Made an appt at 12:30. In and out in 30min. Gel manicure $30. Kim did a great job. She was very friendly. Will be back!

Kay did a spectacular job! Went here with a bridal group. She was very polite, experienced, attentive, and had great conversation. Would definitely come back when in town again!

My 92 year old mother and I have gone to Elegant Nails for many years! I am always appreciative of the way they care for my mom! Very nice! Clean and professional!

I called a few days in advance to set up an appointment and they were waiting for me as I walked through the door! Got a super fast (30 min + drying time), basic pedicure that was nicely done and I think the price is less than most places ($32). Ill definitely come back.

I just had a free Sirvice done by Lori who is in learning process of doing the dipped. She is awesome. Shes sweet and does an excellent job. She only wants be the best she can be for her boss and mostly her customers. That is Nail Elegance. They are the best and most reasonable around so far. You really need to give them a try. You wont be dissatisfied!

My toe got infected form one of the tools, turned green and hurt for days. Price was nice so paint job didn’t really matter but if you do care it was very streaky and not done well

Lori is very knowledgeable about dip manicures and products. She did a great job!! Will definitely be back.

Nail technician’s skill needs to be improved... She has agreed to recreate a design from a picture she showed me but to find out that the color was not available when I got there, also she was very slow and the final results of my dip nails are clumpy and uneven.. To make it worst, I made an appointment next week for a pedicure but later got a text from the nail tech telling me not to return... There are plenty nail salons in des moines so I am completely fine with that.

I came to this nail salon for the first time with my friend to get our nails done. I was very pleased! We had to wait about 30 minutes but the lady who did my nails did amazing! She was very quiet but very nice. I will definitely be back, I recommend this place!

Dropped in around 1pm on a busy Sunday before Christmas. I was asked if I could come back at 3pm for my gel manicure. Came back at 3pm and they remembered my name! The girl who did my nails was very quiet, but did an amazing job. Best french manicure Ive ever had!! I highly recommend this nail salon.

Awesome place!!

My daughter and I went to have a gel nail manicure done. There was one worker and she called back another worker that just left. You could tell the worker that was called back was not very happy. The other worker indicated that as soon as we were done she was going to close the shop so she could go shopping. Closing two hours early according to the posted hours. You could tell she also wanted to get out of there soon. Gel nails should last about 2 weeks. Two days after having our nails done both my daughter and I had a nail that chipped off. A day later I had another nail that chipped off. We felt rushed to get our nails done so the workers could leave. I went to pay by credit card and was told they already signed out of the credit card machine for the day. She had to activate the credit card machine again. Then I was asked to pay cash for the tip. I would not recommend this place due to lack of customer service and quality of work performed.

I received absolutely AWFUL customer service and honestly a crappy job done on my nails. I have a few that are crooked and after only 2 days around the edges of my nails are crusty.I had brought along my 10 year old sister to get her nails painted and I was getting a full acrylic set. They acted like I was awful for wanting fake nails, tried to boss my little sister around, was unnecessarily rough with both she and I (and I have been going to nail salons for plently long enough to know they were rough and rude), was harsh/bossy to me and when I needed my sisters nails to be paid with my debit card and my nails to be paid with a separate debit card they flipped out, created a huge deal out of it and when I wouldnt change my mind about how I was paying they seriously tried to shame me into doing what was easiest for them.I will not ever go back to this place! Seriously, for their sucky customer service and job service, they dont even deserve the 1 star I gave them.
