Jon helped me create a new necklace with my mothers diamond. He offered suggestions and was very helpful! Necklace was made quickly and I am so excited to have a new necklace to enjoy!

I see why this place is tuck away in a corner, Jon Lenoir is a scammer, con artist, liar, and a thief... I wouldn’t recommend taking Nothing to this place. Jon prey on innocent Hard working people. Next time I will go to a more establish Business like Carter jewelry. Rating this place is funny and sad at the same time. People don’t waste your time or energy going here. The Better Business Bureau need to shut this place down.

I am reading these bad reviews and I dont know what yall are talking about! I have done business with Jon Lenior for more than 20 years. NEVER once has he let me down. I remember once when I had just gotten out of the hospital and it was my in laws 50th wedding anniversary in a few days. I was in no shape to go shopping for a gift, wrapping paper or a card. Jon not only got the perfect gift, he wrapped it up and brought me a beautiful card. He also delivered it to my house. There have been many instances through the years that Jon has has been there for me. Oh, and by the way Linda and in the past Jons son Chandler has also been very helpful. I realize you cant PLEASE everyone though.

I am a new customer and I throughly enjoyed meeting Jon and Linda, they explained to me what needed to be done to repair my golden necklace and cross. They also resized a ring for me. When I picked up my jewelry, everything was done to my satisfaction! Also it was cheaper than expected. I will always use this company in the future!!!!

My fiancée went here to get a ring resized and had a very unfortunate experience. She felt as though she didnt get the complete truth as to how the resizing was done and didnt feel as though her questions were taken seriously or that she could ask questions. She felt uncomfortable and rushed out. After the first resizing, they put it on her finger for about a second and took it again to resize it again. After the second resizing, she got the ring back and discovered a missing diamond from the band after she had left the store. She was told the diamond was sunk in, but after she questioned again, they did take it back and find the missing diamond. My fiancée also felt that she was rushed out again and was not assured that the diamonds were in there tightly and left feeling very worried and concerned. As this was the first time dealing with a ring, she felt very overwhelmed and felt more rushed rather than helped.

I took some jewelry in to have sized, and they offered to let them try to sale for me some rings I wanted sold- went back to check on them 3 weeks later and was told they didnt have them. Liars and thieves. Dont take anything here, especially if youre female- John will take full advantage of you. Also told me my wedding ring was abt to shatter- had the company where wife bought it from examine and there was not one thing wrong or loose on the ring, diamond or band... they take your jewelry and take complete advantage that you are not in the business but we see how they work there- would not recommend.

Everyone is SO nice and knowledgeable. I work there, so Im prejudiced, but the entire staff is helpful and Jon Lenoir is a jewelry pro. Manufacturing, custom design, consignment, watch batteries, jewelry and watch repair, great products. You name it, we do it.

When I went in and we sized my finger the first time I said it’ll be about a 7. The lady refused and had them sized to 6 1/4. When I got back to pick them up they didn’t fit, but I knew they wouldn’t. So when they didn’t fit the lady acted completely shocked and said we must not have sized your finger or your finger swollen. So when we talked about resizing because she got it wrong she actually considered charging me for her mistake. However they resized it and I ask when they’d be ready I was told Tuesday. So I went to pick them I was told they weren’t ready. The lady was kind of annoyed that I came by. So when I FINALLY got to pick them up they fit, but the lady said there your rings we sized for free.... um I paid $100 to have them sized it’s not my fault you wouldn’t listen when I said my sized is around a 7. They were 6 3/4 and she didn’t want to do that. These ladies were snippy and rude. I recommend talking your jewelry somewhere else any where else. If you want them done right the way you want without issue.
