My mom has been coming here for years and I was so happy to finally try it out. There are 3 people who are amazing that we always go to, so Im not sure how the other manicurists are. The inside is pretty basic looking and even when we have an appointment we have had to wait 20 min-1 hr to be seen. This is the main reason for the 4 stars. I have loved my nails every time Ive been here. My nail art is usually done perfectly and I leave feeling so happy!

Very very disappointed!I come here often and usually am happy but this time I am not.I usually get a full set and love it and pay about $60-$65 but today I got a manicure with gel polish and HATE IT.Immediately started to chip, lines are uneven, spotty, and over all hate the color.I think for $57 this is way over priced and honestly won’t be coming back any time soon.I think at MOST these should have been $45 the only “extra” thing I had was a simple collagen mask.Very upset with this today.

My daughter, son and I was seen right away. Its been awhile since I have pampered myself and I exsperianced a friendly, and relaxing time. We all enjoyed there services. Thank you

I came in with the memories of a great nail spot pre-Covid. I made an appointment for two in advance. They sat my husband and I in the very back 2 chairs with tattered, falling apart headrests. They timed the pedicures, my husband’s was full massage for the entire time. I ordered the gel pedicure so it costed a bit more. The manicurist set the timer and went back to painting my nails and putting them under the gel light while the massage timer was going. Then she went to gather her items and hot rocks and then started massaging. I maybe got about a min of massage. That was over and they tried to shoo us out. I reminded her of the fill needed still. So they sat me at the interim manager’s desk. She was so busy on her phone texting and directing traffic that she didn’t notice the poor job done with her lining of color on the tips of my nails. She also rushed me to wash and cash out. When I washed I checked my nails, they were bad bad. Paint in the pink parts, (colored French tips) and really didn’t match the nail bed. This makes them look stubby and fat. Really not pleased with the $128 I just spent. They never offered a water or any of the service they used to. Really sad.

Jen is the worst person to deal with! My girlfriend recently got her nails done there and they did a horrible job! When she asked they be fixed Jen said they looked fine and told her she needed to pay for a full set of she wanted them fixed. Jen argued with her and had the worst attitude. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!I would recommend Tao Nails. Rosa is way better and provides excellent service without the attitude.

Never again will I go there. I showed the guy who was cleaning my nails a picture of a pedi I wanted to do on my nails. He said pick the colors. I assumed that meant he was able to do it. This is what I ended up with!! By far the worse place I have ever been. They jus try to rush you out they really dont put much effort on doing pedis they just want you in and out!! I really wanted that marvel look on my white nails. My nail that was painted black had a few bubbles... This place had a lot of people inside it didnt seem like they have a capacity...

I had an awesome experience the workers are friendly courteous and have a way of making you feel relaxed while getting a pedicure they have massaging chairs and I would recommend this place.

I was never a fan of nail salons, (I’ve only ever been twice before them about 3 years ago) they would always file my skin to the point of bleeding and it really traumatized me. One day, I finally decided to try again and found this gem Been here only twice and they’ve changed my ways. I called ahead of time for walk-ins so thankfully they weren’t busy and was seen right away. She finished within 20minutes. I’ll only be going here for now on. I loooove my nails!

Only one lady in the whole salon was nice (who did my nails)although my fingers were burning from the product all over me. The lady who did my toes cut me and didnt even acknowledge me when I said ow and was bleeding the entire time. I went with my friend and her daughter and they royally messed up her nails, refused to fix them the next day when we had called and asked for them to be fixed because we didnt have the time the night before. The lady who did her daughters nails seemed extremely irritated to be doing her nails and they over charged us on top of it all. Wouldnt recommend it unless youre willing to gamble getting someone good and dont mind bleeding and burning

Horrible horrible experience, it was my moms birthday and I brought her te get a pedicure and they hurt her nails trying to clean around them, they were too rough and at the end of everything they gave us a service we did not ask for and even color we did not ask for. I mainly went to get all my dead skin off because since I got pregnant I didnt get it treated and the lady didnt even scrub my feet. At the end they gave me two different prices and over priced me for three services we did not ask for. Extremely do not recommend!!!!!.

Not necessarily a place where you should go if you have tender fingers, the lady literally ripped my acrylic off with clippers and a nail tip. (She was nice and pleasant, but, it did hurt!) The dip powder nails did come out very, very nice, but, it hasnt been 2 weeks and my nails already cracked. I will return, I did like the end result, Ill just ask for thicker nails or more powder coats next time, and hope they last longer.

