I was kind of disappointed in my nails as there are streaks and has bubbles and the shape of my pinky and the finger with the ring look off. I was charged $50 for a basic acrylic set and a plain color when Ive been to multiple salons with the same color and shape and only get charged $35. For what I got Id say $50 was definitely not worth it.

I originally went for a fill that was a complete failure so I returned to fix them . I was advised that it’s time to change out my nails I agreed which cost me an additional $30.00 on top of the $33.00 I spent earlier . I am not picky with my nails but this is completely unprofessional after now paying a total of $63.00 . Will never return this is not the first time either it’s just my first time actually doing a review .

Great experience every time I come here. Theres also rarely a wait. I always call before hand just in case, but they do walk-ins and get to me right away. Never feel rushed and they always do a fantastic job. The receptionist, Mike, is very welcoming as well!

I walked in on a Saturday morning and they were extremely busy, but were still able to get me in. My nails came out gorgeous I couldn’t be more pleased.

Lucy is amazing. It had been way too long for my feet and it was an amazing pedicure. She took her time, made sure that I was comfortable, and that I liked everything. The music was relaxing, the chairs are new and comfortable. It’s a pleasant environment at Vogue. You feel welcome and cared for every time.

I love going here for pedicures. Plus they do a great job with a larger staff always going in rotation so that an appointment or walk-ins can be met in a timely manner!

I had another wonderful experience at Vogue Nails today.

Jackie is my go to girl, I dont go to anyone else for dip nails. she does a wonderful job shes so professional and gentle, place is always clean and comfortable they have a variety of colors to choose from love this place.

Most of their nail techs are pretty good. My mom and I LOOOOOVE Kevin ❤️ Every once in a while, youll get somebody who rushes through a set and maybe is a little too rough but overall its a good salon.

My nails shape wasn’t how i wanted. and ones crooked. and there’s a big cut on my finger. and 2 other small ones.

I always am happy with the job they do at Vogue! Rose was my technician today, and she was great!

I took in a picture of what I wanted, did not get what I was told they could do. Then to add to my disappointment I had two nails break exactly one week later. Ill be looking else where.

I made a pedicure appointment for 2 and we both got sat immediately, I had a young man start on me just for them to take him away because somebody requested him (after already starting on me) then my mother sat there for 20 minutes as several people got sat and worked on and not a single soul came and spoke to her to let her know they were going to start soon. we won’t be coming back!

Had gel nails done for $30 but the lady who did it ended up cutting into me and making me bleed due to how fast she was trimming it.

The lady who did my nail was rude and didn’t clean my nails, rushing to finish, and charge me $68,

Kong was so good at doing my nails just the way I like them. All of them were very nice.

I love Helen, the nail tech! She is funny, passionate, caring and knowledgeable of her craft/ art. The salon has many colors to choose from, clean and the front desk is very nice. I never feel I am bothering them.

This is the worst place to ever go they are overpriced ant there were roaches everywhere ABSOULUTELY DISGUSTING NEVER GO HERE THERE WAS A DEAD MOUSE IN THE CORNER AND NO ONE WAS WEARING A MASK

It was okay. I just got a regular spa pedi, and the work was mediocre for the price ($28). It was supposed to come with some basic foot scrub but she barely spent a few seconds doing so, and didn’t scrub the entire sole of my feet (didn’t even touch the heel). I’ve had much better service for less. I gave the service three stars for doing at least a decent job cleaning my nails, but will definitely rather go somewhere else for spa pedicure that’s actually worth the price.

I have never had a bad experience. I choose to have dipping mani and there are Hundreds of different colors. And when I have a pedicure I have the gel nails and paraffin wax dip. Pure heaven.

I have gone twice so far. I loved it the first time(a woman did them). 2nd time it was a guy and he was rude and did a horrible job and smelled like cigarettes. I will stick to the lady.. update..i just noticed that both times i went to this place, one or two nails broke. never had this problem at my last nail place. their quality is not good, my nails were lifted after only a few days this time.

I just went to get a gel removal and regular polish manicure. Some of the polish hit the desk and I needed it fixed and the man at the front state they were busy and gave me the polish the woman used on me and said I could do it myself. I will not be returning, very unprofessional. I now am just going to repaint my nails at home. Very disappointed.

I always enjoy my visit to Vogue. I like the way they treat me and my girls when I go. I like how they remember their customers by name, I like how to Vogue its more than just making a sale. The treatment is awesome. The welcoming is great. The service is outstanding. Im happy everytime I leave Vogue. Thanks Michael your great! 😊

Vogue Nails & Spa is my favorite Spa around. This is the first spa that I felt welcomed and not just another customer. Mike is the key to feeling welcome. My Mani / Pedi yesterday was amazing. It had a resort felling experience. Thanks Mike and team for the experience. BTW - Van was amazing.

The staff is always super curteous and friendly. I’m always satisfied with the service I receive and if it’s not exactly what I want, they’ll make it right. Lucy is the best!! I’ve had many of their staff work on me but I always ask for her. I’m pretty particular and everyone pays attention to detail.

