Wonderful selection, super clean and stress free shopping. I have a local Kays that I often go to, but just a half hour away at Clinton Crossing gives just as good an experience, maybe better! Staff is super helpful!!!
Had intentions of buying 2 engagement rings today. So the maximum occupancy in the store is 8 people. That I understand. However there were 5 employees and two customers. One of whom turned out to be the employee that told us to wait outsides boyfriend. Realized that when they were kissing in the middle of the showroom floor As I watched through the door while waiting. Now the same employee who made us wait outside for 15 minutes in the heat, comes out to leave with her boyfriend and then says “oh sorry we decided to close. This was at 5:55. An hour early after waiting outside in the heat they told us we couldn’t even look. Wouldn’t have cared as much if I was told as soon as I got there and didn’t wait for nothing. That’s terrible customer service especially when your spending so much money there.
It’s very upsetting that, we’ve been having really bad experiences from pretty much day one of having my rings sizes down to my ring size.. customer service has not been great what so ever I most say only the day of the sale and one time pretty much sums up to just two times from the multiple times that we’ve been there. Walked in with my ring to pick one up and to clean the other one mean while my ring had been checked back in December the lady took my ring and questioned if I was sure my ring was from Kay my husband having an account with them took my ring and said my diamonds had been broken in half I was heart broken that it had happen me being married for only 5 months ... yet again she is making it seem like if I had done it intentionally sent out my ring to get services it would take up to 2 months for my ring to be fixed and returned she was pretty much making it sound like if my husband was a lier on the price he had paid for the ring which in that very moment did not matter we just wanted the ring to be fixed I’ve been having really bad experiences and we aren’t happy what so ever not only that left my wedding ring and picked up my wedding band get home and my wedding bad had lost 2 diamonds it’s just been very upsetting to go through all this and not be able to wear my rings because the rings have spent more time with Kay and the service has just been terrible....

This outlet store is just great, and all of the co workers there are amazing, destiny in particular is so wonderful, I got everything I wanted and it was just perfect and she made sure of that, this store is a ways away from where I live but I would pass 5 thousand stores just to go to this one !
