Robert explained the whole process before starting the job. He even explained it to my Grandchildren while they asked him 50 questions. My couches and Carpet look amazing, and fresh. My experience with All Clean Chemdry was EXTREMELY amazing. I was concerned that my pet urine stains wouldnt come out of my carpet after being there for some weeks. The smell started getting stronger by the day and had no clue what to do. I got in contact with Robert, he educated me on the solution that he has called PURT. The Pet Urine Removal Treatment and the methods he would have to take to clean the carpet and how the treatment gets up any bacteria from the urine. He also let me know it would be safe for my daughter which was still at toddler at the time. He arrived at my home on a timely manner. He was very friendly to my family, socializing with each of us and interacting with my kids when they had questions about the equipment he was using. He cleaned the carpets and made them look new again, all 7 of the urine stains disappeared. Years later the smell is still gone and he still come every 6 months to a year to clean up any spots that get on my carpet. Hes a real great person. I referred him to my friend last week that had very bad soiled carpets. Robert came out and cleaned his carpets as well. My friend was and is very well pleased with how his carpets look and is happy he took my advice to go with Chemdry instead of steam cleaning his carpets again. He shared with me his carpets look now how they looked when he moved into his place 6 years ago. Robert is very reliable and trustworthy. Robert and his assistant cleaned the carpets in the home we were moving into. They did an evaluation of the carpet needs, applied a treatment for pet odor and scotch guarded the newly cleaned carpets. Robert and his assistant were awesome and very personable.

Robert was right on time. Measured and gave us estimate within 10 minutes. He went right to work and finished our home carpet 1044 sq. Ft.in about 1 1/2 hour. Robert is the absolute best...honest, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. I was getting my house ready to list on the market in a few days. At the last minute I decided to move my cedar chest out of my bedroom after I had already paid for someone else to clean the carpets earlier that week. There were quite the nasty dirt lines where the chest had been on Sunday. Its now Tuesday. The photographers were coming on Wednesday evening. I was panicking. Then I remembered that Robert cleaned my carpets a couple of years before and had been impressed, so I took a chance and called him on Tuesday. He showed up at 7 am on Wednesday and cleaned the traffic areas in the living, dining, and master bedroom in less than an hour. Carpets were brand new again and I wasnt late to work! Thank you Robert, Ill never call anyone else to clean my carpets again!

This company is excellent example of a local owner-operated business that provides personalized service of excellent quality. Robert expertly cleaned my wool rugs, and took extra care with a silk rug that I was worried about. The rugs looked absolutely new, with no running of colors and with a pleasant clean smell. Every single stain was removed and I was able to put them back in the house within an hour. I am so happy, and would not even consider using anyone else.

Robert did a good job, my neighbors have used him many times and he cleaned my leaving room without an appointment because he was next door on a Saturday. ChemDry is the only type of carpet cleaning service I ever use. It does a better job, dries much faster than steam cleaning, and does not leave a residue to attract dirt.
