I called this morning pretty desperate to get my nails fixed. Sophia was able to take me within an hour from my call. When I got to the nail salon, she spent the time to fix not only my cuticles and skin around my nails, but the shape and fill. She did exactly what I was looking for and in such a reasonable timeframe. I cannot wait to come back!

Sophia fit me in close to closing time, then did a wonderful, thorough job on my nails. Also one of the only places in the area offering acrylic and gel services. Will be going back.

Normally love Sophia, would go every month for the last 8-10 months but last visit was enough for me to not return. Was very strange, I got moved around between her and the male employee, in the middle of filling my nails she would stop and begin texting her friend for 5 minutes, this happened multiple times, there was a movie playing on tv that had naked woman and people being brutally killed. Was overall the weirdest and worst experience I could’ve had in a nail salon and will not be returning.

I am seeing some bad reviews on here. but i need to give a good one. i have never had my nails done this amazing. They look so good and It was only 35 dollars for acrylics with gel. versus 75 dollars at any other place you will go to. sophia is amazing. and so is her husband. they are so nice and i really feel like i made some new friends.

I would give this place zero stars, but thats not an option. The prices are cheap because the service is awful. Not to mention its actually not cheap and they charge extra for every minor detail and have a very limited amount of colors. I called two hours before coming for two people, only to arrive and have customers who walked in after us be serviced before us. The woman running the place was so rude from the get go and completely unwilling to do what the customer wants as shes busy. After screwing up one of my acrylic nails, they refused to fix it and then finally said they would charge me another 10 dollars for their own mistake and wouldnt help for another hour!! The woman was incredibly unprofessional, complaining about us being picky and saying she doesnt have the patience to help us??? YOU HAVE ONE JOB. When I finally got so frustrated and got up to pay for the set (***WITHOUT nail polish****), the woman got up and aggressively grabbed my wrist and yanked me back and started screaming at me and didnt let go until I yanked my arm back and threatened to call the cops on her. She then charged my friend and I $53 total for terrible, messed up, unpolished acrylics and some of the worst service Ive ever had. My wrist still hurts and she is damn lucky I didnt call the police for laying a finger on me. I now have to pay again at a different place to get my nails done and have now wasted a whole day basically. Be very cautious going to this place if you really want to go and know that it will not be worth a penny of your money.

When I first arrived at this nail salon I noticed that it was very unorganized and unclean. The nail polish on the wall were dried near the tops and cracking which of course you could fix by shaking them but they were still very old. I decided to go to this appointment with a couple friends who all needed their nails done (acrylics) and see how this place was.After we left we all agreed how insane it was that they got away with all the uncleanliness they had going on or if they even had an inspection done. When she first started on my nails she used clippers and files already laying around with someone else’s finger nails around them which very much disturbed me but everyone else acted ok about it so I went along with it. The normal nail place I go ALWAYS opens new nail tools in front of you and throws them away as soon as you get up to pay which I’m very thankful for.another SUPER IMPORTANT PROBLEM we all watched and heard was that the owner told us she is certified in nails but NOT eyelash extensions which they just started doing at this location. She told us that normally she has a trained women come in to do all her appointments for eyelash’s. A young girl later walked in and said she was their for her eyelash’s and the owner took her back and did them for her right after telling us she doesnt know how to do them. We were all watching in horror as she reused tweezers and very quickly threw a bunch on this young girl (which normally takes and hour to do a full set, this took 10 mins) The girl walked out looking at her mom in a very unhappy manner and her eyelash were going in all different directions. This girl was clearly unhappy and her mom looked a little confused at the job done to her daughter. Once they were ready to leave the girl started complaining one was pointing downwards in her eye so the owner proceeded to use tweezers near her eye at the front counter. She than proceeded to pay the $120 it cost and they left. We were all in shock and immediately paid and left. This is a horrible business

I would give 0 stars for this. I called ahead of time and they told me theyd take me for threading at 3:30, then when their address on google was wrong I call to get the correct address and the woman tells me she lost her thread and Ill have to do wax. Super unprofessional, and not an updated address!!