At first I was just going to take it as a loss and just go somewhere else, but the fact that my nail already snapped and it’s been all of TWO days I’m so done with that place if you want to get your nails done do not go here. I even had a picture I brought in and they still did it wrong

I took me and my daughter here to get our nails done and they charged us more than they should of, also they did not paint the sides or my nails, the nails were crooked,

Today, earlier in the morning towards afternoon, I got a gel pedicure and wanted it square shaped but the lady who did them literally just filed them not even straight, but more like slanted and the sides was not even filed. I had to come home and fix them myself. This place was good before, but I dont know what happened. They need to train their employees to put in more effort and not just get it done fast and over with. Most likely will not come here again.

I got a pedicure and acrylic, the lady who did my pedicure was super nice and so was the guy who did my nails at first was super nice but even tho I showed him a picture and explained to him what I wanted twice he messed up and the lady who fixed them seemed like she was mad at me for her associate messing up, even tho it took an hour extra for them to file my bail back down and redo them I was ok with the wait but when the guy was filing my nail he cut me 3 times and was really ruff with the nail file. At the end they should have waived some type of cost like 20% off or something for them hurting me and messing up on my nails and in the end they did not even look that great. Really upset with them I am definitely not coming here again do not recommend!

Very nice and professional! They have great shape and if you show them a picture of what you want they will litterally look like identical to the picture. Great service and they gave me a lotion after I paid and said Merry Christmas ❤️❤️❤️

Some of the staff were friendly, I feel like they over charged me. I paid for my mom and me both to get pedicures and we both got gel and we walked out with me paying 100$ for just 2 pedicures... and its been maybe a week and the polish is beginning to chip ALREADY! so Im not sure if they actually used gel or not because Ive never had this issue before.Very clean place tho just felt over charged and not that impressed with the work on top of it. And Im not one to complain.

Fungus after 2 days. Never going back. Need to call health inspecto r . I will call they need to be inspected especially now during COVID/DELTA. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.

These are my wedding nails and honestly I will never ever come here again. His method of taking off acrylic nails are aggressive and extremely damaging to my nail beds. He did not sand them down like you are suppose to but instead ripped them using clippers and the sharp edge of a glue on nail piece. He even said to me “most people are scared of this part” well yeah I wonder why maybe it’s because you’re ripping their nails out! He also did not give me what I want. I asked for short coffin nails instead he made them some of the longest, thickest nails I’ve ever had. I asked for an ombré with glitter tips instead he gave me pink/orange. I am getting married this week and these are my wedding nails. I’m not happy nor will I ever come anywhere near this place. The first photo is what I wanted. The second is what I got. I wanted them shorter he said he is going to make my fingers thin by having them longer as well as “the picture is long so I make it long” I picked out white dip powder but he insisted that pink was better. I said it looks orange and that the nails are crazy but he said “don’t say that my friend”. Normally I wouldn’t care but these are my wedding nails. As you can see I wanted a classy white and instead I have orange. I also got charged a $25 extra service fee which is crazy to me. I made a mistake to try this place 3 days before my wedding and I can’t take back what is done but I warn whoever is reading this to save their money and go elsewhere!

Was clean and a lot of room, but my nail job was terrible. I had my nails dipped, it was thin, nails were crooked and see through, with the polish. Next day it had already cracked. I went there only because it was nearby after work. I actually went home and polished over it with a dark color till I go back to Luckys Nail and spa. They did a great job.

I got my nails and eyebrows waxed. My nails were fine except excepton one with weird shape. But the girl burnt my eyes because wax was too hot. Then took a strip out of my eyebrows. So I look pretty crazy and my eyes are hurting today. So be careful about getting a wax there.

Loved the pedicure the lady gave me, hate the nails the guy did for me. The shape is terrible, nails are slanted and they’re flat. My nails look disgusting.Same day UPDATE: I went back VIP nails to get them removed or fixed. Jen fixed my nails and they now look how they should’ve the first time. The nails are cute now but shorter (since the guy did one hand shorter than the other) Jen did a good job, I recommend asking for her directly or take a gamble. After she fixed my nails she kindly brought up my original review and asked for me to update.

In mid May I went in here on my birthday in need of a full set, and luckily it wasnt busy so I got seated right away. I told the man what I wanted and I showed him pictures. It started out ok but he was messy and as he was finishing I noticed a lot of things that were wrong... The nails werent filled to the cuticle nor were they filled all the way on the sides of my nails either. So they looked like fake store bought nails that were the incorrect size... the foil wasnt laid on smoothly so it rubbed off very fast and looked trashy. One of my finger nails was going too far to the right and it looked so bad and when I asked if he could fix it, he filed it to the left and it did nothing but make it worse. They looked grown out within like a week and a half which should not happen. I would just save your money and time when it comes to this place its not worth it. The pictures I took look good, but if you saw in person youd agree with me...