I did a walk in and got jackie. She is very gentle, is fast but takes her time to make acrylics perfect. The front service is responsive and very polite, and the prices you cant beat for the quality, care, and location. Highly recommended!

I was a walk-in and wanted to get my week old acrylics off because of work. They didnt want to hurt me so they recommended cutting them down and doing natural instead but Bih who did my nails was awesome and gave it a shot. I got my nails removed and repainted in 38minutes. It was great service and when Im in the area Ill be back. I definitely recommend!

Vogue Nails is the best nail salon I have found! Michael (at the front desk) is the best host. I make appointments at a moments notice or just walk in and never wait more than 5 minutes if that. I go for the gel nails and am always happy. And if I have any problems I talk to Michael and its worked out. They have early hours on the weekends so I am in and out and on my way to my next errand. Oh and there is an ATM in the shop :)

I was seen quickly as a walk-in and I was able to bring pictures to give the nail tech an idea of what I wanted. He was very accommodating and did a fantastic job!

I came in as a walk in 30 mins before closing, I didnt realize they closed at 7, I should have checked before hand! However, even in those circumstances Kong didnt rush through my nails and even fixed the shape from my previous nail salon. They even stayed 30 mins past closing to finish, which I highly appreciate!I will definitely be coming here from now on.

I went in a week ago for an acrylic fill with gel chrome and after one day the chrome glitter was chipping! So I touched it up with my own nail polish but by the end of the week every nail had chipped and looked HORRIBLE! I went in today and they were going to charge me to fix them...for their mistake! I am horribly disappointed in the customer service because my acrylic looked fabulous, I just wish they had taken some accountability for a cheap polish job that didnt last.

The wait is a little long sometimes even if you have an appointment, and some of the techs are better than others. The prices are pretty good though, its clean, and I like it better than comparable places in the area.

After being treated poorly by the salon across the street, I contacted Vouge and the manager was very nice on the phone and said he would see us for 3 pedis right away. It is a busy Saturday afternoon and they accommodated all three of our pedis as soon as we walked in the door! The techs made our toes look summer ready! We will be back VN! Favorite place to go for my manis and pedis. Kevin does the best acrylic nails. I like Mimi for the rest! They usually have immediate availability but I recommend calling ahead.

Horrible place for Mani and pedi. They made me bleed then all they kept saying was Im Soo sorry, Soo sorry. Then I got an infection because they dont clean their tools and had to get antibiotics. I will never go here again, and honestly want to do harm to the guy who did this.

I guess my guys name was kevin. He smelled like cigarettes, was very rough while filing my nails it hurts, nails werebt even shaped right and ive had them a week and theyre all lifted. I havent dine anything to cause them to lift so fast.

First time and last time here. I got a manicure with my sister mine took only 20 mins.... my sister got the same thing hers took 45 mins.. the lady cut my nails way too short and it was l crooked... she didnt even file my nails nicely either.. I told her she said Ill fix it, Im not done. she said something about me to her coworker. I know because I speak Vietnamese but they didnt know that.. I didnt want to make a big deal since my sister and daughter was with me. When she finished I told her she didnt put the gel polish evenly on some of my fingernails. She ignored me and gave me my bill. Some of the color was dark and some light on some spots on my nails. I went to pay and I told the man at the front to look at my nails and he said oh they r perfect. I said she didnt didnt paint my nails evenly. He said no they look fine. The manicurist comes over and she asked whats wrong? I showed her and she said go sit Ill do it again.. at this point, she rolled her eyes walked to her table the man said it looks fine.. I said no,I rather not I need to leave. Then the man said ok, then u can pay now....

Ive been going to this place about 3 years and its always been a pleasure the last time I went my nails looked horrible when I left and today when I went back my pedicure was great by randy but when the lady did my nails she was very rough very rude and unfriendly no conversation and very pushy and perstince on me picking my color and my nails are all different lengths when I get my nails done I want to be able to relax and enjoy but today I couldnt because she wanted to rush me outta there and my nails still look horrible I will not be coming back and being treated like that when I pay a lot of money for them to look like crap!

4 of us called for walk in and were all able to be seated together as soon as we got there 5 minutes later. Beautiful decor and reasonably priced.

TERRIBLE customer service! My mom and I went in for a pedicure and the nail tech hurt my moms foot--her toes bruised below the nail, and the tech tried to cover it up. That night my moms feet were throbbing and really red. She reached down to touch them, and her pedicure came off right across those same bruised spots (the rest of those toes and all of the other toes were still in perfect shape). When we went back in, the owner (I believe his name is Tom) was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. Not only did he not apologize, but he cut us off every time we tried to speak, told us to Be quiet and listen to me and was overall very condescending. Though the nail art was great and Im sure that the tech didnt intentionally hurt my moms foot, the owners rudeness is inexcusable. I wouldnt recommend this place, and hope that people will think twice before going in based on our experience.
