I’ve taken several rings in to be sized and cleaned every ring has been perfectly sized and they sparkled like they were new!! I recently took a watch to them because I lost the clasp the jeweler not only fixed it perfectly but the work was accomplished in 15 minutes. I needed my wife’s ring resized and they gave me numerous options on how to go about it. We chose what felt best for us and the original wait time,(10 days) which we were happy with, turned into a 24 hour turnaround. We were pleasantly surprised. The knowledge of the staff was comforting and the work done was top notch. I was really blown away with the customer service. I ended up leaving there with a set of diamond earrings for my wife to go with her ring and have them working on a custom necklace to surprise my wife with on our 6 month anniversary. They really made us feel like a priority and definitely looking forward to doing future business with them.

The best Jeweler I have found, my ring was messed up by Shane Co in Scottsdale, AZ. I brought it in and finally my ring was exactly how it was supposed to be. I recently purchased a second band and had the Shane Co in Salt Lake work on it, big mistake. I ended up bringing it back to Lewis Jewelers and they fix it yet again. I wont make that mistake again and now I know if you want your jewelry done right bring it to Lewis Jewelers. You cant go wrong, honest, kind, professional and excellent craftsman. They also have a beautiful selection of their own.

I have total trust in this establishment, because they do not send out for repairs. The owner does it right in the shop. I just had a prong fixed on my wedding ring. It took just a few days and it looked stunningly brand new when I got it back for less than $30. When my oldest son got married they made a special ring for him to propose with. It was a band with the designs of the Logan Temple windows on it. Beautiful and perfect for my daughter in law. I also took jewelry from my mom there after she passed. They were perfectly willing to look at it and even discovered that one very warn ring was from the early 1900s. I would recommend them to anyone!

I had a last-minute rush on ring sizing. The three businesses Id called previously said it would take one to two weeks, but I needed done in three days. The staff at Lewis Jewelers were so friendly, the price was less than expected, and they were more than accommodating. We didn’t buy my wife’s wedding ring at Lewis Jewelers (hindsight is 20/20), but have gotten it cleaned and rhodium plated every year. He is very professional and caring. If he sees any diamond that has become loose, he notifies you the same day. Excellent company to entrust your jewelry to.

The owners son helped me with my wifes and my wedding rings several years ago. I had a picture of a very unique and intricate ring and setting that I wanted for my wife, but had no idea who the designer was. He was able to find and order it for me, as well as create a very affordable and masculine looking yellow gold with diamonds wedding ring for me. They also do excellent watch repair, detailed appraisals for insurance purposes, and have a nice (but small) collection of unique/quality jewelry. I highly recommend this family owned business.

Im so glad we went to Lewis Jewelers for my engagement ring. We had looked at a lot of places and Lewis Jewelers had rings that we hadnt seen at other jewelry places. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and I love that they do all the customizing there. It only took a few days till the ring was ready when other jewelry places we talked to said it would take 3 to 6 weeks before we would get the ring made the way we wanted. A few weeks after having the ring I needed an adjustment done so I went into the store on a Thursday to drop off the ring and was told the ring would be ready on Tuesday. Just a day and a half later after dropping off the ring I got a call from Lewis Jewelers telling me the ring was ready. I was shocked and also very excited to get my ring back so soon. Ive been very impressed with this place and how nice they have been. They were even willing to accommodate my boyfriends work schedule and stay open later just so he could come in and purchase the ring. I would go back again and again because of my wonderful experience.

Had two rings resized and both were done wonderfully well. One was a solid double-band with pattern and had to be difficult, but it looks and fits perfectly.

I cant say enough about Lewis Jewelers! I had them reset my wedding ring over 10 years ago and they did a FANTASTIC job. Over the years the white gold has lost its shine. They replated it and it looks absolutely beautiful! I also have a wedding band that my husband gave me over 22 years ago and since then I needed it a size bigger. Other jewelers told me they couldnt do it because of the way it was originally made. Lewis Jewelers was able to size it to what I needed. When I picked up both of my rings, they looked just as good as the day my husband gave them to me and it made me feel just as happy as it did so many years ago!! Thank you Lewis Jewelers! Lewis Jewelers is the place to go for good prices and personalized help and service! You wont be hassled or pressured here, but helped with whatever you are interested in. Had an amazing experinece redesigning to make my wedding ring and band more unique and customized!! Could not be happier with the experience or end result!

My wife liked the design of a very expensive Verragio band (5,000+ for just the band). Jason duplicated the design and worked with me the whole time to get it right. The same design cost only ~1,500 leaving me with a lot more budget to pick out a better diamond. He was prompt to respond whenever I had questions (about bi-weekly with such an expensive endeavor too lol)