Took my mom for a pedi for her bday and she really loved it, but it was expensive

Had to wait for an hour. And the lady was great until she made my toe bleed. Other then the long wait and bleeding toe. It was ok.

Normally I love going here to have pedicures done so I thought the would be good with the nails but I went in and had fill done and gel polish. However everything was good accept my polish. I went in 2x and still same problem which was the polish peeled off. I just ended up polish them myself. I paid $50 for nothing is how I feel which sucks because they were my go to shop but not anymore unfortunately.

The price for a pedicure is not bad. But the actual pedicure was done horribly. I feel like he rushed through my pedicure. My nails are painted unevenly and have bubbles. My toe nails are also cut unevenly. Definitely will not be coming back...

My nails turned out really cute. It was my first time here and Steve did a nice job on my ombre fill. They have different color powders, chrome effects, etc. I liked the different options. The location is also clean and looks nice inside.

I absolutely adore Linda, shes the only one I like there. The owners are rude and very bossy. If it wasnt for Linda I would not go back.

I was told that I would pay $40 for full set square shape nails and it came out to $45 and my nails look so bad. They are not shaped at all, are so fat. Please trust me when I say they are Horrible! You will never see me here again. This is not the first time this has happened. Very rushed through. These will not even last on me!😡🤬

I got the 62 dollar pedicure with a tropical flower design today. It was amazing. It was expensive but the lady doing my pedicure could have taken all my money with the effort she put in. I am so appreciative, thank you so so much!To top it off my nails look beautiful!! I had already gotten a similar priced pedicure earlier this month and it did not compare. She shaped my nails so nicely and they look completely different.

I got full set done from Lyn. She was very very rude. She did my nails that look ugly and not clean at all. I told her to round off the sharp corners. But she did not do it. I would never go to her again.

I am warning you! do not go to that salon they messed me up in so many ways I mean it looks like a high-quality salon but me paying $60 for my nails is unnecessary when my nails are ruined.

I came here once about a year ago and was sure i wouldn’t be back. This is a beautiful place and they clearly have spared no expense keeping it well stocked not to mention top of the line equipment. Very nice atmosphere. The girl i had my first visit was very slow so i was there for 2 1/2 hours for a nail fill and there was ZERO communication. The girl i had today was Tracy and she was great. my nails are beautiful, she was pleasant and i was only there little more than an hour. I will definitely be back. It was a little cold inside and could stand some heat this time of year. Can’t have it all. 😊

I asked the woman how much for a full set she tells me 45$ ok not bad by the time she was done it was 70$ 5$ to cut the nail 5$ for shaping your nail 10$ 1 finger design and paint..... nope never again

The manicurist was nice but unfortunately my gel manicure started chipping and fading 2 days later. My nails started to lift as well. Im dissapointed i spent $50 for my nails to look horrid :( now i have to go somewhere else to spend more money to fix it :(

My nails were a mess but this was the worseFull set and polish I have ever had in 15 yrs.Toes and nails were $81 with gel polish and I will have to repair the damage. Very thick looking, white product and polish left all over. Very messy looking and nails/tips point upwardon half the nails and look ok on others. He blamed the look on the condition of my nails. As I said I have had great results with worse looking nails over the years. No excuse for the mess I am stuck with.

I tried this place out for the first time and I am so happy I came here! I have found my new nail place! The place is so clean and organized and has many beautiful color options! I had Linda do my pedicure and she was amazing!

Been trying to look for a good nail place and finally found one! I went through the reviews and seen a bunch of good ones and now I know why. The inside of the salon is very pretty and clean! They have a great variety of colors and powders. Steven did my nails and they came out super beautiful!! I showed him a picture of the nails I wanted and he did them almost exactly how it looked. The color was off a little but obviously you cant always find the EXACT same color. I love staring at them! Cant wait to go back for a fill. Steven is very talented

Fast and everyone’s nice!

Got a delux pedicure includes 7 minutes of massage I got about 3 minutes, pants not rolled back down, & shoes not out back on.When I went to pay I informed them of the situation. They asked the staff that did my pedi and he lied about setting the timer and still made me pay for a $44 delux with gel.

It was my first time here and it’s super nice inside! Everything looks so clean and more elegant than other nails salons. I had Gabriel and he did such an amazing job! I had a great conversation with him which made time go by so fast! I have a thing for thick nails and he did an amazing job at making it thin but yet strong enough!

5 Star experience! Steven is awesome! Took extra time to make sure my nails were just how I liked them. He had great suggestions and was really funny. Very clean business with lots of talented people.

