Gil D Towing proved today that it deserves being labeled a 5 Star business!! Our sons car had mechanical issues late night on New Jerseys Garden State Parkway. We got car off Parkway for the night, and nightmare began next morning when businesses opened and we initiated car towing to our regular mechanic through my Auto Insurance- Authorized Roadside Assist. Up until 3:45 pm in the afternoon, I was involved in numerous calls, call-backs, ignored call backs, texts, 3 different dispatched/ but no show tow companies -- mistake after mistake. Finally, with our mechanic closing at 6:00 pm, angrily I called my Road Assist Service AGAIN, this time having my issue escalated to a Team supervisor, who personally went out of network and contacted GIL D TOWING!! Gil Delgado contacted me personally and kept me abreast of of developments along the way!! Within 45 minutes he had completed the task in heavy rain and heavy traffic. He not only sent me screen shots of our car at our mechanics place of business minutes before closing, but also a screen shot of the Managers business card as proof of arrival!! Not to many good and affordable towing trucking like gild. After calling a few towing company around the area and all of them charging around $100 to $150 just to tow a pickup truck a few blocks. Gild showed a very friendly service and was more welling to help to start the vehicle then just tow it.

Had to get my wifes car towed to a nearby mechanic before work. Not only did he arrive quickly, but he was extremely kind and explained to me what could possibly be wrong with the car which he was right about. (Wheel bearing failure)I definitely recommend GIL D towing and will gladly call him again if I ever need him in the future.
