I’m very disappointed in my appointment. To be clear the staff was very kind and the salon was very clean. I showed a picture several times. During the filing process I asked several times for a more “oval” shape. I left with more of a square nail, not at all like the picture that was shown. There are large gaps in between my natural nail and the “gel tip” like almost as much that food could get stuck. I was so looking forward to trying this “gel x” process. Unfortunately it just wasn’t what I expected.

Absolutely love this place!!! I had never done gel-x before but I can honestly say my nails were amazing. The design looked exactly like the picture I showed!

This place is amazing! Eren and her team never disappoints! I live in the quad cities and have tried to find a place equal to and closer to me to get my nails done and no other place comes close to the quality and customer service that Erens has to offer. Convinced me to do gel x, they feel great ! I didn’t have to wait for my appointment which I really appreciated. The lady that did my nails was awesome and polite. I appreciated her honestly and advice onto switching to gel x vs. acrylic . Definitely will be back!

I went on a recommendation and I loved it. Got the gel extensions and they turned out amazing. Great prices and great service. This is my new go to salon.

I discovered Eren’s nails about two months ago and my nails have never looked better. Eren and her team are so polite and clean. Their work lasts and looks amazing. I have never had so many compliments on my nails. I am doing the Gel-x nails and they are not going anywhere!! I highly recommend Eren’s Nails! Worth the money!!

I sat with a gal named Rosia? She took great care of prepping my nails and cuticles before she applied the Gel X nails, they look natural on my hands!! I was super impressed with the owner and also her son who did a set of press ons all free hand!!!The spa was reasonably priced, they sell adjustable masks, and handmade beaded credit card holders.I chose a color, matte and glitter polish for one finger with gold crystals for a more elegant look.Im super impressed with their COVID measures, everyone wears a mask and they have the plexiglass dividers at the nail stations.I love my new nail salon!! Thank you!!

Absolutely amazing, exactly what I asked for

I love coming here to get my nails done by Eren. But lately I’ll call to book with Eren & I’ll speak with her on the phone and will ask to book with her and she says yes and puts me on the schedule and when I come in I get stuck with someone else. I don’t drive 15 minutes to have my nails done by someone else when I book specifically. Then she says as she’s doing other people’s nails she’s not working as much. Well that is why I call and BOOK with EREN. It seems some people are allowed to so I don’t understand how the picking and choosing works. I could go get my nails done by someone random at Stiletto, Bliss, Today’s, Oscars, plus many more that I live within 5 minutes from. Just please be honest with customers when booking. With Eren the nails are good, the design is good & it doesn’t take 4-5 hours. With other employees I feel like I’m being practiced on/they’re still learning and I’m paying full price.

Overall nice customer service and a very clean environment. I had a young girl do my pedicure, she was no older than early high school age. She seemed uncomfortable in general working - maybe it was lack of experience. I know I missed out on the foot/leg massage that my friend got next to me, which was upsetting. I also had to have a few nails redone because she kept touching them with her really long acrylics while they were drying. I still have two with dents in them, and that was after the redos and the long time for painting.

I have been coming to Eren’s since April of 2020 because her salon was highly recommended by my daughter Liegha. Eren’s salon is Amazing and she does the best work in Iowa. You will not be disappointed with the top notch services that she and her family provide. Her press on nails are so beautiful and they last 3 weeks. My nails remain shiny and they never break! I absolutely love this place!! One downfall is that they don’t really massage during the pedicures. She is amazing when designing nails all at a reasonable price!!

I loved erens ever since my first gel-x set! This set was amazing and i wont go anywhere else anymore! The nails never broke or chipped or came off! They last a whole 4 weeks!! Im super hard on my nails so i was surprised at the longevity of the service!! The prices are so reasonable especially for the amazing work they do!

My friend actually recommended me to try out this nail salon she said the gel x nails were the absolute best. So I went ahead and made an appointment to try the gel x, and ever since then I have been a regular customer every two weeks. I would highly recommend them everybody there is always so nice and professional and for the gel x nails them self I would say are stronger than acrylic or dip and I’m so happy that I made the switch to come to Eren’s!!

I did the gel x tip extensions and overall I like them. They are a lot thinner than acrylic or dip, however the under nail area is hard with thick globs of gel. Originally I wanted acrylics but was persuaded to try the gel x nail extensions after being advised it was the same price. After my visit and paying $75 plus tip, I looked at the price list online and saw that acrylics were actually cheaper. Wasn’t happy about that but overall very happy with my nails.

Only place I will visit to get my nails done. I feel like other places in DSM arent on trend like Erens is. Whatever is poppin!, Erens knows how to do it. I would suggest making an appointment, since its just the 2 nail techs there. Ive always gotten in like that, never had to wait. This is the spot!

Very disappointed with my first experience here. Erens son did my nails while he was checking his phone most of the time and spent 10 minutes in the bathroom while I was sitting in the chair waiting for him to come back. Eren eventually came out and finished his work. She was much more pleasant to work with, but I thought she would have at least given me a discount for all of this. All I received was an apology. I was there for an hour and half while the girl who came in after me left before me! The final result of my nails is pretty but my experience was horrible! It was really hard to pay $60 for a bad experience. If I had gotten a discount or even total refund (which is what I thought this experience rendered) Id be a much happy customer, but Im not sure I even want to go back.

I went somewhere else to get my nails done and they really sucked... Went to Erens for the first time today and they were soooo much better. Ill be going to Erens from now on! Go look at their pictures on their Facebook page!

I usually get regular acrylic but the lady suggested gel X and for the last 2 months that’s all I get now they last a long time and this place does a wonderful job . Clean, very nice

Eren’s is always a clean and friendly environment! I go regularly for my gel X nails, and will NEVER go anywhere else again! If you’ve only ever tried acrylics, you MUST go in an try gel x! Life changer!

I had a great experience at Erens Nails. I called in last minute on Saturday to get an appointment and they were able to fit me in right away! It was very clean, bright, and beautiful inside. The staff was very kind and inviting. My nails turned out better than I imagined. Unfortunately my polish started to chip the following day off the tip of a couple nails. I called to explain what happened and they were apologetic and asked when I would be able to come in to get them fixed. I really appreciate this kind of customer service! The services are a little more expensive but you are truly getting quality service. Anywhere you go, there is the potential to have an issue with the polish or the wear and tear, but it says a lot about a place to see the way they handle these issues. I will continue to give Erens Nails my service and refer my friends to them!

Not impressed......my tech didnt speak a word of English, very frustrating . Press on nails.....for 64. And charges 6. To use your credit or debit card......but wait! She has an atm machine right beside check out.....whew, only charges me 3. For a transaction. Soooooo cash is what they end up getting....hmmmmm. wouldnt it be nice if we all got paid in cash?

Eren is a perfectionist and prides herself in making sure you have a wonderful experience in her shop and leave loving the service you received! Shes always up to date with the latest trends and her prices are worth her work! Eren’s nails will always be my first recommendation for anyone wanting a good quality set of nails or amazing pedicure.!!!

I went to do my nails with eren expecting a great job but it was terrible she cut me in 3 different fingers the polish of 2 of my nails starts to get off the second day she didn’t even gave me a discount or something for her bad job i donot recommended very disappointed .

I really liked my foot cleaning, the only thing that the girl who painted my nails does not know much and the decoration like that she put it backwards, they have to have people who if they know not that they are just learning and I did not say anything for pain
