Love my nails she took her time with both nails and feet always turns out good

I have given this place two chances. The first time the lady was super rude and I asked her to put tips on my dipped nails, and she said yes but cut them all the way down to my natural nail even though I asked her not to (and still charged me extra for tips). The second time was about two weeks ago, my friend and I had an appointment and we didn’t get in for 30 minutes. I didn’t have Jon, but the other guy (I’ve heard very good things about Jon and how people only go to him), the other guy was very unprofessional and rude. He was whipping my hands and fingers back and forth, I asked for an almond shape and he gave me a very rounded shape instead, made my nails super long even when I asked him to cut it a little. At the end when he was filing, he chipped off the color and got my finger with the electric nail file. It started bleeding and I asked him if he could fix the part he had chipped, he looked at me and started laughing. Didn’t fix it. Was very unprofessional giving me my receipt and watched to see what I would put for a tip.My friend had a very bad experience with her pedicure.I will never be going back.

I have been going there for 3 years and have always been very happy with the dipping. The last few times I get one of two employees. The one lady always nicks me and the guy, I always chip my nail after a few days. I used to go every few weeks, now they dont last. Dont know why they have gone downhill

My appointment for two pedicures was made for 1pm and we were out by 115pm. Very disappointed with the lack of detail they put into the small amount of work they actually did. For $40 I expected a full service pedicure but still had to go home and scrub my own feet. I literally paid to get my feet wet and toenails polish. After recommending this place to my friend I am embarrassed.

I felt that this business was unprofessional. I had an appointment to meet my girlfriend so that we could visit. They knew that and still seated us half a room apart,. My dip nails are very poorly done .My cuticles look terrible and my nails will need to be redone. The man was rude and did not listen. I will not return. This is the second time Ive said that in like 5 years.

9/10 times Ive had a great experience. The last time I went and had a pedicure it was probably the worst Ive had there, but still better than anywhere else in town to be honest. They are very clean and follow health guidelines that Ive not really seen other nail salons doing.

The employees always friendly, great massage chairs, leg and foot massage great!

I only go there now, and they do amazing. I get in within 5-10 minutes without even having an appointment. They can always put a smile on your face, and do a flawless job.

They turned out great and not a bad price either!

I felt the nail stylists were heartless. My friend and i went to get our nails done before her mom memorial service. And we both had new tattoos on our forearm...my friend kept telling them to be careful and they were hurting her but the guy did not care.

They do a great job everytime. They were able to fix a major screw up I had from a different place.

I have gone to a few other nail places and this is far the best one Ive been at so far It is extremely clean and friendly

Jon is very kind, funny and talented. I was extremely pleased with the service and I will be returning.

Pedicure was mediocre. Nothing special. Also took my 5 year old daughter. They put one coat of polish. Not even a top coat. Wont go back.

Easily beyond the worst pedicure I have ever had!!!! From start to finish and out of the chair was maybe 15 minutes. He clipped my toe nails hastily ( I was surprised he didnt make me bleed), took maybe 30 seconds to file them. He shoved the tool for my cuticles so hard that it hurt each time. Then the quick scrub under my feet was so hard and jarring I was holding my breath waiting for it to end. Dont even get me started with the pathetic polish job that was done. Uneven, large areas missing polish, and other places where its all over my skin. I was so disgusted with the services that theres not a chance I would ever allow them to try and make it right. Dont waste your time or your money on this place. Its a total scam.

So what happened was i went in to get my nails done they were totally uneven and they weren’t all shaped the same one of them are digging into my skin. The paint job on them is awful definitely not worth the money. The two gentleman were very rude. Don’t recommend.

Would have told you this is the best place to go in Clinton until my last visit. There was only four people in when I walked in .I wanted a soak off and redoing of my nails 5 minutes into it the place became packed so they tried to file my nails in a hurry to get to other customer I even began to leave saying I wanted a soak off not a file off and began to pay only the 5dollars it cost but was reassured they would do it rightmake me happy as they say lol .2 min in the boss wife said it was taking to long and direct the tech to do someone feet leaving me to sit for 4 min until next tech was ready.thats when it really went bad he filed and broke 3 of my real nails just to add fake one,s then applied the acrylic so crazy thick and uneven I had enough got up and paid 32 dollars just to f up my nails never again ohh but let,s not forget they were nice in f ing me over. Great place to go if they have no customers now that they do they just dont care.i was 1 told 30 dollars then 43 dollars they will ask your line of work to get more money.

Quality has gone down here. used to be a good nail salon. Too busy and they rush too much. Complained about my nails and didnt fix the problem

Quoted my daughters one price then after they started their nails proceeded to quiz my girls about their parents occupations only to increase both girls’ final price by $10 each even though they didn’t add additional services. Also, when my youngest shared it was her first time having her nails done the attendant commented “oh, is Daddy paying for it?” Total rush job on their nails too while constantly complaining about how busy they were. Unprofessional and inappropriate.

Not a fan...got pedicure & tips with gel polish. Nail tech did a poor job on my nails, very thick at the cuticle, did not take care shaping and filing the acrylic. Had to clean them up and reshape at home.

People are really nice and my pedicures always turn out good.

When this place first opened it was great. It has since then has gone down. Rushed through and did a botch job on my mani and pedi. Applied my polish unevenly, blamed me for using the wrong polish on my toes after they had to apply another coat. Its mothers day I met some of the sweetest ladies there all trying to enjoy their day. I chose not to complain and try to make the best of it because my husband and children put so much thought into making the day special for me. I just know I will not give them my business again. They also sent several ladies away although Sundays are not appointment days only.

I like how they did my pedicure. My acrylic manicure was bad. I have very brittle nails and the guy I had broke 3 nails. My acrylics turned out fine. The paint smeared and said I could pay $5 just to get it fixed. I paid $53.50 for a pedi and acrylic manicure. One of the better prices in clinton. Ended up taking off the polish from my acrylics and putting one of mine from home on it.

They are so nice, they make sure you are comfortable and they do a great job. Will be coming here more

I use to love this place and was the best place I had found around our area, I went today an was horribly disappointed :( we set up an appointment a week ago yet went in today an ended up waiting half an hour which by that time our water was cold an feet were getting pruny. I didnt see any of the regular ppl working there an they rushed through doing our pedicures was very sad n disappointed since they were the best place. Still not sure wth happened :( I dont recomend it anymore unless they step up their game an go back to their old ways.

Rude workers!! My lady made me feel so uncomfortable like I was dumb! And she would just rip my arm up and throw it down and grab my other arm! I will never go their again! She ruined my first time ever getting gel nails :(

I had a shellac manicure by the male at station one and he was SO friendly and did a great job on my nails. They have a huge selection of gel colors to choose from here!
