I hired Green planet for a move out carpet clean. I received a text stating the technician was in route to my house after waiting an hour I called the main line and was told to just leave the door unlocked and the technician would be in contact when the job was done. I anticipated a call prior to him leaving so I could deliver payment and approve the work. No call and my carpets were still dirty and no invoice was left. I would had paid more for certain areas that needed extra time. I paid online (I should not have)including a $10 debit/credit fee and called the owner Paul in hopes that he would make it right. He immediately stated yelling at me you should have been there! Ive had my carpets cleaned before and never had to stay.. I have work. Then he yells I will just send you to collections! and hung up.... I already made my payment he didnt even care enough to spend 30 seconds to look into my account and hear my concerns. I called back and was transferred to his VM. I wasted my money and was treated very poorly.. NO NOT USE GREEN PLANET!!
They carry all the cleaning supplies you will need for home and business. Friendly staff and a huge selection of products. Definitely my go to place for cleaning products.
The associate that performed this service was on time, professional and efficient. Our carpets have not look this clean since they were newly installed. He was scheduled for 2 hours and was completed, including cleanup and his equipment put away, in less than an hour and a half. Well done! And the price was fair and equitable for the job. Thanks, Paul. Your crew was great.

Called them for a move-out carpet cleaning. Not only were they able to get me in their schedule on short notice, but they quoted me over $100 less than other companies.After the meeting confirmation, I told Patrick I would message back later with directions to my house, as its not easy to find. I forgot to message him back. I remembered about the appointment 2 hours AFTER it was supposed to start. My partner and I were both at work, so we had left the empty house unlocked. I hadnt received any messages asking for directions or a reconfirmation or something, so I thought they didnt come due to my lack of communication, and I didnt blame them for it. I messaged them asking if they had ANY other time available and apologized for my mistake.No need! He messaged me back saying he found the place and was halfway done. He had no problem waiting for me to pay until we got off work and could inspect the carpets. They kept their end of the deal even though I fell through communication-wise.I cant speak to the longevity of the clean as we were moving out but Patrick was super nice, the carpets looked great, and it was less expensive than other companies.
I am incredibly pleased with the results. Everything from dirt to the nail polish to everything else mysterious in between was cleaned up. Green Planet was recommend to me and I would HIGHLY recommend them to friends and family.

Paul is such a pleasure to work with! Even when I am in a time crunch to have my units cleaned or carpets cleaned, he is able to work wonders! The notifications that I receive when scheduling and at the time of completion makes it so that I can have one less worry. Wonderful company!
Its always a little weird having someone in your home, walking around, up and down stairs, in and out of rooms, etc, etc... I had my carpets cleaned today and of course I was home alone with my daughter (Husband busy with work) and ill just say what we all think Am I safe with another man in my home? Well, if youre using Greeen Planet I will say absolutely! I think this is the third time weve used them and every time their staff is amazing! Today we had Amille. He was extremely professional and respectful. It was such a pleasure to have such a hard working young man know how to keep good eye contact when talking to you, be respectful, give a good handshake... that doesnt happen these days anymore. Treat him well Green Planet. You have a great employee!
I will give a zero star/rating for this company. Poor customer service. After not having their tech arriving on time, I called their main line and the lady receptionist asked me if I want to reschedule. No apology at all. Really? I wasted 40 minutes of my time today waiting for their technician to arrive. Stay away from green planet. Im really disappointed.I was able to call another local company and they accommodated my same day request and the two technicians texted me of their arrival time, showed up on time and my carpet looks very clean after their work. All dirty spots are gone and the best part of their service -- courteous and honest people.
SCAMMERS. The worker that came to clean our house carpet only took half an hour.... I paid $108 for a dirty carpet. We called the manager, Paul, who was rude and racist towards my husbands accent. He refused to reschedule us with a different worker and refund our money. He hung up on me and told me he didnt care if I wrote a bad review. STAY AWAY!!!
Last wk my Mom had her carpets cleaned by Green Planet Carpet Cleaners, it turned out great,a few days later a couple spots came back up, so I called them again and they said well be out to spot clean again no problem. So they did come out and cleaned the spots and her carpet looks beautiful Thank you Daniel for being so kind and helpful.
Scheduled a move out clean. Person showed up and left. Not a single thing clean. Paul has cursed and yelled at me over the phone twice. Refuses to discuss anything, sensibly or not. He wants my credit card number or is threatening legal action.SCAM SCAM SCAM

Last weekend, Green Planet Offered us a coupon for return customers via text. We scheduled an appointment for next saturday 3-4pm and received an automated confirmation shortly after.A few days later (Wednesday, 3 days before our appointment) we received a text that explained our appointment was canceled and had a link to reschedule. We rescheduled via the link provided and got another appointment confirmation back. We responded to that confirmation txt, asking why our original appointment was canceled. They replied with an apology and that it was a system glitch.On Saturday one of their techs comes to our house. We werent expecting anyone, so we havent made the preperations yet on moving furniture and toys off of the ground. We told him the situation and he explained he didnt update his list of clients for the week and we were on the list for the day. We parted ways and told him we will see you tomorrow.Today is now Sunday, the appointment is a 9:30am. All of the furniture and moveable items are either on the bed or in the kitchen. At 9:45am, we get a call from Green Planet with another apology, not for being late, but to tell us we have to reschedule. They told us someone had to go to the hospital. Accidents happen and it sucks, we get it, but we told them we were not satisfied with the service thus far and that we had scheduling issues with them already. No offer or discount for our troubles was made to keep our service, so we told them we are moving on to a more competent business.Could it be an honest mistake? Yes.Are the techs good at cleaning? Last year they did great.Would we deal with them again? No.Would we reccomend them? Not from how we were treated.Did this really happen? We have the screen shots to prove it.
