedicure, my advice is to try it once. Your feet (and your wife/girlfriend/partner) will very much appreciate it.

Nancy did my pedicure and she did the best job ever! My sister also got a pedicure done by someone else and she loved them. My toes look exactly like the picture I wanted! Really cool comfortable relaxed vibe in the salon very friendly staff.

I booked with Trisha this was my first time coming here. She was super kind and so was the rest of the staff. Nails are on point.Love it here will definitely be coming back BOOK ONLINE!!! If not wait may be long. Book ahead of time slots fill up fast !

I don’t know if my girl was new but she royally messed up my nails. They’re so short might as well not have acrylics on, then took a chunk of my skin off. My nails are completely uneven, there’s pieces of acrylic hanging under my nail as well. The polish is bubbled, doesn’t even cover the full nail and when she did the “artwork” using a magnet she couldn’t even do that. Overall completely disappointing and will not be back. Going to get a brand new set elsewhere.

Had such a great experience here! All the girls were very friendly, Nancy did my nails.. she’s super gentle and efficient, I love them! Clean, professional and pricing is great. Definitely found my new nail place, best part is that you can make appointments online!

I had Nancy as my technician and she was amazing, staff is super friendly and the place is so clean, 10/10 would recommend this place, they are waaay better than the other places/people that I’ve tried. I think I found my regular nail salon now and would definitely come back here.

Ive been here a total of 2 times. The first time I had to go back because they didnt cure my nails long enough and they started leaking gel polish. The second time I went, just a few days ago I got a fill and got rhinestones done and 6 of them have already fallen off. This is not the quality that I paid for. I will not be coming back.

Was left sitting in the lobby as technicians took walk in clients. my appt was at 1 and I had to ask when was I going to get seated, ( 2:00pm). As my family was getting pedicures the technician left us to help another walk in client, and once again I was left sitting and waiting for walk in clients ahead of my appt....I will not be back...Im very unsatisfied with the customer service.

Worst experience don’t care about time told me it will take 30 minutes to do my nails and took 2 hours 👎