I paid $60 for a full set of gel and acrylic with small design on my ring finger. First off, the lady didn’t even pay attention to my design and made a mistake. So she had to fix it. Next, the lady burned me twice while shaving my nail bed. Lastly, she rushed on my ring finger design. 🙄🙄🙄

Ladies were absolutely wonderful

Their set up is very fancy and classy which I enjoyed. However, when my sister was getting her nails done she asked for glow in the dark which they charged her $45 and they could not get it right and kept coming out matte when paying they charged her $50 for nails that THEY could not get right but because it was matte they charged her an extra $5 which is not much but they treated her unprofessional and the lady that did them kept giving her attitude. WHY WOULD SHE PAY AN EXTRA $5 WHEN AT FIRST SHE DID NOT ASK FOR MATTE AND THEIR ATTITUDE WAS TRASH. Never coming here again !!!

TERRIBLE!! My wife and I made an appointment which didn’t seem to matter . We were waiting and waiting just to have my wife get a mediocre pedicure with a oversize nail extension that she asked to get reduced multiple times . And she was given an upgraded service we did not ask for at our expense . This was for our anniversary and they ruined our day off together . Save your time and money .

I went to see what the hype was all about. Not gonna lie, they done a beautiful job on my nails and also my sisters nails. I showed them what i wanted and the stuff they have were to big for my nail shape so they came up with something better. Definitely going back.

This is a place where you will get a class treatment. The staff is so very attentive and they remember ever client by name. Also the services the offer will use the latest and most popular products. The shops cleanliness is up to code. The design really set the mood of the salon. The class of customers come first is a must and you can tell they work hard at making sure that happens. If your of age your offer beverage while your getting it done. Total professionalism is what you’ll get granted and guaranteed is a must. Calm relaxed and caters for from time you walk-in til you leave.

Very bad customer service.They were very rude to us, always talking in their our language.I feel like they were talking about us all the time. The lady who was doing my mom, was not understanding english and kept talking in her own language.When I asked for the manager, the lady told me she is the manager.I was so amazed to know that she was the manager.She didn’t even have smile on her face. Then I asked her for owner phone number she refused to give me the phone number. Only male staff was nice. Never going back.

None of the equipment was sanitized. They used old nail files. I had to request a new file which they did but whenever going to a salon for any nail service everything should be clean and sanitized with our without covid. Shouldnt have to request new files they are supposed to be given to the customer or tossed in the trash after each client.

I was a walk-in and was seated right away! Lin did my nails and she was amazing! Fast, efficient, and made sure I was happy with everything. Best experience ever! I will be going back.

This was a spur of the moment visit. The facility is near work, so I stopped in on my lunch hour. Its very clean. The staff is very professional, and polite. The deluxe pedicure was amazing. I was offered a drink (they offer wine, soda, or water.I will definitely go back to this place very soon! I was back at work within an hour, still had time for a snack.

I just went in a few minutes ago and I got a refill. It was such a horrible job. They left nail polish all over inside and outside my nail. I am so upset. They still charged me 35 even after I told Jen how bad it was. It looks like a kid them. I had always gone there. Jen does a good job, but there is other workers that don’t. Never want to go back there. They should have never charged me. Quality of nails horrible. Professionalism horrible. I posted pictures. They appear under latest pictures. They are so bad. They are the olive green and yellow ones. You will be able to tell which ones they are right away.

Steven was GREAT! I love my gel manicure. I usually dont do my nails, just a pedicure. Steven was extremely nice and did a great job. As I was there, I overheard other staff giving other clients advice to do at home as well, not just saying they should come back, to get business. I also LOVE that they had small chairs for the little ones! I will be back and ill be taking my step daughters.

I paid 60 for a set of nails was not even what I asked for. Not only that she cut me and it is a deep cut on my pinky. When she was done she got her stuff got up and left, I had to ask another lady if she was finished... she worked on my nails for two hours and it’s not how I wanted.

First time here Good pedi but my nails were way to sharp I think I over payed for the job I got done he was such in a hurry to finish besides making me sit and wait a long time. The First Lady that was going to do them looked at my nails and started talking her language and told me sorry and told me to sit in another chair after she had started and got up from her station and walked away would go back for a pedi but that’s about it!!!

I only allow the owner to do my nails because they change stacks so often I’m not confident with the level of service of the newbies and I’ve had to go back and have them work on my nails second and third time

First time customer I love it great customer service I took my 4 year old daughter to get her nails polished and they where very friendly she loved it. I got the ombre acrylic I loved my nails done by Gabriel. Will definitely continue to go back.
