They did a good job in the past, but poor customer service and time management. I had an 11:30am appointment and they told me to wait a little while when I arrived. After 40 minutes of waiting, they still hadnt taken me and I had to leave because I had other obligations that day. They called me 5 minutes later and said they could take me, and I explained that it was poor customer service to make someone who has an appointment wait that long and I had other plans that day. I could understand waiting 15 even 20 minutes, but my time is valuable. I scheduled an appointment, i wasnt a walk-in, and I didnt have all day to be at the salon. I cant rely on that kind of service and will be finding a different salon.

Lucky nails & spa is the best nail place in town! Ive been to so many nail salon places n I finally found my forever nail tech! No one can do the work they do. Love them! They do amazing work and a great job on making your nails beautiful. Annnnnd its very close to home! My friends from a far said the they are awesome and did an amazing job. I visited before my wedding for a manicure and pedicure, and I was so happy with the finished results! They took such care with everything, and I loved my nails.

I went to Lucky for the first time on Saturday. Not sure if I wanted gel or dip nails. My nails are fairly long so I want to protect them. While I was waiting another woman showed me her dipped nails that she had done 3 weeks ago and they looked like they were just done. So I got a French dipped. They look amazing and only cost 35.00. I left there so happy. I will definitely be a regular customer. Thank you!!!!!

Highly recommend !! I had gone to a place at the auburn mall to get my nails done 2 days ago & the day after getting them done one of them broke off.. the man did a terrible job they were very thin, not even, & lumpy. I called Lucky Nails seeing as I live within 5 minutes of the place I thought I’d try them out & the girl (didn’t catch her name) got me in today despite being very busy as they had a family emergency & had to close for a week. She did an AMAZING job on my nails.. this is how they should have looked the first time. She took her time & also educated me a bit on the dip nails since it was my first time getting them. Very pleasant, very professional, good prices & as someone who has consistently had bad luck with nail places I would highly recommend this place. Lily nails & fashion nails, the other two nail salons in Clinton don’t even compare.

I got a gel dip manicure here and was impressed by the service and prices. Definitely recommend this hidden gem to anyone in the area!
