The lady who cuts my hair came over to our house the other day and, for about the third time, mentioned we should consider carpet cleaning. She recommended Carpet Tech and said they do a great job and are very reasonable. She said she had a 1300 sq ft house cleaned for under $400, and if I wanted just the large living room and master bedroom done, it would be hugely reasonable. I called Carpet Tech that day - Wednesday - and they set an appointment for today (Friday) at 1p. Braden was the technician who came and he was absolutely fantastic. He arrived right on time (unlike the plumber and tire repair crew - yes, I’ve had a day). Braden was a consummate professional, patient, thorough, did not cut corners, let me know all my options and I could not be more pleased. We’ve never had our carpets cleaned before, and when I walked in to the living room to carpet vacuum patterns that rival baseball diamond turf, I was stunned. I told him he is a vacuuming Ninja. He said it was the machine, but there ain’t no machine good enough to do THAT.I agree with my hairdresser that the prices for services are VERY reasonable, and we will be doing our other rooms once my husband’s home in a few days. I’ve moved enough sofas and end tables for this week. Thank you so much, Carpet Tech!

This was amazing service. We just moved into a new home and the carpets started to smell like dog urine after a few days. After the cleaning, the carpets smell and look great. Colby was exceptionally polite and professional. I really liked how fast and professional they were. They clearly respected our home and took the precaution to protect our furniture. Two short notice carpet cleaning requests in less than 90 days, at two different houses. These folks did not disappoint. From taking time to make sure the carpet was clear of debris, to looking out for corners and walls with their equipment. I will definitely utilize them in the future.

Ive used Carpet Tech several times over the years and they are also professional and do an amazing job. My carpets always look fresh and new afterwards. Theyre careful to avoid scuffs by placing several protective casings on furniture and walls which I appreciate greatly. They also try to send the same crew to you so that its a familiar face at your home... I love that about them!

Great quality service! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I was charged double what I was quoted for a house that is less than 1200 square feet. The carpets werent stained and just needed a refresher.
