PHENOMENAL experience! I could not recommend this company and the entire staff I got to work with more highly! Its really hard to find companies that care as much as this company does about your experience and solving the issue at hand.From the moment I called them on a Friday night and spoke with Shirley I knew I was in good hands. She walked me through the entire process of what I needed to do to get a claim number with my insurance company and what steps would be necessary to get them out to our home as soon as possible.I called back late Friday night with my claim number and Frank was at my home the next morning.Frank has been such a pleasure to work with! Always available, answers ALL of our questions (and we had a lot!) and really educates you on the entire process. He has also been indispensable when dealing with our insurance company too. To say we feel grateful he has been managing our job would be an understatement. He is truly awesome at what he does!The crew they sent out were just as great! Martin did an awesome job removing the drywall and insulation, cleaning the area completely out and setting up the machines. He was also a great resource of information too and answered all of our questions about the process!We are incredibly happy and grateful for everything SERVPRO of Clovis has done for us. We HIGHLY recommend this company and would ONLY use this company in the future!!

Person I spoke with when I called said hed have Frank call me. 2 days later, no call. I called to find out why, Frank said was mix up. Frank showed late to house for estimate as well as late for day of service. I paid him promptly for his services yet four promises of right now from him and three days later I still do not have my itemized invoice!! He has broken his word and has audacity to put me off yet again because he is having brunch! Very unprofessional and not dependable!!

Highly recommended. I was out of the house running errands and when I got home my whole living room downstairs was flooded from my toilet overflowing from my niece plugging it with a LEGO block. The carpet in my living room and subflooring in my hall way were soaked, including all of the boarding in my restroom were destroyed. Was the first time I ever had to deal with an flood in my house. And they said the insurance company would pay them. Too make a long story short I was almost sent to collection for 5000 dollars and the money was still at the insurance company. I would not deal with them again. They get one point cause I have to give something.

I can not thank Martin and his crew enough for all the quick reliable work they did on my kitchen small fire, destroying my wall closest to the stove and the roof along with all my cabinets. Thank you again.

I strongly recommend SERVPRO of Clovis, they are great and they know what they are doing. I came home from work to find that my bathroom had been flooded since I left for work. I was so upset. I contacted SERVPRO of Clovis immediately, they were at my home in 30 min. I was able to leave my home to go to my sisters to wait until it was done. Wow, these guys are great, not only did I come home to a flood free home, but it was dry and it smelled really good in my house. I was so relieved.
