My car broke down which is never a good experience-and I called AAA & they said to wait 5 days lol due to high volume of calls due to storm ⛈ so I called other towing companies to get towing for help. Rob was very courteous and responded quickly. He also kept me up to date on how close he was. This was the best experience I’ve had with a tow truck company to date!!

I needed towing my car from Manhattan to South Hackensack for my car service. It was through road side assistance and price was reasonable. This service required after hour drop off. Rob from Cruz towing did excellent and trustful service and sent progress pictures to me. So, I didn’t need to worry about not being with my car. I certainly recommend Cruz towing.
