Came here to get a pedicure. I was a walk in and had no problem getting a pedicure without having to wait. They do close at 730 p.m not 830. They did a great job on my nails, painted great and very quickly.Im giving 4 stars because of the small things. When I sat in my chair no one assisted me in turning on the massage feature and they didnt give me the control for it. I had to reach over to a small tabe where it was lying to turn it on, it wasnt connected to the chair like usual. The water was a bit cold when she put my feet in. It was nothing major. The pedicure went really fast, which I was a little sad about because its nice to be pampered. But I get it, its a business. She did do a great job and gave a lot of attention to massaging my legs, feet and giving them a good scrub with the loofah. The prices are very affordable. A pedi starts at 25 and a gel pedi at 35. The exfoliating and scrub are included which is amazing! I will be going back for a budget friendly pedi. Thank you.

One of the manicurist there recreated a set of nails that were inspired by Billie Eilish for me and she did a superb job. I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend. They are all professionals and equally do a lovely job. 😄👍❤

This is my first time going to a nail place in years! I don’t know my proper terms. I said manicure instead of full set and the lady attending me got upset because because I used wrong term and raised her voice at me. She sighed rolled her eyes and gave me attitude. I told her that’s not how you talk to a customer and walked out. She never apologized or anything just said “fine fine go.” She could have told me in a nicer way for my mistake that I did apologize for. I walked out I will not be disrespected for a service. Will not recommend this place or go ever again.

Was meeting with one of my friends there, I was treated rudely while them not knowing my friend was already getting a manicure. They told me they where booked and also said that their clients sit outside. When I left and went to go to another salon other people went in and got received okay also sat in the salon while they waited. It was the worst experience I have ever had from a salon. I wouldn’t recommend. I know they have the right to refuse service from someone but they could of told me they didn’t want to help me with my manicure not be rude about it and lie.

The service was very nice. Staff is friendly. I came in 45 min earlier than my appointment and was still seated immediately. I got a full set of acrylic nails with a slight almond shape and gel polish ($40). The atmosphere was nice. The owner did have to run around a bit taking care of other customers while doing my nails. That wasnt an issue, I was still taken care of in a timely manner.The only reason its not a full 5 stars is due to my nails being slightly chunky from the sides and a bit uneven in the curve of the nail. The nails also started to hurt badly 2 hours after and are sensitive to touch. Not sure if due to over filing, nail application, or etc. Still the nails are quiet nice, the color is nice, and I wouldnt be upset showing my nails to others.

First time here. Lady rushed my pedicure, kept being rough... I had to tell her ouch and pull my foot back 3 times. The last time she cut me and had to put the green antibacterial gel to make it stop bleeding. I got the green tea pedicure which was supposed to be more relaxing and detoxing and of course cost more money! She rushed every part of it, I couldnt relax. Her massage, her hands were moving so fast... I was irritated.. NOT going back.

Wow wow wow!! I love this place. This was my first time ever getting my nails done and on top of that trying acrylics. The young gentleman was so nice, professional, and quick! I paid only $35 and that was beyond a steal. You can’t ask for better work or pricing from anywhere else in town. I live in Santa Cruz and from now on I will always get my nails done here when I come back to visit family.

The staff is super friendly and the shop is very clean and organized. Two spa pedicures with exfoliating massage, oil, gel and french tips came out to $80.

Called to see if there was an opening they said come on in. Got there and they acted like they had no idea I was coming, waited 10 minutes and no one showed up to do my nails. I’ve come here twice and both times have been unprofessional.

This place is amazing! Thang and his mom are the best! His mom Is so nice and knows what she is doing. Thang takes his time with nails to be on point. They are honestly the best I’ve never had a problem with their service & they are super clean* which really is a must for me.

All the Nail Artists are super friendly! I personally, always get my nails done by Thang and he never fails me. I was never a fan of anything but French tip acrylic nails and because of his work, I have begun to be more creative with them. He ALWAYS does such an exceptional job! If I were to recommend a nail salon it would DN Nails!

Took me a long time to decide on which place to go. I decided to go with D.N nails because of location! I was able to book an appt the same day! Im really glad I did! Mary did my pedicure and Trang did my Matte gel manicure. Both did a good job and took their time. The owner understood what I wanted and was very friendly.

The young guy sit at the last table in the corner did an amazing job on my fullset, I forgot to ask for his name but I would highly recommend him to do acrylic nails !! Go ask for him and I would definitely comeback again with this young guy!!!

Mani/pedi:For the place being busy when I arrived they greeted me and sat me down right away to get started on my pedicure. It was very relaxing. I also recieved acrylic gel set. This was done quickly and professionally. Great place would definetly come back

Nails starting chipping within a day. Women were nice but could communicate with them. Came here thinking Id see the man but he wasnt there that day because he did an amazing job the last time. Massage chair was broken but she didnt understand. Highly disappointed and will not come back.

Just got a manicure with Mary. Extremely polite Vietnamese lady did my nails. Probably the best manicure I’ve ever had. She speaks perfect English.Very clean shop. Very affordable rates. My new go-to salon. Conveniently located with good parking.Ps. I am a senior male, she treated me with the utmost respect.

This salon is kinda hard to find, its hidden in a corner between Ross and Avenue. Take your time to find the right nails salon and I guarantee they do really great job!!! I love this place!! Will definitely be back here.

Got to the store at 7:40pm the lady told me they were closed. I said your advertised hours are until 8:30pm, those are the hours online and posted outside the door. She said she was the only one left in the store and she wasnt going to be able to do my daughters nails. Maybe your hours should say closing at 8pm if that is going to be what time you close. Very poor customer service.Updated: In response to your rude response. As the owner I would expect that you would want business. Yes she was with a client, I understand that. I did not expect her to stop what she was doing and do my daughters nails but I was at your store almost an hour before it closed and I was turned away. That is what i call poor customer service. I went to another nail salon who advertises closing at 730 and got there close to 750 and was still seen and serviced. Thats wonderful customer service. They go above and beyond for their customers, you should take notes. That is why she got a 10 dollar tip and you lost business. For a company that is based on customer service you sure fail at it.

I love my nails! Thang did an AWESOME job. I was impressed with his attention to detail, and they turned out great. He took his time and made sure they were great because he wanted me to happy with the outcome. Everyone their was really friendly, and seemed like they love what they do. They are hidden in the corner of a complex so if you dont get the address it is not a place you would see passing by. I will deffinitely be coming back! Thanks for doing an awesome job! 5 stars in my book! :)

This place is awesome! First time here and it was clean, and they were super nice. The massage chairs are pretty amazing too. The work is very professional and they are fast but very efficient. This will be my place to come to from now on!

My sister and I came here last minute to get ready for her wedding. They were able to get us in. They did a great job. Very reasonably priced for the quality of work. Theyre open later than a lot of places. If youre looking for a spot, try here, you wont be disappointed!

I showed up late at 7:45 expecting to be turned away since they do close st 8:30 but they had me wait until they were done with their client. While waiting, my husband got his first manicureand pedicure, which he loved! The little lady helping him, had me sit next to him, had me kick up my feet and relax, it was nice! When the guy got to me, he was friendly, talkative and inviting. He did a beautiful job and gave honest suggestions to improve my requests. He paid attention to detail and even though the shop was closed, he took his time and did a great job! Definitely going back, my husband and I!

I got the close to closing time but they didn’t turn me away I was able to get a full set and pedi as well. The staff was really nice and welcoming. This place was so sweet! The service was fast and I am so happy with my nails! The person who did my nails was kind and gentle and thorough. They even massaged my hands and part of my arms with oil at the end! Totally would recommend.

I’m not sure how this place has good reviews because our experience here was AWFUL!! 3 of us went and the man there was kind BUT the lady was absolutely rude and to the point of aggressive! I don’t know if she felt we came late or was just not in the mood for 3 sets. Whatever the reason...if you’re not in the mood don’t accept a client and be done with it.
